On a accepté de payer le early check in pour récupérer la chambre vers 12h. mais le ménage de la chambre n été pas vraiment finalisé. Des poils dans la douche. Personnel pas très agréable.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in Bol - I would never advise anybody to go to that place because go to a motel six instead is probably way nicer. The place was dirty small minded. The pool is not even as big as what they say. It is I would never tell anybody to go and stay at that place. It’s terrible. Absolutely disgusting. I would rather sleep on the street and go back to that place.. They are not nice people they allow certain people to do certain things but you better be Bolivian because if you’re American, they’re gonna treat you like garbage.

- Mareike (6/5): Not what it used to be and staff not as responsive as they should be to this price - This has been a favorite hotel to years but the staff are very disorganized and don’t honor requests like for specific rooms even when you confirm beforehand. Breakfast is good and many rooms very comfortable. Unfortunately they almost always put women traveling alone in the older, moldy, smoke-smelling rooms that border the street and the trash dumpsters. Customer service lacking especially since prices have quadrupled in last few years. Pool has been ruined by renovation that makes it warm and crowded. Too many people at breakfast and meals, impossible to find a table to eat. The serene view over the pool destroyed by the new high rise extension they built. Somebody seems to have become greedy (it was bought by a corporate chain). Won’t be staying here anymore after 5 years of being a regular.

Cuando llegamos el horario establecido para el desayuno era hasta las 10:30 y de un día para otro, sin comunicar a los alojados, lo redujeron hasta las 10:00

- Mareike (9/5): Comfortable hotel but less peaceful than it used to be - Very comfortable hotel, staff great, tasty breakfast I preferred it before the renovation. Main pool is now too shallow to swim and the new building makes the area less airy and natural. Too many people smoking around dining area.

- Juan (10/5): - El ambiente, el personal del hotel son excelentes, educados y amables. Admisiones mostró un rapidez para ingresar y salir extraordinaria Talvez en vez de cable en la televisión de la habitación, poner un servicio de estreaming a elección del que se se hospeda.

- González (5/5): - La piscina 1.Me tuvieron esperando hasta las 13.30h para darme la habitación, a pesar que venía muy cansado de un vuelo internacional de más de 12 h volando. 2. Me dieron una hab en un 1er piso sin ascensor. Tuve que bajar la maleta por las escaleras. 3. El reggaeton constante y con mucho volumen en el área de la piscina En un hotel de alta gama estás tres cosas son INACEPTABLES!

- Diego (10/5): Pure relaxation - The shower is amazing, the breakfast is plentiful, and the hotel staff is incredibly kind. This is already my second time staying here — this time I even brought my mother-in-law and she loved it. I will definitely keep coming back!
