• Guest (6/5): - Petit déjeuner inclus et excellente localisation Le bain de la chambre 103 retient l'eau: Le bouchon se referme automatiquement. Lorsque je prenait ma douche, l'eau s'accumulait dans le fond de la baignoire, l'eau ne s'évacuait pas.

• Nathalie (7/5): Localisation parfaite - La plupart de mes séjour à Rouyn, je réserve à cet hôtel. Je vais également continuer de le faire. j’aime sa propreté et sa localisation. J’ai loué la suite, et malheureusement c’est une suite non rénovée et mal entretenu surtout du côté de la salle de bain : la robinetterie pour le bain thérapeutique était lousse et défraîchie. Le pommeau de douche est inacceptable, la céramique est craqué au sol et défraîchit. Cette salle de bain devrait être refaite au complet. Sinon le prix devrait être revu à la baisse.

• Julie (6/5): - Check in staff was pleasant but not friendly. Parking situation is terrible. Luckily it was not very busy during our stay. Room and especially the bathroom had a musty odour. Bed was not a queen size and very well used. There wasn’t even a top sheet provided.
• Muhammad Ali (6/5): - Service was not good, and rooms fixtures were broken, and I was given the wrong room initially, and the staff was not professional in the night shift, he had headphones on for personal use and shirt wasn’t even tucked, he did not look professional at all. Furthermore found hair on the toilet seat meaning the room was not cleaned properly. Room was okay but would not recommend for price.

• Chris (6/5): - Property was clean but in a tough place for access and parking was difficult. Air con was old and didn’t cool the room down all that well. The hotel is old and clearly was renovated but still felt old. Free breakfast was less than continental and really not good. Staff were friendly. Bed was ok but not great. Overall for the money I payed was very disappointing .
• Chantal (6/5): - La chambre était correcte et les lits confortables. Il n’y avait pas de mouchoirs et pas de rouleau de papier hygiénique de surplus. Le site indique que les chambres incluent des peignoirs, mais il n’y en avait pas. Nous étions trois adultes et sommes restés deux jours. Malgré le fait que nous avons demandé à ce que la chambre soit faite aucun remplissage n’a été fait, il n’y avait toujours que deux verres et deux tasses plutôt que trois. La chambre avait une machine Nespresso, mais une capsule de café de chaque variété. Le petit déjeuner était inclus, mais pas très varié. Bagel et pain à griller soit même, quelques yogourts, choix de céréales. Des œufs brouillés à réchauffer au micro ondes. La salle de bain aurait besoin de rénovation et les tuile de céramique d’un bon frottage. Point positif les employés qui sont peu nombreux sont très aimables.

My only suggestion would be to have more than 1 person at the front desk especially at 4pm when everyone is checking in and the pillows could use an upgrade.

• Heather (6/5): - Our stay was fine but too high of price for this hotel. Very old building, smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by the wires, taps in the jet tub were wobbly and not secured to the tub.
• joeller538 (4/5): Room poorly cleaned - Poor cleaning, our room wasn’t clean thoroughly, there was hair in the bathroom around the vanity and a pubic hair in the shower very disgusting. We had two queen size bed in the room and one of the bed had a really deep dent like you sunk in the bed and the other person just beside just keep rolling on you. Mattress need to be changed. One other thing the bed has no sheet underneath the duvet that means that you sleep the duvet right on you and it’s not in a cover either! First time here and will not go back.

• chantal (10/5): - Je suis arrivé et la chambre ne correspondait pas à ma demande ou ce que je croyais avoir pris. La propriétaire et le personnel ont été merveilleux, mon remis un chambre supérieur au même prix. Excellent chambre 216-219 grand, un petit 1 1/2. Et j’ai repris pour le mois prochain. Le déjeuné est bien rien de wow mais manque de rien et toute est bon et frais. Machine à café disponible dans la salle à manger en tout temps frais fait et toute les choix. Excellent. Je recommande l’endroit et merci à Steve a la réception qui a été aussi été d’une grande gentillesse.
• Louise (4/5): - The bedroom window was completely blocked by a large a/c unit in the case of a fire there would of been no way out for the occupants. The hotel would not accept our CAA or Seniors discount. Would not recommend to anyone.

Breakfast is decent continental style, and they have a good coffee machine that makes espresso etc. The outdoor parkade is fine, but they couldn’t let me in remotely as that wasn’t working. So I needed to park on the street and go move my car after I got my room key. There were some sketchy kids looking in car windows in the parkade when I went to move my car, so I was a bit concerned about security there. But my car survived the night unscathed, so all was good. This was my 3rd stay there, and I’d stay again without hesitation.

• 80mireillet (6/5): Gets the job done - Old hotel, out dated rooms, but friendly staff and the bed was comfortable. Did the job for what it needed ! The elevator will definitely scare you a bit when it starts and stops bur don’t worry.. everything is fine 😂 Staff was friendly! Continental breakfast with cold food was ok. I remember a couple years ago (ok maybe 6-8 years ago) they offered an extensive menu during the weekend for the breakfast and I definitely miss it.

The only down points, are that the room could have more lights. It is hard to work from there because it's really dark and the breakfast is really deceiving

• AMarquis6621 (2/5): Didn’t accept cash or debit, reservation cancelled. - They cancelled my week long reservation when I arrived because my credit card had been destroyed two days ago and I didn’t have the new one. I could pay cash or debit, I had ID with me and I was a long term client (spent over 15 000$ in that hotel within the last four years). I was 850km away from home to get a week long hospital treatment. They finally let me stay but only one night. Never again. They also own the Deville Hotel, the Pizze restaurant and Polonais bar.
• Sebastian (8/5): - This is my 3rd stay at the property and I appreciate every time. The only thing I could comment on is the bumpy elevator when it stops at a the desired floor. It shakes and bounces as if we were in a six flags amusement park. That should be fixed, it's been like that for at least two years. Other than that, nice hotel nice staff.

• Julian (5/5): A shadow of its former glory - Thé gym is fully renovated and well equipped. This is how all gyms in hotels should be at a minimum Noise. Noise constantly, everywhere. A/C from neighbouring rooms going on and off all night. Even at quietest moments there was still a loud buzzing sound. Also windows don’t open, so it can get stuffy inside, there is no ventilation anywhere. Finally, the breakfast made want to cry. Little comfort was offered by petrol-tasting coffee and freezer-cold, hard boiled eggs after such a bad night.
• TravelLover63 (8/5): Great location in Rouyn-Noranda - The Hotel Albert has a lot going for it. Great location, very friendly and most helpful front desk staff, a really cool owner, nice CLEAN rooms, on-site parking and a good continental breakfast. Steps away from two very good restaurants. The steps into the lobby front either the front or back entrances can present some difficulty for those with mobility issues. There is an elevator however.
• Plamen (8/5): General overview - Seemed like it was one of the greatest places in the town, but due to lack of visitors some services were neglected. Person servicing the breakfast buffet was looking like a building maintenance guy, slow cleaning the breakfast tables after guests, need some update on walls, furniture, mattress ext.
