Matthew (10/5): Perfect Birthday Getaway - We stayed in the cabin Splash Happy on the Creek for my 50th birthday. Everything about this cabin is amazing!! Incredibly clean, well maintained, beautifully decorated and fully stocked with all of your basic needs. The location is perfect, 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg. So very peaceful and quiet, I don’t want to leave! We will definitely return.
Murray (10/5): Anniversary celebration - We celebrated our 25 anniversary and the cabin was a great place to celebrate, and get a way. We didn’t get the heart shaped tub, but the outdoor hot tub made up for it. The cabin was very spacious and clean. We would for sure come back.

Shower curtain stained with yellow stuff. Hated the comfort, didn’t want to touch anything, my foot never touched the floors.

All the items needed in the kitchen were available. The staff member on site was friendly and helpful. If your in need of a hair dryer, bring!

Matthew (10/5): Super private and cosey cabin - Was a last minute getaway trip for the wife and I and loved it! Super private and cosey can't complain about anything!! Not too far from Gatlinburg about 10-15 minutes or longer depending on traffic but that's Gatlinburg for ya.

Had saw reviews about the hot tub being bad but after we checked in and went to dinner it was a perfeft temperature and worked properly. The only complaint i have is the free wifi was pretty terrible. Which wouldnt be a big deal had it not been for cellular service not being avaliable while inside the cabin. Overall had a great time and will be revisisting. 10 out of 10 do recommend.

SHARON (8/5): - We didn't get the attachment so we had a hard time finding the place when we did get the information we had to stop at the chapel and it was printed out for us we finally arrived and reading the 5 pages that were supposed to be attached I would of not made the reservation. There are restrictions on the wifi you should bring a flashlight you should have a4 wheel drive..we arrived couldn't get the dish to work for the tv, the top sheet had huge blue colored stains across it and a few very small spots on the fitted sheet..no wifi sooo I had to not have covers for the night and no tv trying to just chill after the 9hr drive. The next days the sheets and tv was fixed and from there besides the wifi issue the stay was nice the hottub was amazing we didn't use any real dishes we went out so we didn't have to worry about doing the dishes you do have to put the trash in your car and take it somewhere else so the bears don't get into it....

Verified traveler (2/5): - I went their with my wife for couple days for our anniversary, and I wish I never did the place is nasty insects and not like the pictures at all, the internet were down also the cable when we asked them to fix it we found out that even if it were working it’s not free they would charge a 100$ if we download a movie. The jacuzzi was nasty no light full of tree leaves and died worms and it have a hornet nest right on the top of it and it’s old u can’t even adjust the temperature we couldn’t even go close to it , we tried to call them to clean it we get no answer. even the flush system n the bathroom didn’t work right. If you really want to go to a place to relief your stress that is not the right place for you. I’ve been visiting the mountains few times a year for over 10 year and by far this is the worst place I ever been to. The information they posted is false the pictures have nothing to do with the nasty bed and covers that smell so bad like it haven’t been washed for 100 years.
Melissa (10/5): Loved it - It was a last minute trip and they were so accommodating. The office closed at 4 and we realized about 15 till that we needed to confirm our reservation. They made sure everything was ready for when we got there so we didn't need to come to the office to register. Would definitely recommend them and return for future trips.

I also loved how the towels were shaped in the image of swans. That was such a nice touch, and something that I had never seen before. I stay was so truly memorable. My wife and I plan to visit again. The only thing that we didn't like was we couldn't find our wifi password (perhaps it was there and we just missed it) or information how to get to the trolley stop.

First off there was bugs and such in the room witch I understand a little because it’s in the woods. Second I only had two nights to use for my honey moon and the hot tub on the pourch the first night was warm not hot then try and turn the jets on and nothing happens and the it stops warming altogether so that’s one night with out the hot tube wasted try to get a hold of some one is impossible so never got the hot tub working so that was a big let down. Then my wife try’s to get in the heart shaped jccuzzi tube witch is maybe a 200 some odd gallon tub and she try’s to fill it up and I guess they got a 50 gallon hot water heater so you can’t handle fill the bottom of it up and it gets cold and honestly it was just a big let down especially leaving voice mail after voice mail paying that kind of money not even getting a reply

The parking wasn't so great. The pictures do make it look like you have more privacy then you do. But overall pleasent. Quiet and romantic. Don't check I'm at night you will get lost and the roads are steep.

They down sized our cabin without 100% confirmation from us. The drain was clogged in the tub. Sheets and towels were clean so that’s a plus. Denise (10/5): 23rd Anniversary was amazing! - Cabin was super clean and we truly enjoyed our stay! The only thing which wasn’t the best was the heart shape tub, the jets are so powerful you get water every where but other than that one thing our stay was amazing! We would highly recommend these cabins to others!
Angel (10/5): Best service - this hotel was the best hotel me and my wife stayed at i would recommend this hotel to anybody that wants a romantic getaway or for a honeymoon. Jeanie was a great help after me and my wife situation with another hotel. i highly recommend staying here
Brian (8/5): Mountain Paradise - The bed was super comfortable, the jacuzzi was perfect. The view was decent, but not great. My only complaint was the WiFi. It was basically useless. Other than that, it was a great cabin, and very secluded. I would book this cabin again.

