- missellemac (10/5): Love this hotel - Really enjoyed everything about this hotel. The location was perfect - so central, lots in easy walking distance. The actual hotel had lovely decor & a really nice feel to it. All the staff were friendly & helpful. We had cocktails in the martini bar daily & breakfast in the restaurant. The rooftop bar was also lovely. We missed out on the temaki experience at Akoya but that’s a good reason to go back! The room was a great size, we were 2 friends travelling & had lots of space. If I was being super picky I’d say the lighting in the rooms wasn’t great for doing make up & maybe a kettle might have been good, but that wouldn’t stop me from going back! We had already been to NYC a few times so this wasn’t just about sightseeing, but day 1 was so hot we decided to do a bus tour & stop 2 was right at the front door! Such a fab stay - I would definitely stay here again when I come back ❤️

- shaunyah2025 (10/5): Short and Sweet - The Knickerbocker is a landmark in the heart of Times Square. Our stay was short so we don't have a lot to complain about. The lobby is busy, what do you expect on a weekend? Our room which had a window facing 42nd draws you in and you can have the true NY experience. The bathroom- I loved because toilet was seperate from the shower. I love a good spa shower- btw. My only issue is noise- we had some very noisy adults on our floor, and the walls were thin. you can also hear all of the ambient noise from the common area in your room- doors slamming, other guests singing etc. That was the only thing that could be seen as an issue. The breakfast was solid, I'm not a huge breakfast person but, it had a pretty decent amount of items to choose from- again my only issue- rude guests whether they were skipping the patient older guest or touching the bacon with thier hands- they could be rude. Nonethe less, it was a fun stay and I would do it again!

We loved our waitress Gania who served us breakfast each morning. Cannot say enough good things about her!! The hotel was clean, cozy and very inviting.

- Vacation812407 (10/5): The Best 20+ Day Stay Thanks to Afua! - I stayed at the hotel for more than 20 days, and Guest Services Associate Afua Boatemaa along with her two colleagues were the main reason my stay was so wonderful. They were incredibly attentive and took amazing care of me day and night throughout my entire stay.

- 538sharmilaf (10/5): Amazing experience! - I brought my young adult son with me. It was his first time in NYC! The hotel was just amazing from the service to the spaciousness of the rooms to the location. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast every morning in the Charlie Palmer restaurant. Gania was our server both mornings and she was so attentive and pleasant! Also, the rooftop bar was beautiful - we had such a memorable time. Couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience - I will definitely come back and stay here!
- hossaya (10/5): Incredible stay in NYC - We had a fantastic stay at the The Knickerbocker. Our suite was incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring NYC. A special thank you to Senada, who really went above and beyond throughout our stay. Her warmth, professionalism, and knowledge of the city made our experience unforgettable and she really made a difference to our stay. We would also like to mention Ganja who was also excellent at breakfast every morning, always friendly and attentive. We were made to feel so welcome during our entire stay. For two of us, this was our third time visiting NYC (stayed in two different hotels previously) and our stay at The Knickerbocker was by far the best, and a big reason for that was the staff, from check-in to check-out. It makes such a big difference Would highly recommend it and I will be sure to stay here again.
- valencias127 (10/5): We've Found Our New Place! - The Knickerbocker Hotel exceeded our expectations. Prior to covid, there was boutique hotel that was "our spot" that we'd always stay in whenever we visited the city. The location closed and we've been searching for a new "spot" every since. We've found it!! Phenomenal service started as we pulled up curbside. The attendants were friendly and helpful. The check in process was seamless. The rooms were amazing! SO CLEAN, spacious, and modern. All the general amenities were available. Few hotels still offer turn-down service, but not here! These are the little touches that make guests feel special. Every staff person we encountered was friendly and warm - even a random employee that was on the elevator with us!! I was especially impressed that the hotel was full according to one of employee, but we never felt as if we were not as important as the next guest. The food and drinks at Charlie Palmer were delicious - we had dinner and breakfast there! I especially want to thank Gania who waited on us at breakfast. Such a friendly person and attentive without being overbearing! The parking fee is expensive but worth the hassle. The hotel location is great with many shops and restaurants within a short walking distance. Our entire visit was an absolute 10/10.

