• Mayasah (5/5): - The location The extra bed requested was not there when we checked in which made us go and buy pillowed bed sheet and duvet to be able to sleep. The apartment is not cleaned the whole time of our stay, they only rearrange the bed

• Nicole (5/5): Would not stay again. - Good location. The communication and checking experience was horrendous. Tried contacting them all day re checkin as their online system was not working with no response. The only way I gained access after standing in freezing cold for nearly 2 hours was a helpful guest who gave me assistance and had had the same experience, no contact from them to apologise or follow up on my repeated messages and emails. Appalling customer service.

• Emily (10/5): Loved. Would stay again. - I’m usually disappointed when I check into a room in a hotel, or an apartment hotel. This time the flat was more spacious, better equipped, and more comfortably furnished than expected. I already knew the location would be excellent so that was no surprise. It was winter and was very cozy. Would stay again. I didn’t love the signs to not leave possessions unattended. Should I take all of my luggage around the city with me? I took this as a disclaimer and not real advice, but maybe it would be a good start to have separate codes for separate doors.

• Phillip (8/5): NIce and comfortable place, convenient to Oxford St. and Hyde Park - We think it would be useful to leave an information sheet on the kitchen table or another conspicuous place with a few basic bits of information, such as where are stores where one might buy provisions, what is the password (it is posted on the back of the door but that is dark and difficult to see). On the positive side, it was easy to reach someone by phone if we had questions. Just some small problems: the lamp on the side of the bed nearest the bathroom did not work; the dimmer knobs for the ceiling lights did not work; the bathtub should be equipped with a grab bar on the wall for getting in and out; the faucet knobs cannot be turned with soapy hands (there is a similar type of faucet knob but with a small protruding shaft which would solve this problem).

• Dee-Ann (9/5): Comfortable and Convenient Apartment in Mayfair. - Keyless entry. Housekeeping services and the housekeeper is helpful and delightful. Great location. Comfortable bed. Nice apartment. Could point out that the actually entry to the building in not on Lees Place but rather on the walk way named Shepherds Place. There was only one utility knife and it was a bread knife so it was difficult to cut other things. Decor is a little spare. It woul be nice to have a rug in the living room.

• Sam (8/5): - Great location, good size for a family of 5. Smoking odor covered by lots of air freshener which made it worse especially to someone who is allergic to this order. Requested early check in, never got a response on the day of arrival, no big deal. Location is perfect. All in all it was good. The odor was the biggest issue for me.

• Manveen (7/5): Good location - Great location, good size Unfortunately the last family ‘trashed the place’ according to the cleaner who struggled to clean it properly. They were also heavy smokers and despite not smoking in the apartment the place reeked of cigarette smoke embedded in the bedding and furnishings. There also is no luggage storage on site.
• Nasr (5/5): Great Location, wish the AC had not stopped working!!!!! - Excellent location in the heart of Mayfair. Nice building. Comfortable and well appointed flat. Easy access to good restaurants and shopping. The internet did not work for one day but was fixed the next day. The AC only worked for about 2-3 days approximately and after that did not work at all. Management was informed about this on a daily basis. This had a negative impact on our holiday as this is a premium priced property.

Communication with staff via WhatsApp was a breeze and they were responsive. This doesn’t feel five star. The property should come with salt/pepper and paper towels at least.

• Laurito (5/5): Many challenges due to the AC and layout. Nobody from the office accompanied or oriented us during check in. The cleani - The location is ideal being in Mayfair and walking distance to Oxford street and places like Selfridges. The AC of the building had a major breakdown days before we arrived. Guests were not notified ahead that there’s no airconditioning in the 11 apartment units and left us with no option but to live with the sutuation. We had to make do with electric fans and a weaker & less-ideal mobile AC unit which could not cool the entire apartment unit. The layout of Apartment # 9 was not ideal or efficient. Upon later inspection, we would have preferred the layout of Apartments 1, 4, 6, 8, and/or 11.
