• Tanya (9/5): Cery comfortable hotel next to Calgary airport - Conveniently located close to the airport, with a free shuttle service to and from the terminal. The room was spacious, quiet, and perfect for an uninterrupted night’s sleep. It was equipped with a smart TV, coffee machine, and kettle. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and three different showerhead settings. Breakfast was served in the lobby restaurant and included 5 to 6 hot meal options to choose from, a great start to the day. We experienced a small electrical issue where the wall plugs and TV turned off after using the kettle. After calling reception, a maintenance staff member arrived within five minutes and resolved the problem quickly and efficiently. A lovely bonus was the outdoor area on Level 3, featuring hot tubs and sun loungers beside the gym, creating a relaxing space to unwind after travelling. Staff was courteous and helpful. We had a great experience from checking in to checking out! N/A Thank you

• Damian (7/5): Decent Stay - The room was clean and nicely decorated. The location is excellent. The first room we were given smelled like strong chemicals and we had to switch rooms. The bed was not super comfortable.

• Amandeep (8/5): Disparity bwtween booking.com and hotel - Awesome location and aminities We booked for 2 adults and 1 child 14 yrs. They gave us breakfast voucher for under 12 which was not enough for a 14 yrs old. When asked they told us that since we booked through booking.com, their system does not recognize kids age so if want to get an adult voucher it will be additional money. Something booking.com needs to figure out with them.

When I complained to management, the front desk clerk commented that she hadn’t heard any other complaints (as though mine was less than valid) she offered me a drink coupon.

• Terence (10/5): Great value hotel with a hot breakfast. - The room was larger than I expected with a fantastic shower. The hotel had a shuttle to the airport. The ride to the airport took about 8 minutes. Breakfast was excellent with 5 choices available. Overall I felt this hotel was a great bargain. The Wi-Fi was not password protected. There are restrooms in the lobby area, but they are hard to locate.

Free shuttle made it very easy to get there after a late flight then back to car hire at airport following day. Very clean. Shower was beautiful. Did not have anyone on call for maintenance issue. Had some plumbing issues with toilet blocking very easily. Given a plunger to unblock ourselves - no one available to do it.

• Clay (10/5): An Excellent Place for a Romantic Getaway - This is an excellent hotel to stay at for a couple. The room was clean, spacious, and inviting. The included breakfast was exceptional, and the restaurant was great overall. The rooftop patio was a great place to relax and unwind, and the staff were attentive and courteous throughout our entire stay. The location of the hotel is a bit odd, and it can be difficult to locate, though this is more of an issue with the city of Calgary's lack of coherent urban planning than anything.

Comfy clean room with large shower and mini fridge. The included hot breakfast (5 choices plus 1 coffee or juice) was very good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend The beds were under lit with a pink glow and I didn’t know how to turn off so room was not dark.

• SIN HEUW (8/5): A Comfortable Resting Place before a long flight. - Beds are comfortable. Shower is good. Spacious & quiet room. Able to extend stay due to late flight, (would be better if waive additional charges for this low period given the cleaners were there whole day anyway). Useful Coffee machine and kettle in room. Warm breakfast. This is our repeated stay. Price on the high side. Staff can be more warm and genuine (cf to our stays in the Rockies.) Breakfast: acceptable, quality and variety can do better; will be good if allow both coffee and juice.
• Jones (9/5): Calgary Airport Hotel - A perfectly ideal hotel for staying an evening or more nights between Calgary airport flights. The physical and social environment is designed and managed to high standards with the guests' experience at the forefront of all that they do. If the opportunity arises in the future, we will be sure to stay at this hotel. There was nothing we didn't like.
• juan (9/5): Buen hotel en Calgary - Buen hotel con las comodidades que uno busca, especialmente después de un largo viaje desde el sur del mundo. Habitación amplia, mobiliario moderno y cómodo, bien calefaccionada, baño agradable con buena presión de agua y las amenities habituales. Personal amable y servicial. Ofrecen además traslado al aeropuerto cada media hora, funciona perfecto. El restaurante/bar con buenas opciones, incluyendo su prestigiada “Tónic Burguer”, deliciosa bomba de calorías 😄. La ubicación solo conviene si tienes actividad cerca del aeropuerto (en mi caso rent a car al día siguiente a mi llegada)

• Tia (5/5): - It's a clean hotel with comfy beds and a free breakfast. The breakfast staff was quite rude. I stood there for 12 minutes waiting to be sat without even a regard or acknowledgement. There were many seats available. When I tried to sit, one of the servers said "just wait." It was very uncomfortable.

• Mike (2/5): Won’t stay here again. - Front staff were good. Shower head was great. But that’s about all. The bed sucked really bad. They are hard and not comfy. Didn’t get much sleep the first night and woke up with a sore back the second morning. Shower was dirty and growing something in the corner. Toilet kept running all night. Wasn’t the cleanest.

• Josie (9/5): Great for a one night stay or the traveler. - The room was spacious and clean. There were robes in the room which were perfect to wear to the roof top hot tubs. For those that smoke there was a nice lit smoking area on the roof away from the hot tubs. My son liked that he could control the led lights under the beds. The free breakfast was tasty. There is an onsite restaurant with amazing tasting fries, perfect for a late night snack with room service. The offer lower parking fees while traveling. My only complaint would be that there is a jet fuel smell when you are outside. Which is expected because it is conviently located near the airport with free shuttle service.

I commented on his hat & he took it off and gave it to me. ❤️ The hotel was so great that the 6 in our group continued to comment about the delicious restaurant food, the shower system, the layout out of the room, the comfy beds, the bed lighting and much more. We will come back again and again.

• Matias (9/5): Buen lugar para comenzar un paseo en Calgary - Me gustó la cercanía con el aeropuerto, el servicio de shuttle de ida y vuelta al Aeropuerto. También la ubicación que permite conectar al hotel con el transporte público y así con la ciudad de Calgary. También la paciencia en recepción y en el restorán con mi pobre acento inglés. Extraordinario el restorán presente en el Hotel. Podría mejorar la limpieza de la habitación.