Edward (10/5): Romantic getaway in the Smoky Mountains. - Beautiful Honeymoon cabin up in the mountains. No traffic, check in was automatic. No one bothered us the whole week. The host took a $200.00 security deposit which was returned within two hours of checking out. Everything was in good working order, and the scenery was breathtaking.

Nannette (8/5): Nice private cabin off the main roads. - Clean, accommodating staff, close to activities. The only thing we feel should be improved is parking. Small spaces per cabin, no room for trucks except at the office.

James (10/5): Great stay no connection - We had a wonderful stay at snuggle inn. The only bad part was the WiFi didn't work. We had no way to see what we could do that day unless we went to town. That would've been fine had we planned that there wouldn't be wifi.

It was set in an ideal location, being close enough to the city but yet set in a rural area. The cabin was beautiful and had a very relaxing atmosphere. My husband couldn't get enough time on the deck. I am already looking forward to our next visit.

Vicki (6/5): A bit disappointed. - I have pros and cons regarding this "retreat." I'll start with the cons. Cons: The place is VERY outdated. Carpets were stained, couch smelled like urine, the curtains that are supposed to be white are a dingy gray. The mattresses in both bedrooms were old and very hard. There is a horrible scent that fills this place; smells musty or moldy, couldn't tell which. The water in the shower stays hot for a few minutes, typically by the end of my shower, the water was ice cold. The TV in the living room is darn near on the ceiling. My husband is 6-2 and it was hard for him to sit on the couch and not strain his neck watching TV. I'm tiny, you know it was difficult for me! Pros: Very private spot. Very quiet, right next to a stream. You can sit on your deck and listen to the wildlife and the stream. The hot tub on the deck was private making that a huge plus for couples. The unit has wifi; however, due to winds a couple of days prior to us coming, the wifi was out. I do feel that 5 or 6 days after an outage, that should have been fixed for us. There was a line down (not sure if it was power or phone) outside our cabin. That should have been taken care of prior to someone being allowed in. If you're looking for a place that is tranquil and can overlook the aesthetics of the inside (to include smell!), you're good. It was our 10 year anniversary and the cabin was a let down; however, the smoky mountains made it all worth it.

Jennifer (10/5): Our honeymoon in the hills - We used this for our honeymoon. Great cabin. If you like scenic places, its definitely perfect. The cabin was clean & everything expected. Staff were kind & the time was great. The only thing that we didn't get were the free passes that they state on the website.

Verified traveler (10/5): The cabin was beautifully decorated and very clean - Jeanie who did our initial welcome was wonderful and very helpful. She ensured easy access to the property and gave excellent recommendations for dinner. The space was just right for the romantic get a way that we planned. The area was beautiful an we intend to take advantage of these wonderful grounds at least once per year.
Jeff (10/5): Lazy Days by the River - The cabin was absolutely beautiful definitely will come back again wheelwright very late when we got to the cabin the fireplaces were on in the living room and bedroom the lights were dimmed and music was playing Softly a surprise for a 25th wedding anniversary on the bed they had makes ones out of towels and the swans made hurt a candy dish with some candy in it and the hot tub was absolutely relaxing highly recommend
david (2/5): Not best - The direction into cabins was not clear. The road going up to cabin big enough for one vechile. There was time a to we had to pull off side road about got stuck so other vechile going down get through.cabin is nice and clean
Kaley (10/5): Absolutely loved the little creek next to cabin - Absolutely loved the little creek next to the porch of the cabin. Muffins on the breakfast bar were a nice touch and the "towel animals." Jeanie was great and very sweet to check up on us after we got back home from our stay.
Robyn (6/5): Mountain Views - We stayed at "Three Little women" and while it was nice, we booked as a creekside cabin in which this wasn't! The cabin itself was nice, but the driveway was VERY steep and there was a cabin right next to ours. Backing out was a pain, but again the cabin itself was nice if you wanted a mountain view.
Chris (4/5): NO JETTED TUB, and BAD wifi - The trip up there was great as always, however the directions we where given where terrible! At the top it says we can gps the address so we did... and got stuck on a back road with no signs so we turn around and tried to gps the address to the office well.... it gets us to some cabins that are apart of honeymoon hills... but when we search the area there where no cabins with the name of ours so I called as it had now been 2&1/2 hours driving just trying to find the cabin! And when I call the lady acts like I'm so stupid! But I still had to drive 30 mins away from the office area to a back road that doesn't say ANYTHING about honeymoon hills!!! Then we get in and there was NO JETTED TUB like the listing said in the title line! It did have a pool table and a hot tub but we was looking forward to some time in a jetted tub indoors! Then we was told there would be coupons there for us to be able to figure out what we wanted to do while we where staying there well we left out Saturday around 11 and there where no coupons still we had them when we got back home at 8 that night after figuring it all out on our own! Then the worst part we left at 10 pm the night before check out... because at that point I had had enough we where in a very scary deep woods cabin , 30 mins away from any town, TERRIBLE WIFI , no cell service which was fine but bad wifi didn't help , no coupons or guides and no jetted tub I will not be back!
