Śniadanie ok, duży wybór, choć nie wszystko jest smaczne Personel miły i pomocny Pokoj standard zasługuje co najwyzej na 3 gwiazdki, zdjęcia ktore widać są glownie z pokoi o wyzszym standardzie. Jeśli ktoś oczekuje standardu 5gwiazdek to na pewno będzie zawiedziony.

E un pic cam departe de centrul stațiunii sau Nesebar. Esti exact la distanta aceea sa fii prea aproape sa mergi cu masina, dar prea departe sa mergi pe jos.

- Jacqueline (7/5): It was a lovely hotel, lovey staff who worked v hard. - The fried eggs in the morning were rubbery & not fresh. Scrambled eggs weren't good either. No hot vegetarian options other than eggs. Coffee machine was broken or not working properly e.g you s lect a cappuccino &.just coffee comes out? No juices available. No honey for cereal. The coffee & hot selection if breakfast items.

- desislavam2024 (10/5): Pasha Hamam Ritual for two—steam, water, and exfoliation with a traditional kese mitt left us glowing and rejuvenated. - We booked the Pasha Hamam Ritual (traditional Turkish bath) for two, and it was one of the most magical spa experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm and welcoming, guiding us through each step with care. It began with 10 minutes in a softly heated coal sauna infused with a gentle aroma. From there, we entered a stunning mosaic bath with marble table tops, where we lay back and felt transported to the grandeur of Topkapi Palace, surrounded by the soothing sounds of flowing water and soft oriental music. The professionalism and skill of the therapists were unmatched. Every movement — from the rhythmic splashing of water, to the gentle scrubbing with the traditional kese mitt, to being enveloped in a cloud-like foam blanket and left to rest as bubbles whispered softly across the skin — felt both artful and deeply relaxing. After a final rinse, we were wrapped in the softest towels and led to an aromatherapy massage that left us completely renewed. To complete the ritual, we were invited to enjoy Turkish tea and unwind in the quiet rest zone — the perfect finale to a sensory journey of touch, sound, scent, and warmth. More than just a treatment, this was an experience to remember. Highly recommended for couples or anyone seeking an unforgettable spa day in Sunny Beach.

The hotel staff: reception, housekeeping, and waiters were smiling and friendly. Everything went smoothly, without any complications. A hotel with a very intimate atmosphere. Peace, quiet, and relaxation. The spa area and pools are of a high standard. No crowds and few children. Very clean rooms.

- jocev (10/5): - Sve je bilo u najboljem redu , izuzetno čisto i uredno. Doručak je odličan jer ima raznih vrsta jela, čak i za vegane. Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno. Divno smo se proveli i doći ćemo opet 🥰

Izba každý deň upratovaná, klimatizácia a alarm na izbe. Príjemný personal v celom hoteli. Raňajky bohaté, každý deň sa dá vybrať. Všetko bolo v poriadku

- seanya2025 (10/5): Very cool , very groovy beach day! - Very groovy day at the beach, gosh I loves it! The room was good it had a full room in it. Nice cocktails without the tail at the bar with big glass of proseccy too. That’s going down my throat! Went to the copa Cobana with the boys for some salsa lessons in our a wee budgie smugglers. Thank you for the room doll I loves it!

- Razvan (10/5): Foarte bine - Totul a fost ok. Mic dejun cu tot ce ai nevoie sa mananci dimineata. Piscina ok. Un pic mai multa atentie la curatenia de pe balcon.

Az étteremben is nagyon kedvesek voltak (főleg amikor a nagy esőben segítettek bejutni a szobához):) külön köszönet érte. Egyszóval 10 pont. És köszönjük Zsuzsi &peter Semmi

- Nina (10/5): - Готель сподобався. Спокійна, дружелюбна атмосфера, приємний персонал. Хороший сніданок, ресторан затишний. Біля басейну приємно знаходитись. В номері чисто, є усе необхідне. Нам сподобалось, шкода що зупинялися лиш на ніч, бо їхали в інший готель.
- Roie (8/5): הייתה חוויה נעימה בסך הכל, התמורה למחיר ששילמנו הייתה טובה, אבל לא מדובר במלון 5 כוכבים קלאסי - הספא, העיסוי, הגודל של החדר והמתקנים, היחס של הצוות, התמורה למחיר, האבזור של החדר (מקרר גדול, כלי מטבח, פינת אוכל...) המסעדה מעולה ארוחת הבוקר התאימה למלון 3 כוכבים ולא 5 כוכבים. המלון לא ממוקם במיקום מרכזי אבל עם אוטובוס ב2 לבה שקרוב יחסית למלון אפשר להגיע לכל אזור בסאני ביץ' בשעות הפעילות שלו. הניקיון לא היה ברמה של 5 כוכבים, היה לנו חול ושערות על המצעים כשהגענו בלילה הראשון.

От пяти звёзд ожидаешь более разнообразного завтрака. Лобби маленький. Бассейн закрывается в 18.00 За поздний отъезд пришлось платить 20 евро за час.

- Rotem (8/5): - קרוב לים יש חניה (אבל בתשלום) נקי מכונות הקפה לא עבדו בארוחות הבוקר. היה צריך לבקש מהבר באופן מיוחד להכין קפה וזה לקח זמן רב. קיבלנו חדר בלי טלויזיה. ביקשנו שיביאו וקיבלנו טלויזיה ממש קטנה. לא משהו שמצופה ממלון 5 כוכבים. בנוסף ביקשנו חדר עם נוף לים/לבריכה ולא קיבלנו.
