• Moustafa (5/5): - Terminal Palace & Spa in Rimini is a good hotel overall. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The location and general atmosphere are pleasant, making it a comfortable place to stay. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The hotel does not provide laundry service, there is no iron available in the rooms, and there is no hot water kettle, which would be very useful for guests. These small facilities would make the stay more convenient. Overall, I had a good experience and appreciated the cleanliness and friendly staff, but I hope the hotel considers adding these basic services in the future.

Le spa n’est pas terrible du tout, et en plus c’est très cher, il y a peux de chaise longue, pas de jacuzzi, les peignoirs sont vieux et la sale de bain défraîchis. Le petit déjeuner est pas terrible.
• Giada (2/5): - Personale per niente accogliente e vanitosi… Non c’era scritto che l’apertura della spa avviene solo dopo le tre per lasciare la piscina riscaldata libera anche i bambini e solo dopo agli adulti… Ma quella mattina non c’era nessuno (mi hanno detto sia al telefono che la sera che siamo arrivate che il prolungamento della camera per il soggiorno del giorno dopo me l’avrebbero saputo dire solo la mattina, perché pieno di arrivi … Una balla immensa, era vuoto, era l’11 aprile dopo Pasqua oltre ad averlo visto direttamente coi miei occhi ed aver usufruito solo della piscina riscaldata,nonostante io abbia pagato la spa non poco per il periodo, struttura e i servizi , ed eravamo solo noi tre… Non si sono neanche degnati di venire a chiedere se volevamo utilizzarla, visto che eravamo solo noi… perlopiù il mio compleanno , e anche se superfluo quello che sto per dire, ma nemmeno gli auguri sono stati fatti…)… Un servizio così penoso in Romagna in quasi vent’anni che frequento, mai avuto.

Apertura palestra alle 9.00. Troppo tardi per chi usa l'hotel per business. Garage costoso (28 € al giorno). Camera poco insonorizzata si sentivano le grida dalla strada.

• Claudia (7/5): - sopratutto la posizione, per chi va in treno è il top ci sono alcuni accorgimenti che per un hotel 4 stelle dovrebbero sistemare, tipo la porta del bagno rovinata, la porta della doccia rovinata, le tende oscuranti bloccate non si chiudevano bene, un o' di polvere sui mobili, per un hotel di questo genere queste cose dovrebbero essere sistemate, nella piscina interna era impossibile starci, la temperatura sarà stata di almeno 35 gradi, non si respirava, mancava l'aria

Das Hotel hat den Namen Spa nicht verdient, Schwimmbad verranzt, kaputte Fliesen,stank nach grün Algen und Fisch, Das wegitiert alles vor sich hin..3 Fitnessgeräte, davon Laufband kaputt ging gar nicht, 1 Gerät 40Jahre alt , gefährlich, schlimm dass das Hotel nicht mal 2000eu hat um alles instand zusetzen. Absolut blöd geregelt mit Schwimmbad und Spa ab 15uhr , muss man dafür zahlen, unsere 4 grösseren Jungs haben sich zutode gelangweilt im Hotel. Dazu Verbot ab 15uhr für unter 15jährige, wir haben 2 über 15j und 2 knapp drunter, 13j , die durften gar nicvt mehr ab 15uhr ins Wasser. Absolut nichts wurde geboten, ein Verlassener Kicker ohne Ball, ein Flipper der kaputt war, eine snackbar die lächerlich war. Die Dame an der Rezeption mit schwarzer Brille, schnippig und hatte nicht wirklich lust einem zuhelfen sondern wirkte recht überheblich. Man spürte die nicht ehrliche Freundlichkeit. Die Lage ist zwar direkt am Meer, aber der Viertel hat uns überhaupt nicht gefallen, ein wenig wie im Ghetto. Mit Kindern, sogar grösseren absolut nicht zuempfehlen. Es war das langweiligste Hotel in dem wir je waren.
• Alla (10/5): - It was an incredibly wonderful vacation for my birthday 😊 The hotel was always clean and warm, which is very important when traveling with children. The breakfasts were good. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the sea, and we absolutely loved it. The heated pool, open from 9:00 to 15:00, was the highlight for the kids. It was especially helpful when the weather outside was cold. I would especially like to mention the lady at the reception who checked us in late at night on March 31. Thank you for your willingness to help and explain everything. The communication was incredibly pleasant. I dream of coming back to you again! The internet in the room was quite weak. The Wi-Fi kept disconnecting.

