- E (7/5): Good but a littke trainning for staff would not hurt! - Nice layout, clean, far from city center but surrounded by a nice apple plantation. Room is very small, on a very busy street full of cars in both directions, you need good minutes to be able to drive left or right!!! Restaurant staff unfriendly and very stiff!

- Francesca (10/5): - We loved our stay at Pleiada, from the level of service and attention from the staff, to the room which was fabulous, decorated in great taste, all very clean and with a well stocked minibar, the restaurant and breakfast which was varied and delicious and the spa facilities - which were the main reason we had booked this hotel. The spa is well equipped with a well thought design throughout and even though our stay was short, we were excited to have managed to find the time to book the couples treatment which was fantastic and great value for money! The room was a bit too hot and setting the temperature lower on the thermostat did not make a difference but maybe we were doing something wrong - it was fine overall as it was cool enough outside and we just opened a window when it got too hot, so we didn't bother asking about this at the reception in the end. The water pressure in the shower was also on the lower side but you could just change the shower head setting to one of the more powerful ones to make up for it.

- Olha (8/5): Негативне враження, не вдалось спокійно відпочити із за гучної музики ресторану. - Гарний готель і сніданок. Ми заселились в 1:30 ночі, мали переночувати та відпочити перед дорогою, в цей час в ресторані відбувалось якесь святкування. Музика була дуже голосною, мій номер був на третьому поверсі як раз над рестораном, на прохання надати номер в іншій частині готелю подалі від ресторану мені відмовили, при звернені до працівника на ресепшн щодо гучності музики теж було відмовлено, сказали, що там святкування і що музика ще буде лунати до 2х годин. Тобто, для цього готелю пріоритет відвідувачі ресторану, а не клієнти готелю. В результаті невдалось відпочити і поспати спокійно. Ще такого відношення до клієнтів взагалі не бачила, не рекомендуватиму цей готель знайомим і друзям (((( Розчарували.
