• Lepeka (10/5): The receptionist are great. Very respectful and so kind. - I really like the location. Very handy and a lot of great restaurants and take aways just around the corner. Doesn’t have to drive far to look for food. I It would be nice to have spare towels in drawers.

Very clean Was advertised with parking and when I requested access, I was informed of an additional charge. When entering the garage, it was clear that each room had a designated space. A $220 room in an outer suburb should include parking. Also avoid corner room on building, very noisy above intersection.

• Anne (8/5): Fantastic for an overnight or few days' stay in the heart of Werribee. - Checkin was very easy. We did not know there would be a charge for parking but it was reasonable. The room was compact and well designed. The bed very comfortable and had we needed to cook for ourselves it appeared the kitchenette would have been adequate. On arrival there was a fair bit of traffic noise but the windows were double glazed and it was fine overnight. We could have used a blanket rather than rely on the heating system.

Just the shower in the bathroom. due to the design of the shower and screen, water would get on the floor every time a family member showered. Only suggestion would be to extend the screen or have a separate shower / bath.

• maria (8/5): A comfortable and enjoyable stay with a welcoming atmosphere and well-designed space. - The location was excellent, especially being so close to grocery stores, which was incredibly convenient after traveling a long distance. The overall feel of the room and the two-bedroom space was quite pleasant, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The curtain looked worn and outdated, with a large, noticeable hole that clearly needed replacing. It may seem like a small detail, but it made the entire living area feel dated.

Only slight negative was one room was on a different floor all rooms were booked in the same surname) .. then I guess we never asked for that but will next time. Rooms are not serviced during our 3 night stay. Totally recommend this for any visit to Werribee. Perfcet location, easy to find and very friendly staff. All this made for a effortless weekend to attend an engagement party. Thank you

Had to leave window open for hours to rid room of terrible smell. Split system had to stay off much to my partners dismay. I’ve stayed here years ago and I reckon the place has gone backwards

I had left it late so had one choice. Rooms are pretty loud with outside traffic and inside corridor noise. Bring ear buds. Other than that, good and appreciated, thanks.

• Jacqueline (7/5): - Convenient location, friendly and helpful staff Very, very slow lifts, flat uncomfortable pillows that seem quite old, iron was rusted and left rust marks on clothes, setup with balcony privacy is odd - the fact that someone in a seperate room looks out onto your private balcony, and vice versa is unusual and unpleasant. Means that window is essentially unusable for the ‘B’ unit and the ‘A’ unit cannot have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Overall an ok stay but just a far more 2.5-3 star experience than i’ve had before at any Quest.
