Small bedroom and luggage made getting around room tough. No explaining how heat and fireplace worked. The TV in same level bedroom didn’t explain why 2 remotes. Need charging ability on both sides of bed. Instructions needed to use coffee maker. Needed dish cloth in addition to ‘sponge “.

Miranda (10/5): A little getaway, turned favorite new destination. - Everything about this place was absolutely exceptional. The view from the living room was gorgeous. Bonus, it had a view of the lighthouse! It was stated as a garden view suite, but had a perfect view from our windows. The room was impeccably clean, and cozy. With sitting pillows by the fireplace, and an automatic drip coffee maker, we were blown away. Prosecco at check in was my favorite part. I cannot wait to return!!! Nothing

Never imagined seeing the Nuble from a different angle! The spa was a great bonus! Can't wait to stay a different time of the year...Winter was awesome! The mat at the door seemed a little small for this time of year. Maybe a place for wet boots so not to track so much sand and salt in.

Sarah (8/5): The view from our room right across from the lighthouse was worth the price and some small inconveniences. Gorgeous. - The view was the very very best. Room is very comfortable and all the room amenities are lovely. Off season there is no onsite restaurant and for the price you think they might offer a breakfast. The room systems TV, electric fireplace, shower are fantastic but a bit complicated to use. An instruction manual would have been helpful. Some transparent drapes for use during sunny days when the sun blasts into the room in the early morning, otherwise you have to use the opaque shades which turns the room into a cave. These are small fixes that would make experience even more wonderful.

Frank (7/5): It was ok but you can't control the weather of behaviors - The location is stunning. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed in my years of travel for business, hobby or vacation. Great heated pool, nice kitchenette, bed was comfortable, patio was great. Floor got a little dirty I didn't realize there was a vacuum in the closet. I liked not having to go far for anything I needed. The restaurant on site left a bit to be desired, I think through lack of training. I didn't run into that last year. I was bitten on the foot by an insect in bed, not sure what it was, glad it was me and not her as I'd never hear the end of it. Inconsiderate guests with large oversized vehicles took over the upper lot on our first night. Room for 4 cars/SUV's taken up by 3 units. I was clear that my fiancé is disabled and couldn't walk far when booking. The problem fixed itself the next day but not until I fell walking up that hill and tripped cutting my hand and bruising my shoulder. The whole place was cold. I had the girl at the desk set the heat to 70, just like my home. It wasn't 70. But I can't blame the facility for bad weather. I almost forgot, when speaking of inconsiderate guests, there was a family staying above us. Those kids ran and stomped around for hours at a time. Very annoying.

The website indicates there is an EV charger available on property. Our experience was a vehicle parked in that spot the entire stay, while not charging. We depended on this due to the remoteness of the hotel. After checkout we had to find a charger off the highway and change our plans.

The facilities had everything you could ever need and more. The sauna and hot tub provided the perfect little escape. This is nothing not to like.

Caroline (8/5): Not the milestone birthday experience we were hoping for - Was a nice view. Clean and modern and stylish It was my 50th birthday so we stayed in one of the rooms with the view of the Nubble lighthouse. Unfortunately we got room #1 which is on the end and not very private as the public lawn areas are visible from the balcony/patio. Plus the pool was closed the night we got there because is was very slightly raining. It is a salt water pool and apparently has to be closed and covered in the rain. So it didn't feel like an 800 dollar a night luxury room. I'm attaching photos. Granted we might have felt different if we had a room farther over with more privacy. Also, there are some nice restaurants about half an hours walk nearby that are in the same hotel family but don't provide parking. So we didn't go to them. They should at least have an on demand shuttle or something. We were able to use the pool in the morning, but there were workmen all over the place walking through and by the pool setting up for a wedding.
Garcia (10/5): A 5 Star is Born - We were reluctant to stay at the viewpoint because it had a three star rating online. We are so glad that we took a chance because it was by far the best hotel experience we have ever had. The accommodations were amazing, the view is breathtaking, the salt water pool was beautiful, and the staff was incredible. Bri the manager went above and beyond to make our stay an anniversary we will always cherish. We will be going back next year and for years to come. The viewpoint is a true 5 star hotel and we loved our stay. That we couldn't stay longer !! we didnt want to leave.

Verified traveler (4/5): Terrible stay not recommended for families - I stayed at this hotel last weekend. This was second visit and this time the experience was terrible. I booked a luxury suite with king bed. I paid a total of $507 for one night. The room I was given did not have any kitchen. Not sure how that can be a suite. I stayed at a condo style suite in February that is fully equipped with a kitchen and laundry facility. I paid $250 for one night at that time. This time I was traveling with my child that is why I booked the same kind of room. But the room I was given had none of those amenities. No microwave and no stove to warm up food for my kid. They gave me the room in the hotel's website. It did not have any kitchenette, no microwave, only a wine cooler. A microwave and fridge is important when we travel with a child who was with me during check-in. The room we stayed in did not have any cell service from both AT&T and T-mobile. There was no phone in the room to call the reception or the emergency number they have given us. The hotel description says that they have a restaurant on site. But without a cell service or room service phone there was no way to call anyone including the emergency number. They had a WiFi network but it was not secure. There was no privacy acknowledgement and we tried not to use the WiFi network due to privacy concerns. When I told the management about the issues next morning they treated me pretty badly in front of my child. I felt threatened and my child was terrified.

Melissa (6/5): Expectations were left short. - The location was great. 11:00 checkout. The unpaved parking lot was very muddy and not easy to navigate with luggage. Although the room looked nice at first glance there were quite a few issues. The bathroom vanity was extremely low and very awkward and the shower had very low water pressure. In the bedroom we could hear water running constantly from other units, the closet door was falling off its hinges and there wasn't a dresser for clothes. We could hear people above us walking around all night. The microwave and toaster were awkwardly placed. The living room furniture was small and uncomfortable. The most disappointing part was the obstructed view of the lighthouse from our room.

The bed and linens made for a perfect night's sleep. The view, the grounds, all of it... amazing. At check in, we were offered a complimentary upgrade due to some wedding guests that had lingered and were still occupying the room above the one we had booked. We accepted the upgrade and couldn't have been happier. This will be on our happy place list forever! Loved it all.
