The door had a gap in it so we made sure to use both locks, open the closet door as well as the bathroom door so that it felt a little more private, the bathroom floor had hair on it as well as in the shower. There were still crumbs on the floor by the bed, it just felt unclean.

- Evan (4/5): Definitely needs a lot of improvement before I return to players inn - The breakfast was good. Did not have huge variety when we went down. Everything seemed very fresh. Only âcomplaintâ of breakfast was the garbage was over flowing and hard to toss the trash. For the amount I paid. First off; the jacuzzi tub would not stay running with hot water. By the time it was done filling with JUST the hot water on; it definitely was not enjoyable as the water wasnât even warm. After that fail I said well letâs use the actual tub in the shower. Same thing. The water would not stay hot. It will run hot then get cold. The panel on the jacuzzi wall kept falling down. The room keysâŚ. I had to get 2 different sets of keys as the door would not recognize a key. At one point the employee had to let me in with there master key.

- Annmarie (9/5): What a great getaway with our family and friends, we await our return and next adventures - We were greeted by almost every employee with a smile. It was so very busy with a wedding, convention of some sort and outside visitors you always felt safe. We had to wait passed check in time to get to our room. However, your front desk staff was amazing in keeping us informed and immediately getting us in when it was ready. Especially a young lady named Ashley, she went above and beyond.

- Heather (5/5): Unfortunately, quite less than one would expect for the price! - Check in was quick and easy. Gentleman who checked me in was very pleasant. Air in room did not work. Called for assistance due to room being extremely hot and was told maintenance was on the way. Waited until 2:30 AM and no one came. NO hot water to shower! Reported to the front desk and was told they would have someone look into it. We had NO hot water entire stay. Online states there are meal plans for dining when staying at hotel and learned upon arrival that no such thing exists so do not plan on this if you are hoping to have more affordable dining options. Could not enjoy the pool/hot tub as several children were rough housing and hitting big balls at one another which hit us repeatedly. Parents did not seem to care how children were acting and staff at hotel paid no attention to the safety issues of this behavior. Arrived at breakfast and food was minimal, and attendant stated she could not cook additional food. Two of our family members had to sleep on the floor on the pull out couch mattress due to how uncomfortable the couch was as the mattress was old and bars on frame dug into their backs.

- Stephanie (6/5): Need better night staff and more house keeping staff - The casino was nice. my second time here. Enjoyed the day time staff and amenities The night staff not so pleasant. Getting anything from house keeping is an issue and 2+hour wait?!?! party of 5.. charged 20$ for extra bed. but then waited 4h for pillows and a blanket. then next evening wanted more towels (only 2 where provided in the room, we are 5 women) and toilet paper. asked at 7pm... got to well pass 11pm. once we went to get pool towels......

- Joseph (4/5): - It is clear the ownership is not invested in the property. They are taking advantage of the lack of options in the area and providing a low quality stay that is just enough for you not to leave. The same potato chip on the floor of the elevator for 5 days. The halls and elevator or so warm that you sweat. The room A/C, even with outdoor temperature below 40 was not enough to keep the room cool. Woke up sweating and had to change rooms. Only reason that room got cold was it was small enough and set to 60, the lowest it would go.
