Jessica (6/5): - There was no fridge or microwave in our room. Those just seem to be standard at any other hotel we’ve stayed at. The doorknob to the room was so loose it could have easily fallen off. The water was off for several hours, unsure how long exactly because we just went to bed. It was on by morning thankfully. It took the AC a good 2-3 hours to cool down and it wasn’t even as hot out as it has been recently.

Steven (8/5): - Very friendly staff. Clean room. My overall rating is 4.7 The first of three things I would suggest, is that you defrost the mini fridge. It was difficult to place items in the freezer portion due to the large amount of ice build up. The second is that the WiFi signal was only one bar, so see what you can do to enhance that. Third issue was curtains need work. Old and worn out. All easy fixes I would think. Still very good overall experience. I was there 1 day for work, and it served my needs well.

Randy (6/5): Ask for a room in the new building - Staff was friendly and helpful, and outdoor pool was nice, though not recently cleaned and with a deck very rough to walk on barefoot. Patio/deck next to the pool was enjoyable. Rooms in the new building were much more up-to-date than old. Our room in the older building had a damaged bathroom door and sink with a badly fractured bowl. That building is desperately in need of an update.

Katherine (6/5): - We stay here because it is in a good location for us (near a family cabin), is not very expensive, and allows pets. Pet fee ($20) is very reasonable. Appreciate that it is family-owned. Beds are comfortable. Rooms have not been updated in probably 40+ years. Not particularly clean. We have stayed here more than a decade and keep coming back for the above reasons--for us specifically it meets our needs but it's not a very nice place to stay and we are there to sleep. Second day we had no soap, water lukewarm, etc.
Orman (4/5): - Don't know how this property was rated as high as it was. The staff were good but the building was really old and in dire need of a major remodel. The large gap under the door made it impossible for the air conditioner to dehumidify the small room. The bedding was dirty and sheets showed obvious use before our arrival so I made them change them. Then that night my wife killed a bed bug crawling on her forehead and I had several bites on my legs and thighs the next morning. I should specify that I was on the pet friendly side of the hotel and the other side might have been better. The pet friendly side is a dump and I will never go back there for another stay.

The vending machine for soft drinks didn't work. The indoor pool was under temperature. The carpets were dirty. Not worth the rate charged.

The rooms smelly musty and I left with a stuffy nose from all the potential mold. Please look into updating every inch of this hotel.

Paula (8/5): Cozy, friendly and great value - Fun town, comfortable motel run by super nice people. We had a room with a refrigerator and microwave, and a REAL coffee maker. It's about a 20 minute drive to Ha Ha Tonka park. There's a fantastic dog park less than a mile from the motel. We had a lot of fun and highly recommend this place for the money.

Could not sleep a wink on them springy, hard and looks like they're from the 1900s. I honestly think sleeping on a boulder would have been more comfortable. I hope they're regular rooms have better mattresses but I won't be back to find out.

Verified traveler (6/5): Would not go back - The shower curtain was so gross that it was sticking to itself. The bathroom sink was very slow to drain. The hot water spout on the coffee machine in the breakfast area was so coated with corrosion/hard water deposits that it was nasty to even look at, let alone use. No elevator in the main entrance of the building. Bed was clean and comfortable. Did not use the pool area, but it appeared to be clean and well maintained.

No fridge or microwave was a surprise we ended up buying a cooler and ice for some sandwiches to not eat out every meal. Never had to do that when spending over $100 a night before.

Also the beds felt like a pull out mattress!!! But for the price we paid it was adequate. The security also needs some work!! The key for the exterior door had to be turned a certain way for it to lock after key was removed.

When we showed up late at night, we had no problem checking in, but when we went to our room the door was standing open and the room was a mess (bedsheets askew, towels on the floor, etc.). In short, it had not been cleaned since the last visitor. The concierge said she would clean it personally if we would wait an hour. We got a refund and left instead.
Verified traveler (4/5): Musty and Moldy - Arrived and checked in, within 10 minutes of settling in, the water and electric went out in the room. We went to front desk, they already knew, moved us to another room. Ok, not the end of the world. The new room was smaller, both beds/pillows stunk. Mold all over the hallways and windows in our room. Was told another room was. Ot available and no refund could be issued. We toughed it out, but a very poor experience.

The towels were cheap, there was only one bar of soap for the sink and shower and the room didn’t smell fresh.

Rug torn up in some areas, lots of stains on carpet, shower drained real slow, smelled damp and musty in the room, fridge wasn’t hardly cold at all. Dirt and grime in the corners

Flies in the room that just kept appearing. We decided right then that we were not staying there I fed my baby and went to check out we where there less the 30 min go to the front desk to let he lady know she says she was going to go look at I fallow her show her and she reply’s that we can not get a refund bc we sat on the bed and it need to be redone. To which I replayed there is vomit on the floor you need disenfect this room. She just walk out and told me to have a good day !!

Cindy (8/5): - The room was clean. Furnishings were outdated (bathroom fixtures were harvest gold!) and the mattresses appeared to be old (but they were still fairly comfortable). The grounds were attractive and appeared to be well maintained. So overall, it was a nice place to stsy.
Amber (10/5): Great place to stay - Room was clean staff was friendly. We went to a concert at Ozark amphitheater. It was like 20 min from there. Good shopping and places to eat close to the quails nest
Sherry (8/5): It was good - I’m glad to see layout. I will request certain features in the future…. . Balcony, pool, etc
Jacob (2/5): - Stayed in room 314 and the room had Bed Bugs.
Shauna (6/5): - The bed was really uncomfortable & the freezer part of fridge needed to be defrosted because everything froze. Other than that it was nice
Darren (6/5): 2023 visit - Staff was friendly. Room was not ready upon arrival. Big gap under door to room had to stuff a blanke in. Gaps around air conditioner daylight coming thru the wall. Shower head had lime build up and half clogged. Tub drain was slow to drain so you have to shower fast or you were showing in standing water. Tub had stains in the bottom. It seamed as the whole 2ed level had a slope to it.Candy and trash under the bed. Was un aware that a microwave and refrigerator extra. While waiting pn room to be finished we warched them cart the microwave and fridge out. The chair at the table was so loose and wobbly i was afraid to sit in it.