Jeg har ikke modtaget en redegørelse for mit forbrug på hotellet. Har prøvet at kontakte dem via websiden, 2X, men har ikke fået nogen svar. Det er et 5* hotel, de burde have en bedre service, idet mindste bekræfte mine mails.

Amenities, like room service, door men, restaurant and bar are nice and sometimes rare in time square. I would stay here again.

- andusb (10/5): An oasis in Times Square - Lovely hotel smack dab in the middle of times sq Best of both worlds right in the middle of things as soon as you step out the door But once inside, a very sophisticated and enjoyable hotel Starts withs check-in which was friendly and professional Rooms are really well laid out of any hotel a lot like f though when into guest use and flow Great storage At one point we had 6 people in the room and it was comfortable (only there for about an hour) Breakfast is great!!! Went to both bars - Martini Lounge and Rooftop Bar ML was nice and friendly had a happy hour (still expensive) from 3-6 both bartenders were friendly RB really special Bar food/surprisingly good and ample share portions Hostess was great checked out the bar the day before and she took 5 minutes to show us around Started raining when we were there the next day and she proactively moved us snd other guests inside without any drama or fuss Server was also very attentive and nice Love this hotel Looking forward to coming back

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and valued, helping make the celebration truly special. The hotel itself is beautiful — elegant, modern, and perfectly located in the heart of Times Square while still feeling upscale and relaxing. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had an amazing atmosphere for a birthday getaway weekend. What really stood out was the level of service. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay memorable. The rooftop views and overall ambiance added the perfect touch to an unforgettable weekend. Thank you to The Knickerbocker Hotel for helping create such wonderful memories for my girlfriend’s 44th birthday celebration. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxury NYC experience.

Most importantly Jade, the guest experience manager is the best thing the knickerbocker has at the their property. She will ensure that your stay will be a true 5 star experience. The rooftop is also the best amenity that they have on property. I will most definitely be returning to this property next time I’m in NYC. 10/10 highly recommend.

Simple extras like lemon and cucumber water in foyer. Quite rooms. Doormen so polite and friendly. No view from our room unfortunately and scaffolding all around building at time of our visit.

La stanza superior era lunga e stretta e dava un senso di claustrofobia. Anche il bagno era molto piccolo. La reception era nascosta e più adatta a un tre stelle. Nella colazione mancavano del tutto le torte e molte altre cose che mi sarei aspettato in un 5 stelle, a partire dalla spremuta d'arancia fresca. La scelta era molto ristretta. In più non c'erano portieri all'ingresso pronti ad aprire le pesanti porte o ad aiutare i clienti con i bagagli.

- Donatella (8/5): - Premetto che ho prenotato qui perchè ho trovato una buona offerta con colazione inclusa e l'ho scelto per questo. Mi ha ben impressionato la gentilezza dello staff e l'ottima colazione. La posizione è centrale, ottimale per un primo soggiorno a New York, per chi è già stato meglio soggiornare in altre zone. Camera essenziale senza vista, ma credo fosse in offerta per questo motivo, la cosa che non mi è piaciuta è il bagno che da sulla camera e avendo una porta in vetro acidato, hanno messo una bruttissima tenda oscurante per schermare la luce.

Os quartos são novos, muito bem equipados e oferecem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia confortável de alguns dias. A qualidade das roupas de cama e banho é impecável, assim como os demais itens disponíveis. Um destaque especial vai para o silêncio do quarto, mesmo estando em uma área movimentada, não se ouve absolutamente nenhum ruído da rua, o que garante noites de sono tranquilas. O atendimento da equipe foi excepcional do início ao fim, sempre atenciosos e prestativos. Como um grande diferencial, fui surpreendido com um upgrade incrível: havia reservado um quarto com duas camas de casal e recebi dois quartos! Além disso, a localização é simplesmente perfeita, no coração da Times Square e com fácil acesso a diversas estações de metrô, facilitando muito a locomoção pela cidade.
