We came in with a group of 10 plus, we were eating and enjoying ourselves by the picnic area when at 9PM we were told to keep it down causing we were laughing to much. She told us we had till 10PM to go in. For this reason I will never book here again. But it was okay for the people above our room to be playing loud music til 3AM, or the dogs barking 2 doors down.

• Peter (7/5): Nice place to take a friend who needs ada room - Excellent place if you need ada accessibility. Upon entering the room noticed a pillow with a brown circular small stain on it, the shower drain was full of hair. My wife went to turn on the light for sink, and we got a strobe lights going. Went to call the office to report light when I moved the phone I could see the wood on the cabinet was rotting away, there various holes in wall covered up but done shoughty. Other than that it was clean and nice.

Housekeepers not once cleaned room, after 2 weeks not once did they offer toilet paper (had to buy my own), microwave had so much rust in and outside of it (scared it would contaminate food, front desk clerk constantly made excuses for why they didn't clean, why they didn't offer toilet paper, and why they hadn't switched out microwave when they had new microwaves behind the front desk in boxes.

• Rodriguez (3/5): Didn't expect this in Rockport. - No toilet paper for 10 days, had to buy our own. In 3 weeks, housekeeping never changed room or made up bed. Microwave had rust inside and out was afraid to contaminate any food. Trashcans throughout property were always full, never emptied by staff. Front desk (day shift) icky made excuses why they hadn't replaced microwave when they had new ones behind front desk still in box.

• Katherine (10/5): Comfortable bed was a good start to my stay. I would stay there again - The stay was so peaceful. I thought being that close to the road you would hear the cars but it was very sound proof. So sort of quick breakfast would have been nice. Other then that I was satisfied.

There was something black spilled down the wall under the table. The floor was sopping wet the whole stay from the condensation from the ac i’m assuming. There was a bad odor in the room as well as the front guy in the office was rude to my kids when they asked for towels.

Was told it was from the humidity but have NEVER had an issue at other motels in the SAME area. Trash can in parking lot running over with trash. Drug dealing and other activities happening in the parking lot. Marijuana being smoked and beer drinking out on walkway and picnic canopy area. Was not a safe environment.

• Eric (4/5): Motel 6 the light was left on. - Pros - Room was clean and more importantly, smelled clean.Water was hot in the shower. Cons - picnic/ dog walking area infested with fire ants. I asked for extra pillows and was refused. Excuse was "we had a busy weekend and don't have any extra". ( They were far from book full on a Monday night). Just think the desk manager didn't care. Room had awful condensation problem. The floor, furniture and linens were soaking wet soaking wet. Floor was slicker than snot. Was afraid I'd slip and fall in the middle of the night.

• Erica (10/5): No frills hotel at a slightly frills price - The front desk guy was very kind, overlooking the fact that we had two kids with us and apparently the reservation was just for two adults, although I know I chose the correct number of people when I booked the the room. He was understanding and did not charge me extra.
