• ESTELLE (4/5): Hyper décevant à cause d'un bruit permanent dans notre chambre. - Emplacement parfait. Personnel d'accueil parfait. Un vrombissement permanent entendu depuis la chambre, sûrement la machinerie de l'ascenseur ou d'un appareil. Je n'ai jamais vu ça dans un hôtel à ce prix là. Impossible de dormir. Ma fille me dit en pleine nuit, ça doit être les travaux pour vous dire comment c'était désagréable. Mais le bruit venait bien de l'intérieur de l'hôtel.

Zimmer wurden während des Frühstücks schon gemacht. Man kam zurück und alles war fertig und sauber. Bad war sehr klein, nur was für nicht so übergewichtige Menschen

• Marie-Claude (8/5): - Super accueil, on a été très bien renseigné à l arrivée et nous avons eu ensuite affaire à un jeune homme qui fait des remplacements chez Ibis et qui était exceptionnellement compétent, pro et très gentil. Ibis devrait le garder c est un salarié comme il n y en a peu. 👍👍 La literie n est pas super, mais bon pour 2 nuits ça passe .

• ingrid (7/5): nuit d'étape avec vélos - possibilité de mettre nos vélos à l'arrière de l'hôtel. Bon petit déjeuner. Confort simple mais pour une nuit d'étape, c'est très bien. L'hôtel n'est pas très loin du centre d'Avignon et de la gare. on avait demandé 2 chambres côté cour mais hélas on était à l'avant sur une rue assez circulante. Mais avec les fenêtres fermées, l'insonorisation était bonne. Notre climatisation ne fonctionnait pas (à vérifier quand vous arrivez) et il a fait très chaud. La douche est trop étroite pour les grands. Une petite bouilloire avec cafés et thés auraient été les bienvenus.

I like that there is a usable desk and surprisingly good lighting at that desk and in the bathroom - made putting on makeup more convenient. I also like that the hotel let us know that there was going to be a big group hogging the breakfast tables at specific hours so we could plan around it Beds were uncomfortable and the bed protector thingy was emitting heat like crazy. Was sweating like crazy for two nights before realizing I can just take it off and sleep like a normal person. Shower is rather small. No wardrobe, just open shelving. Room could be bigger.

• Graham (10/5): Great hotel, secure motorbike parking and only a walk away from centre. - The room was small but very comfortable. Breakfast is always excellent at Ibis hotels. However the best thing is they said we could park our motorbike in their back secured patio.
• Carole (7/5): Bon hôtel mais attention aux abus - L'accès au parking et à l'hôtel rapide, l'accueil était parfait et la chambre propre. Que l'homme de chambre rentre 3 fois dans notre chambre sans frappé, et avec aucune gêne ni excuse, merci tout de même à Christophe(Veilleur de nuit)pour sa bienveillance au soir suite à l'incident du matin.

Nous sommes tombés du lit pendant notre sommeil. Chambre de la taille d'un placard à balai, irrespirable car trop chaude et sans climatisation. Une adresse a ne pas retenir.

• Robert (8/5): - Séjour d’une semaine à Marseille L’emplacement de cet appartement est vraiment idéal : parfait pour visiter le quartier du Panier ainsi que le centre-ville à pied. Tout est à proximité immédiate (restaurants, bars, boulangeries), ce qui rend le séjour très agréable. Parking gratuit juste en bas du immeuble. Quelques points négatifs toutefois : le canapé mériterait une housse, les WC auraient besoin d’être refixés, et le matelas est un peu trop souple à mon goût. Dans l’ensemble, un logement bien situé mais avec quelques améliorations à prévoir.

Biglietteria in pensilina. Uber taxi disponibile ed efficiente. Mentre la camera era ben insonorizzata dal traffico, lo stesso non si può dire rispetto alle altre camere: meglio non avere forti russatori che dormono a fianco.

The staff is highly professional and attentive, especially Camille at reception, who consistently provides a warm welcome and speaks excellent English.