• Nerijus (5/5): Not a 4-star hotel. At best, it deserves 3 stars. - The indoor pool was of very poor quality. The breakfast also had very little choice, although I didn’t expect much more. The room itself was okay. The best thing about it was the additional large balcony with a nice view. However, the balcony door handle was broken. Overall, the room was acceptable, but in my opinion the hotel does not meet the standard of a 4-star hotel. There were also many things I didn’t like about this hotel. I was surprised that almost everything required an extra charge. Parking costs €28 per night. If you want to use the sauna and swimming pool for three hours, it costs an additional €15. Even a bathrobe to go to the pool costs an extra €10. I have never experienced this kind of service in a hotel before. In my opinion, for a hotel that claims to be 4 stars, many of these things should already be included.
• Turatti (1/5): - La cucina e la ragazza dei massaggi Non mi è piaciuto il confronto qualità/prezzo. Purtroppo per essere un 4 stelle non se le merita. Meriterebbe 2 stelle. Gli ambienti sporchi, la camera con le tende rotte - bagno vecchio e malconcio, la spa con un costo di 15€ con muffa e mal tenuto. Fare un week end dove al suo interno trovi il personale che discute davanti hai clienti non è per niente rilassante. 28€ di parcheggio al giorno dove non è dedicato interminte all'hotel. Una vera vergogna.

• Marina Mariella (6/5): Disappointing but great location - I like the hotel's location-it is right in front of the beach. The staff is very friendly. The room nice is acceptable for a 4-Star hotel, but not particularly satisfying. The bathroom feels quite outdated and there was no proper hairdryer - only the kind you typically find in older schools or swimming pools... not what you would expect from a hotel like this. The Spa comes to an additional cost (which I am totally fine with if it's worth it). Unfortunately it is quite small and not well laid out. The "fitness center" is open and so cramped that you can barely lay out a yoga mat. If you decide to work out, it feels super tight and you're DIRECTLY facing guests who are relaxing after a sauna... this makes it so uncomfortable for everyone involved. There is one small sauna and Turkish bath, only one shower. The pool is decent but overall, the spa is not special enough to justify with the extra charge. Breakfast was average, nothing memorable. Considering other 4-Star Hotels in the region, I expected more.

Buono anche il ristorante interno all'hotel, con personale attento e gentile Il bagno era molto piccolo, difficile anche muoversi, andare per esempio in doccia senza strofinare il gabinetto. La televisione non aveva segnale, per cui si vedeva a scatti o non si vedeva. L'ho dovuta spegnere. Il minifrigo in camera non funzionava e faceva puzza. L'ho segnalato ma non hanno potuto sistemare. Nella SPA il bagno turco non funzionava. 15€ e potevi fare solo la piscina e la sauna. Il WiFi funzionava a scatti anche lui e il PC si scollegava di continuo. Sotto il letto era pieno di polvere. Ora, nulla di così grave.. sono stato altre volte in questo stesso hotel e non è stato male. Però tante piccole cose messe assieme hanno reso il soggiorno poco piacevole. Mi spiace per le ragazze in reception che ce l'hanno comunque messa tutta

Resepsiyonda bizi beklettiler aile odasi kiralamistim 4 kisilik ama cocuk sayisini 2 yapmama ragmen booking 2 yetiskin yazilmisti orda bizi beklettiler.

La zona relax della spa purtroppo é troppo piccola rispetto al numero dei visitatori. I 6 lettini presenti sono inadeguati al numero delle persone presenti. Se poi capita come a noi, che le persone li occupano in modo esclusivo per ore o li tengano impegnati con il solo asciugamano, sei certo che non ti sdraierai mai. Io suggerirei di farli occupare "a tempo" oppure, essendo a pagamento, contingenterei l'ingresso in modo tale che tutti abbiano gli stessi servizi e confort.

• Miruna (10/5): Inconvenienti risolti dalle più che brave e disponibili receptionist - Sono stata il fine settimana qui e mi sono trovata molto bene. Attenzione a non lasciare la macchina sul posto a sinistra dell’albergo perché il carro attrezzi le porta via in 3 minuti, cosa successa a me purtroppo. Nonostante ciò le receptionist si sono impegnate al 300% nell’ aiutarmi. Mi hanno chiamato i posti per capire dove si trovasse la mia macchina, chiamato tutti i taxi che ci fossero, veramente persone fantastiche. Complimenti!! Magari fossero tutti così disponibili! Colazione e cena a buffet approvate, stanza più che grande con un letto veramente morbido. L’hotel si trova letteralmente sulla spiaggia, più di questo non si può chiedere. Appena ne avrò la possibilità ritornerò.

Os funcionários da recepção foram muito atenciosos e graciosos. O spa maravilhoso, e a moça da massagem tem mãos de fada, simplesmente incrível.”

Плохой сервис - Море рядом Для гостиницы 4*фен в номере очень плохой, спа маленький и очень запущенный, все требует ремонта или хотя бы покраски, интернет так и не разу не подключился. Но самое главное разочарование это персонал на рецепшене. Некая Бэтти, не профессионал, грубая, хамила и повышала голос. Есть проблемы с такси. Завтраки всегда одно и тоже заветренные омлеты и сосиски, не первой свежести. Йогурты были просрочены. Не советую этот отель…

• Diego (4/5): Non vale 4 stelle . - Il servizio ristorante cibo di buona qualità Piscina piccola troppo calda ,non troppo pulita ed accesso con bimbi solo fine le 15:00. Camere piccole e vecchie la nostra purtroppo senza balcone. posizione scomoda troppo fuori . Prezzo troppo alto x essere un 4 stelle.
