My room didn't have an air conditioner, the water pressure was bad and it was super noisy.I was on the fourth floor.Were kids crying and moving furniture to midnight, outside were loud people using drugs and getting on fights Also I was charged for two rooms and when I asked for the papers for my second reservation to complain to Booking.com they told me that they couldn't give it to me ...

- CESAR (8/5): Cumple pero hay mejores por el costo - La ubicación por cercanía al Centro Histórico es inmejorable sin embargo sus alrededores próximos hay mucho indigente viviendo en la calle y pidiendo limosna a los transeúntes y causa una sensación de inseguridad. Aunque funcional y limpia, la habitación muy pequeña sin aire acondicionado y por encontrarse al frente de la calle muy ruidosa por el día. El agua de cortesía es solo por el primer día y una botellita de 125ml por habitación aunque se hospeden dos personas.y por varios días. El restaurante no usa cucharitas para el café te da una cuchara sopera para servir y disolverlo cuando es soluble.

The towels and blankets were incredibly hard and scratchy. We arrived back from our event in the early hours of the morning, and they kept us waiting outside for a long time; no one would open the door for us. I also requested water for the room, but they never brought it.

- Lau (10/5): EXCELENTE - Reserve por error dos veces, y me devolvieron el dinero. El hotel y la atención fueron excelentes. Me hospedé dos veces y volvería a hacerlo con ellos.
- Walter (4/5): - El único aspecto aceptable del hotel es que queda cerca de Bellas Artes, por lo que se si tiene facilidad para movilizarse a varios lugares del Centro Histórico. Inseguridad en los alrededores, aunque por su ubicación estratégica hay muchos lugares cercanos del centro histórico, salir caminando del hotel no es una opción que te dé sensación de seguridad. Hay personas en los al rededores que te piden dinero y tienen actitudes muy agresivas.

- Inzunza (10/5): Buen trato y buena ubicación - La ubicación, queda cerca del centro se puede andar caminando por museos, restaurantes, hay un Oxxo cerca, muy atento el personal del hotel para resolver cualquier situación, se cuenta con plancha para ropa(solicitando en recepción) y secadora en la habitación. No es algo que dependa del hotel pero hay personas en situación de calle a los alrededores pero no te molestan, ni se te acercan aunque sea de noche.

- Bodhana (3/5): Suitable for a short stay if being in the city center is important. - I would give strong credit to the staff – everything in communication was smooth, and I felt well taken care of in that regard. If you’re someone who wants to stay very close to the city center, this place definitely offers that. When using public transport, the metrobuses stop right in front of the hotel. And considering that this is rather an older hotel (and could definitely use some updating), it was clean. I chose this hotel based on both its location and previous guest reviews, which described it as calm and quiet. This is absolutely not true. The low rating is mainly due to the fact that during the 8 nights I stayed there, there was not a single quiet night. The building itself, by its construction, creates an effect like an echo chamber where every sound seems amplified. I stayed in room 201 and could hear everything from my neighbors — snoring, brushing teeth, and more. It felt as if the walls were made of paper. On top of that, there is also noise coming from outside the hotel. A proper night’s rest simply does not exist here.

Location is close to Alameda Park and Casa de los Azulejos, Palacio Postal, palacio de Beaux Artes, and banco de Mexico Museo.1 not the hotel fault but lots of homeless people about, however we were never accosted by them.

Es muy seguro caminar de noche ya que es una zona llena de antros. Vista bonita, edificio con elevador funcional, cuentan con guardarquipaje. Fuera del edificio hay indigentes/drogadictos, pero pues no es algo que ellos puedan controlar. El ventilador de techo parecía que se iba a caer jaja

Está al lado de la plaza Garibaldi y a pocos minutos andando del Palacio de Bellas Artes y la Torre Latinoamericana. Está cerca de varios museos y se puede ir andando al Zócalo sin problema. No me gustó la poca insonorización que tienen las habitaciones. Al estar al lado de una avenida principal se escuchaban mucho a los coches y el ruido de la calle, también el ruido de las personas que pasaban por el pasillo. No recomiendo el desayuno, cuando fuimos tardaron casi 2 horas en traernos un café y unas tostadas. En general está bien si no vas a pasar mucho tiempo en el hotel, solo para dormir. Recomiendo que lleven tapones.

- Virginia Del Pilar (8/5): Cuando creemos todo esta bien suceden cosas inesperadas - La ubicación y bien comunicado, la limpieza, la atención del personal todos muy amables. Llegue 2hrs antes de la entrada y fui afortunada porque me dieron mi habitación fue un gran plus. La cama y las almohadas cómodas. Que lleve auto y el estacionamiento me cobro el tiempo que faltaba para la entrada de mi hotel. En la zona qué esta hay mucho indigentes drogandose y el día que me toco dejar mi habitación hubo un desalojo al lado del hotel y se armo la trifulca y no pudimos salir del hotel asta que se calmo afortunadamente en 3hrs se arreglo y pudimos sacar el auto y desocupar. El restaurante qué tiene el hotel tiene buen servicio pero nos tocaron 2 tazas "limpias" con manchas de bile tienen que lavar bien los trastes pues eso demerita el servicio.

Hôtel très bruyant car proche d'un axe très fréquenté et beaucoup de personnes sans abris à côté de l'hôtel. Peu rassurant le soir
