• Ivan (9/5): - Location for me is great as our office is next street and I could skip all traffic. Location is very good. At walking distance there are a lot of restaurants or shopping mall. With short drive by Uder could reach central part of Polanco where is plenty of shops, restaurants etc. No restaurant in the hotel for lunch and dinner. Only available for breakfast and is paid separatelly (not included in room rate). Booking (in my case) was asked to be paid 100% in advance. I needed to reschedule and leave one day earleir. It took some efforts to get back refund for one night.

The room was extremely clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was strong, and the staff were very nice. I would return here again without hesitation.

The hotel is beautifully maintained, quiet, and located in one of Mexico City’s most upscale neighborhoods. It was the perfect base for exploring Polanco and nearby attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with modern amenities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and well cared for. Breakfast was fresh and delicious each morning, and the overall service exceeded expectations. If you’re looking for a peaceful, boutique-style experience in CDMX with excellent service and location, Alteza Polanco is a great choice.

They were great at recommending places to visit and arranging modes of transportation. We would gladly stay here again and explore some more!
• JonathanT_13 (8/5): Location an issue - This hotel is perfectly fine - rooms are spacious and comfortable and the staff are friendly. The breakfast was particularly good for quite a small hotel. It’s a modern hotel - not particularly characterful - but perfectly functional. The main issue with the hotel is the location - it is in quite a nice residential area - but the traffic in Mexico City is APPALLING - and the location meant it was impossible to get anywhere in less than an hour. The historic center is only a few km away - but was not walkable and hard to reach.

• Gala (5/5): Not a 4 star property at all - The location is fine, not a cute street/neighborhood but quite ok. The staff always very willing to help This is not a 4 star hotel, not in Mexico, not anywhere but unfortunately, I paid the rate of a 4-star. The property needs a renovation, the lobby and the rooms feel very outdated. The coffee machine wasn't working (the front desk lady kindly brought me a coffee, thank you!), the TV was working odd, the bathroom was small and very bland. Breakfast should be included in the rate! It was okay but the owner has one person to attend all guests so if you go at 8am, poor Eder, he is good but he is running around tables, all calling for him... not the scenario you want in a "4 star hotel breakfast'. Not coming back.

• 780b33V (10/5): Found a safe and friendly place - We're not planning to go Mexico city but we needed to stay near the Canadian visa and we found this good hotel (just one block). It is well located and has a friendly staff (everyone is so kind). The front desk helped us a lot and the girls are amiable and warm. Just the downside is that their restaurant (with a really delicious menu) is only open until 11:30 am and sometimes as a foreign tourist we don't want to go out or order something, just stay in.

The area also includes many shopping options (retail, groceries, street markets, etc). The property is in excellent condition, rooms are spacious, and staff is super helpful and friendly. This is definitely an excellent value.
• ARTURO (10/5): - It was all about kindness and respect, once you show up, people are kind, they help you with all you need to know, no bell man to guide you to your room but wasn’t necessary, it was easy to find the room. Rooms are bigger than I expected clean and have many supplies, having delivery was so easy as we arrived late at night but have 30 minutes delivery all around the area
