Ils ont vraiment contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. Le spa est un vrai plus : hammam et massages de grande qualité, parfaits pour se détendre après une journée dans la médina. Wat een heerlijk Riad, je waant je echt in Arabische sfeer en het personeel staat altijd voor je klaar. Het ontbijt is heerlijk, bedden perfect. De douchegel van de Spa die bij de douche staat is heerlijk. Helaas vergeten een te kopen. De spa zit ernaast en ook echt een aanrader. Met andere woorden, wij hebben ontzettend genoten en willen hier graag weer terugkomen. Nogmaals veel dank voor alles lieve mensen van de Riad. -

• Kader (3/5): On s’attendait à mieux - Proche de la Médina Nous avons été déçus par les prestations, en dessous de ce que nous attendions en termes de service. Le petit-déjeuner était ok mais avec des produits parfois à peine décongelés (mini cake), et certaines options indisponibles (œufs). Concernant les déplacements, le conseil fourni n’était pas adapté : un trajet très court (5min en voiture) a été proposé à un tarif nettement supérieur aux prix habituels. L’ensemble manque de cohérence avec le positionnement attendu.

L’équipe du Riad a décoré notre suite à l’occasion des 18 ans de notre fille Lili et lui a proposé un gâteau avec des bougies à notre retour d’excursion. Merci à Yassine le responsable et à toute son équipe. Nous avions la suite Assouan qui est parfaite pour une famille, le Riad est très bien placé et le Spa est top.

I first paid using Google Pay, and the money was deducted from my account (I showed this in my banking app). However, the hotel owner at the reception claimed the payment had not gone through and forced me to pay again. I questioned why I should pay twice instead of waiting for the payment to arrive. He assured me he would be personally responsible for returning the money if it was received twice, but at the same time threatened to call the police and not let our group leave Morocco if I refused. We were heading to the airport, so I had no time to argue and was put under significant pressure. Eventually, I paid again with a physical card, and that payment was successfully received by the hotel. Now, more than 1.5 months later, the first payment has still not been returned. My bank confirmed that the money was processed via the hotel’s terminal and provided an ARN number that the hotel can use to trace the transaction. Despite this, my messages are being ignored. So, where is this "responsible" owner now? The staff even didn't share his name. I attached screenshot of two transactions (both NAPS and RIAD BINDOO are the same terminal - I find it strange that it has different names) Additionally, when I first tried to book the hotel directly and asked for official invoice, I was asked to share my card details instead, which is unsafe and unprofessional, so I booked it via Booking. I also attached the screenshot of these messages. The hotel itself is nice, and most of the staff were polite. However, the SPA experience was disappointing — the included procedure was minimal, and the staff were rude.

The atmosphere was great and the roof terrace spacious and relaxing. Large room with character, cute furniture. Shower wasn’t the best. One of the taps was a bit stuck, needs a little work.
• Michal (10/5): - ריאד מושלם! צוות נהדר! קיבלנו שירות מעולה, הרבה מעבר למצופה. אירגנו לי הפתעת יום הולדת מהממת! ירד גשם הציעו לנו מטריות, היינו צריכות לשלוח בגדים לכביסה, אז הם הציעו לקחת את זה בשבילנו כדי שנשלם מחיר של מקומיים ולא של תיירים. אז הם לקחו והחזירו לנו עד לחדר. עזרו עם המזוודות, והיו מאוד שירותים ונחמדים לכל אורך השהות שלנו שם. ממליצה בחום! המזרן היה קשיח מידי עבורנו.

• Werner (8/5): Ein toller Ort um Marrakesh zu erkunden . Klare weiterempfehlung! - Die Unterkunft liegt zentral mitten in der trubeligen Altstadt. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, kann tatsächlich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Marrakeshs erlaufen. Das Riad selbst ist ein Ort der absoluten Ruhe und besonders die Dachterrasse am Abend lädt zum verweilen und erholen ein . Der Abholservice vom Flughafen weg und zum Flughafen hin hat perfekt funktioniert . Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und aufmerksam. Manches ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen , das Frühstück bietet keine Abwechslung.

