And free laundry was super cool! Also the 24 hour diner with my boys being growing tweens that is a must No pool was our only downside to the place.

• P_P7777777 (2/5): DO NOT STAY HERE!!! - One of the WORST stays of my life! Stay away. I do NOT recommend this dump. Bathroom unsanitary. Nasty filthy toilet seat from previous guest. Never was cleaned. Enough towels for 3 nights, I was staying 5….so this was an issue. Room was never serviced for 5 days, until I had to personally request additional towels. They did at that time take the overflowing onto the floor trash that had accumulated since they never service the rooms. The chubby red headed girl at desk in restaurant laughed at me when I said I was I used to daily room servicing. I stay in hotels about 50-75 nights a year & I assure you that this is the norm. Maybe not in Montana at a substandard inn. The sheets were not changed the entire 5 night stay. Nor was the room vacuumed, this place is crap. I cannot believe that I was fooled by photos & reviews on booking.com. Shame on me for not doing a thorough research. The refrigerator in photos is big. Mine was tiny with no freezer & there was still filth inside from previous guests. The stove was absolutely filthy & disgusting. There was no lighting at all in kitchen area. It was pitch black & I had to use flashlight on phone to read microphone settings. The ice bucket had no plastic liner. There was no way I was using ice from that filthy bucket, so had to go to store to buy plastic bags for ice. Entire room felt grimy & not clean. The hotel “staff” in restaurant is NOT engaged or forthcoming with needed information: ( need to ASK for addl towels to accommodate your stay??!! WTF. you should be automatically provided enough towels & not need to ask for them. You need a clean one each day. That’s a no- brainer) Room key card expires after 2 days & needs to be reset?? B.S. this is ludicrous. Had a note left in room from “Rebecca” who had brought in additional towels & took overflowing trash from room. Said that she put in from sheets to be changed & room cleaned. Never happened. SURPRISE!! And towel replenishment included one washcloth for 2 days! WTF??!!? I made a huge mistake staying in this dump. Horrible & nightmare stay for a family memorial service. Did a food order next door at restaurant & it took WAY TOO LONG. The poor girl working the grill was overwhelmed with only a few orders. I think that the issue here at both places is understaffing as well as lazy or incompetent employees. Corporate issue. I’m still angry about my stay, it was AWFUL!!! Stay away from here.

• Noah (8/5): Good Stay - The room was the best of our entire cross country trip. Especially considering the price. Very clean, ample towels, microwave, fridge, great sink space, nice shower, Dove soaps, room was right outside the elevator so that was nice. The only thing we ddin't like was the sign on the door that said 'check in at the diner next door'. Okay...weird. Diner was small and hot and busy. We had a wait to check in. The gal running everything was phenomenal. Young, thin, glasses, tatoos. The owner/manager walked in and chastized the staff in front of everyone which is one of my huge peevs. So we decided not to patron the diner for dinner and ate our packed stuff. We're working class ourselves and don't appreciate hard-working, good staff to be treated that way. But we loved our hotel room.

Lots of cable channels quiet rooms comfortable beds and they just make you feel at home. The room I stayed in had a stove top and a large refrigerator which is very rare nowadays. And to top it all off they got a great restaurant that is open 24 hours a day

There's also not a free breakfast like usual, it's 10% off at the diner. Kind of at the edge of town, which means it's quiet, but there's not much around.

• Mary (7/5): It was fine but I cancelled our reservation for a later date. - The room was very spacious . For some reason, we got the handicapped bathroom with an amazing walk-in shower. That was nice. And the facility was quiet. I was not aware of noise from other guests. The room or the whole facility is geared to long term stays. The kitchen area was ready for long term visitors—full size frig, two burner cooktop and sink. But no items for use. There was not a cup or paper towels or anything for us to use for our food stuff. We like hot tea in the evening—no cups to serve it in. And the microwave was hard to use— on the lower shelf was inconvenient to use.

• Amber (10/5): - Great stay, great price, 24 hour food-clean, friendly and QUIET!! The surrounding buildings and landscaping were unkempt but did not affect our stay.

• Robert (6/5): - Super late check in. Would not let you check in early. Had to check in at a neighboring diner?!?!? Walls are super thin. No coffee maker in room. Free coffee in diner, but service was terrible
• Kathleen (8/5): Great value and VERY clean! - Very friendly and professional! The comforters were mismatched, but other than that, the room was very clean and very big. The bed was super comfortable! Also, the gas station across the street had the lowest prices we saw in the state!!!!! The juices were not running at 6 a.m. as posted.

• Scott (8/5): - Didn't like that the DISH network didn't work right. We were offered a discount and free meal for the inconvenience. The facilities were clean and smelled clean.
• Rebecca (10/5): A great place to stay in Glendive! - Everything was very clean, the room was nice. When you walk in you can smell the clean.
• Durann (6/5): Ok - A staff member came and talked us about noise on the floor. Asking us to be quiet for the sake of the rail workers they come at odd hours and sleep. I know it wasn’t my kids cause one is 15 and the other is 9. Im sorry but there was all kinds of kids around that weekend for there was a youth basketball tournament going on. So I just hope all parents got talked to too. That was all good
• Shannon (4/5): Disappointing. - Location was fine. The bathroom was dirty. Urine around the base of the toilet. Dog food? (Maybe) on the sink. No coffee in the room or in the hotel. Only coffee in morning at the diner. There wasn't continental breakfast, just breakfast you could buy at the diner. We didn't. Bed was hard as a rock.
• Stacey (8/5): - Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. It just looks like the floors could use vacuuming and there’s a smell of methane in the room.
• Jeri (10/5): - This hotel is very very nice , spacious and clean. And the best part was walking next door to the Penny's diner. Open 24/7? We couldn't believe it. The food was quick and excellent even late at night. We will definitely be back here anytime we come through gGendive! thank you guys!

• Katherine (5/5): Not worth the extra money if traveling with a pet and not that special in general. - I was traveling through and they had a room available. Close to the highway. I was taken aback by how much they charge for a dog. I’ve paid $15-20 for the most part. $40 is too much. I would be happy to pay a refundable deposit for if the dog wrecks anything, but he slept on a mat on the floor for 7 hours. I will ask ahead next time and definitely find something else.
• Malinowski (1/5): Bad - Was all good until the hotel manager named Karen called cops on my invited guest and threw them out for no reason. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff and manager were extremely rude and threw my guest out of hotel for no reason. I ended only staying one night due to the rude behavior of manager name Karen... will never stay at this hotel due to these issues
