They have one of the best breakfast offer we have seen around the world, a lot of options with great taste and quality. The best part is the staff. The ladies at the reception are very helpful and empathetic. I want to highlight May Me and Ketone, they helped us a lot solving some issues. Definitely we will stay there again.

Even when I faced an issue with one of their tenants (Dr. S Deluxe Aesthetics Clinic), the hotel team stepped in immediately— no excuses, only professionalism & results. What the property may lack in architectural grandeur & lake views, they more than make up for through 5* hospitality. - sukeung (8/5): - 호텔 시설은 좋았고 친절했으며 조식도 좋았습니다 룸청소를 깨끗하게 해주고 하루 두번 수건을 채워줘서 좋았어요. 호텔에서 정션스퀘어와 타임시티까지 도보로 5분 거리라 매우 편리했고 양곤 다른 곳을 가기에도 좋았답니다. 호텔 시설 이용에 대한 안내문이 있었으면 합니다 라운지이용 시간에 대해서는 체크인때도 알려주지 않아 따로 물어야했고, 그것도 계속 말로만 하니 적어 달라고 부탁을 해야 했어요. 이외 조식 시간과 수영장 시간, 각종 시설에 대한 안내가 전혀 없어 확인을 직접 해야 합니다. 시설 안내문이 있는 것 같아 요구하니 회원전용이라고 주지 않는 것도 좀 이해할 수 없습니다

- kansophanos (10/5): Enjoyable Stays in Yangon - We had a wonderful time staying at Novotel Yangon during our business trip. The services were excellent, and the check-in process was very smooth and I got Shwedagon view room which was such amazing. However, I would like to mention a small issue during my stay in room 859. The air conditioning worked perfectly in the morning, daytime, and evening, but during the night it became warm, and I found myself sweating while sleeping for three consecutive nights. I hope the hotel team can look into this for future guests. Additionally, on the day of our departure, my colleague accidentally left some money in her room. Fortunately, thanks to the quick action and excellent service from the Front Office, Operator Team, and the Manager, they managed to return the money to us just in time before our flight. We are truly grateful for their honesty and efficiency. Special thanks also to Miss Nandar the Bellmen team and concierges for their friendliness recommendation and kind assistance throughout our stay. We really appreciate the hospitality and look forward to staying at Novotel Yangon again in the future.

We end up staying in Novotel most of our time in Myanmar because the other hotels are not suitable for my 7 months old. Novotel reservation team (Ma Htike) was very helpful and responsive. Hsu Wai and her team at reception is very helpful. Security and welcome team is always helpful when I needed assistance. Even the 24 hours convenience store employees are always helpful.

- ruthsC4574BN (10/5): Best Service Oriented Crew - Novotel Yangon Max has one of the best service-oriented managers and staff that I've encountered ever, whether at reception, concierge, restaurants, meeting room 👍👍👍 They have been so accomodating of our daily needs and quick to address urgent last minute requirements. The food in all the restaurants are excellent, and I so enjoyed the variety and authenticity of the dishes at a reasonable price. Big shout out to the folks at The Square who greet us with a warm smile every morning at breakfast as well as the lovely folks at Gourmet Bar. Quite a memorable experience ordering all those delicious takeaway lunches for our travelling friends 🥰You all are the best. God bless you and God bless Myanmar!