Das Frühstück ist wundervoll reicht für den ganzen Tag. Pfannküchlein Brot Fladenbrot Honig konfitüre Eier wie man möchte Kuchen..... Kaffee ist gut und der Tee ebenfalls. Wahnsinn!!!! Der SPA 2 stundenbehandlung war sehr sehr angenehm zu empfehlen. Auf der Website steht wenn man länger als 3 Nächte bleibt ist das Taxi vom Flughafen gratis. Stimmt nicht. Es ist nicht in der Nähe vom magischen Jemma El-Fna gute 15 min zu Fuss ohne rechts und links die Lädeli zu bestaunen😉🙃
• Salomé (1/5): - Séjour extrêmement décevant et expérience inacceptable. Nous avons réservé ce logement via Booking.com en toute confiance, mais la réalité a été tout autre. À notre arrivée, nous avons été installés dans une tente qui n’était absolument pas mentionnée et non visible sur les photos. Une vraie surprise… mais surtout une très mauvaise. La tente était dans un état d’insalubrité avancé : moisissures visibles partout, odeur d’humidité insupportable, air irrespirable. Impossible de s’y sentir à l’aise, encore moins d’y passer la nuit sereinement. Les conditions étaient également très précaires : froid intense la nuit, au point de devoir dormir avec un chauffage d’appoint, ce qui est totalement anormal pour un logement proposé à la réservation. Nous avons immédiatement demandé à changer de logement, en proposant même de payer un supplément. Refus catégorique, sans solution alternative. Aucune prise en compte de notre inconfort ni de la situation. Ce séjour a été une véritable source de stress et de dégoût, et ne correspond en rien à ce qui est annoncé sur Booking.com. C’est trompeur et inacceptable. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.
• ΑΘΑΝΑΣΙΟΣ (8/5): - Our stay at Riad Bindoo & Spa in Marrakech was overall pleasant, but there are a few points worth noting. The riad itself is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere and stylish design. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the spa facilities added a nice touch to the experience. However, we felt that the service was somewhat unorganized at times, which affected the overall flow of our stay. Additionally, considering the price, we expected a higher level of consistency and value for money. In summary, while the riad has great potential and a lovely setting, improvements in organization and pricing would make the experience much better.

Our room was clean and beautifully decorated. I cannot say enough about the staff, we came here with little to no knowledge on how to navigate and they took all our worries away. The staff coordinated our taxis, gave directions and made sure we had all the items we need. Already planning my trip back!

The staff was very attentive and I felt taken care of the whole time. The staff anticipated my every need. Mint tea service and breakfast were delicious. The staff helped with transportation and walked us to and from the taxi area every time. The location was also perfect. So close and easy to walk around the medina. Truly one of the best places I have ever stayed. Can’t wait to come back. Thank you :) Everything was fantastic!

• eleonora (9/5): Nice Riad in a very good location. - We liked the tranquility of the Riad in a noisy city. I could hear bird sounds and spa music in the courtyard area, creating a peaceful vibe. The breakfast areas are also very pleasant. The staff were very hospitable, going out of their way to make our stay very welcoming. The breakfast was also good with a nice daily variety including freshly squeezed orange juice, good coffee, sweet treats and eggs. A must is to try the local Argan butter - like peanut butter!! The room was made up every day but the sink and shower were not cleaned, at least not on the days that we noticed it. The room could do with more light although it was nicely decorated like a Berber Tent.
• Sonia Gil (9/5): - The Riad was excellent value for money. The staff were all so lovely and kind. I felt at home. My room was so beautiful, colourful and huge. My bed was comfortable. Everything was super clean . Bathroom was huge and towels were soft and big ! Absolutely nothing to not like.
• Nuala (10/5): Bindo Spa - Super choice for Marrakesh - Just spent a week in Bindoo Spa and it was fabulous. The staff are amazing, really friendly and helpful. Its an oasis of calm with a lovely atmosphere. 15 minute walk to the middle of the Central Square so great location. The spa is gorgeous, we had a fab hamman and massage and theres a lovely space to sit and relax or take a dip in the pool.I would really recommend anyone to use this as your base in Marrakesh. • Yukone (6/5): Buon riad, arredamento bello e comodo all'inizio del centro della città, prezzo più caro della media - Struttura molto bella e cozy, nel pieno stile marocchino, con intagli, mosaici e intonaco lavorato e arredamento unico nel suo genere. Facile da raggiungere all'inizio del centro della città, vicino alle attrazioni principali. Pulizia della stanza non ottimale, disservizi nei primi giorni in merito alle lampadine e clima (risolto in un secondo momento). Il problema principale è la cultura dello staff, che al posto di aiutarti ed istruirti sui prezzi per servizi e taxi, contribuiscono attivamente a spremerti il più possibile: in 2 occasioni diverse sono stato accompagnato da loro a prendere un taxi e continuavano a dirmi che il prezzo proposto dal taxista era consono, quando alla fine da solo sono riuscito a trovare a metà prezzo. Al momento del checkout, il cassiere, alludendo al fatto che non aveva resto (strategia comune a marrakesh), si è trattenuto una piccola parte del resto.

We stayed here for my birthday at the end of November 2025, and I honestly can’t praise the team enough as they went above and beyond to make our stay special. They recommended a fantastic restaurant for my birthday celebration, arranged a cake for me, and even decorated a section of the riad, which was such a thoughtful touch. Our room was spotless and cleaned daily, and the breakfast each morning was lush. Every member of staff was welcoming, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our experience memorable. We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this riad to anyone looking for a special, comfortable, and well-looked after stay

Le toit terrasse avec une vue merveilleuse sur la Koutoubia et sur l'atlas. Le petit déjeuner très copieux, plutôt sucré. Une bouilloire avec café et thé dans la chambre serait un plus.
