- Horrible (2/5): STAY AWAY AND AVOID A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! - The building looks horrible, ceiling falling down, dirty. You get charge the minute you meet a guy which I'm assuming is the owner and after a couple "issues" with his credit card machine, you get a receipt. Did not get keys to a gate and had to wait over an hour at mid night outside a building that looks like section 8 projects and on top the owner has the nerves to tell you that he dropped off the missing keys in the afternoon and you were not in the room. Like if its your fault that you did not get all of the keys! We left that place in the AM even before check out dates. You can do so much better for the same or less price! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Marc-Andre (4/5): À louer si vous êtes mal pris... - Comme notre vol de retour avait été annulé, nous avions loué cet endroit car il s'agissait du moins cher et le plus proche de l'aéroport. Toutefois, attention. Aucune adresse ou nom d'endroit pour indiquer qu'on est à la bonne place. Il s'agit d'appartements loués à même un immeuble à logement. Deux grilles à passer, puis un appartement au 3e étage (SANS ASCENSEUR) pour entrer dans un appartement avec une porte qui ouvre mal. Studio avec lit double, salle de bain et «cuisinette». Le frigo ne fonctionnait à peu près pas et n'avait pas été nettoyé depuis longtemps, l'odeur, OUFF!! Le lit était OK, bien qu'il n'y avait que les draps et les oreillers. Louez pour la plage juste en face, mais rien d'autre. Loin du Vieux San Juan, mais à proximité de centres de location d'auto.
- Verified traveler (6/5): No es un hotel es un departamento - Es un departamento de 1 habitacion dos camas, si solo lo quieren para dormir esta bien, si buscan un lugar bonito no es entonces para ustedes, no hay recepción y deben ponerse de acuerdo para que les entreguen el departamento, tiene refrigerador y estufa, algunos platos y cucharas, muy bien ubicado y no hay wifi.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - It was okish. This was studio. We stayed for 3 nights. It's good for just spending nights, not a day as there is just minimum facilities. It's overpriced. More than 100 per night is outrageous.

- Verified traveler (4/5): not good for family - Wouldn't recommend this for families with kids. Neighborhood isn't great. Hotel appears to be in a rundown state from the outside. Not enough hot water in the bathroom for 2 people.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Fair for price - Pros: 1 block from the beach,15 min drive to San Juan airport or old San Juan Spacious for price and includes a full size fridge Cons: No services, pool closed, no cable/Internet.
- Raymond (2/5): Better places to stay - Hard to know where to start!! Had to meet manager to show us in thru a locked gate. We had problems with understanding each other re the $$. Had 2 flights of stairs with no elevator. And then there is the room. Bed had only bottom sheet. The top ripped sheet was left for us to make up. No blanket or throw over. No hot water at all in the shower or bathroom basin. One tap was actually broken. Kitchen plates were either chipped or non-existent. Laundry downstairs didn't have any dryer working. Area was not pleasant. If you just want to go to the beach each day it is handy, but to go into old San Juan is an hour on the bus or $50 in cab. We still had to meet manager to leave the keys when departing. Have now travelled for over 3 months and this is still the worst place we have stayed at.
- Miriam (8/5): i vote YES! - the hotel is more of a apartment that you rent out. the owner and the secretary were very helpful and they gaave us some great deals on tours. it was right next to one of the best beaches of PR!!! I recommend if you are not looking for a very fancy stay, just a place to sleep and change.
- JAVIER (2/5): My Experience - WHEN WE GOT TO THE "APARTMENT" PLACE, THE MAN ADVISED US THAT DUE TO PARKING SPACES BEING FULL, WE NEEDED TO PARK BEHIND OTHER CARS WHILE HE "CHECKED US IN" AND GAVE US OUR KEYS. HE GUIDED US TO THE TRUNK OF HIS CAR WHERE HE ASKED FOR THE SECOND HALF OF THE PAYMENT AND RAN OUR INFORMATION THROUGH A CARD MACHINE FROM HIS BRIEFCASE. THE ROOM LOOKED VERY POOR IN CONDITION, HAD A BUSTED WINDOW UNIT AS "AIR CONDITIONING". AFTER THE "MANAGER" GAVE US THE KEY TO THE ROOM, WE COULD HEAR LOUD HONKING OF THE HORNS COMING FROM THE AREA WHERE WE WERE PARKED. AS I APPROACHED, A FEMALE AND 2 OTHER MEN YELLED AND CURSED AT ME IN FRONT OF MY 6 YEAR OLD NEPHEW ASKING ME TO MOVE MY CAR AND CURSING AT ME TELLING ME THAT IT WASN'T A PLACE TO PARK. BY THIS POINT THE "MANAGER" HAD ALREADY LEFT. I RAN INTO MY CAR, BUCKLED MY NEPHEW AS HE CRIED AND DROVE OFF. THIS WAS THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I COULD NOT RETURN TO THIS PLACE. MY BROTHER CAME BACK TO TRY TO GET MY MONEY BACK FOR THE HOTEL. BECAUSE OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY, WE COULD ONLY GET HALF BACK EVEN AFTER EXPLAINING THE HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE A FRONT DESK. DOING TRANSACTIONS OUT OF THE BACK OF YOUR CAR IS NOT ONLY CREEPY BUT IT IS NOT SAFE BECAUSE YOU ARE KEEPING PERSONAL CUSTOMER INFORMATION IN YOUR VEHICLE. IF YOUR VEHICLE IS STOLEN, SO IS EVERYONE ELSE'S INFORMATION. I AM TRYING TO FIND AN ADDRESS TO SEND A LETTER TO, BUT I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND ONE. IF ANYONE CAN HELP, I WOULD APPRECIATE IT.
- know better (4/5): Very disappointing - No office on site. Manager had to lead us to find property. No maid service or linens. Minimal hot water. It was inexpensive and near the beach, but I would never stay here again.
