Guest Reviews
- Bruce (5/5): Value for money wasn't great a bit overpriced. Although staff were excellent and friendly. - Location was good. No toaster or microwave. Guests next to me were extremely inconsiderate.
- Azra (3/5): Not what you see in the photos - The staff was understanding and accepted my cancellation for no fee. The location is horrible the noise is unbearable, and it wasn't clean, long hairs on the beds, dirty damaged carpet and walls and doors... I was shocked and I had to immediately go down and ask for cancellation.

- Lorraine (9/5): Our stay was fabulous, a great option if you are attending an event at the Olympic precinct! - Location was perfect for access to Accor Stadium by train. Was quite lively in the afternoon but then very quiet for an early morning walk. Great coffee just around the corner. Check in staff member was super friendly. The beds were incredibly comfortable!! All in all a great overnight stay. The single person room I booked for my brother was quite small, I felt a bit bad because our trip from Melb to Syd was to celebrate his 70th birthday! He was fine though and equally happy with everything.
- Baki (10/5): - Everything was good The location and services and the rooms were clean Nothing

- Corban (8/5): Overall very pleased - The staff member extremely helpful and friendly! The bed was comfortable and they were able to provide a cot. Very close to a train station which was handy The venue smells like cigaret smoke as you walk in, but not in the accomodation section.

- Terry (8/5): Close to train station, a good little shopping centre around the corner. - Staff were lovely and very friendly, cleaners were helpful. nice atmosphere. A bit loud outside, but it is a Saturday night.
- Wesam (3/5): - I found my room not ready, no soap for shower or for sink , no tissue , and the room very dirty.
- Henry (7/5): Thanks - Location
- Sonia (8/5): Okay - Liked the size of the room.
Was near to location we had to go to.
Staff where friendly. How you could hear everyone walking up and down corridor and next door.
A microwave would be good. Bigger bin and my room hadn't been vacuumed.
Also, a better way to enter the accommodation than having to walk a fair distance from back carpark.
Also thought was a bit expensive when you do see the premises.

- Lynette (9/5): Perfect location, clean rooms - went above our expectations. - Location was perfect. Restaurants and cafes around the corner and down the street from RSL Smell of the pub on entry.
- Adrian (1/5): Misleading Advertising - Zero Care Factor for Customer Complaints - Great Shower, Ok Bed They say they have Guest Wifi - The actual Wifi they provide their Guests is 1-3 Mbps - I checked it multiple times on an Internet Speed Tester - I stood directly under the Wifi Repeater on the ceiling of the hallway - 1-3 Mbps, downstairs in the Hotel - 1-3Mbps - The Tv in the room runs off wifi and couldn't maintain a picture signal. One morning I was trying to watch the Cricket with Travid Head on 96 Runs closing in on his first ever 1st class Century at the SCG - Signal Lost.... Wifi was the biggest requirement for me, I was staying for 6 nights for an event in Bankstown. I need wifi to maintain my online business and to be able to relax streaming something to watch on Netflix etc. I ended up having to increase my phone Plan and buy data from them given I was not getting the usable Wifi I was supposed to have paid for with my room. Hotel staff were completely dismissive, even when shown the speed test results - I was told the Owner would either Phone or email me about it and I never heard from him.

- Kim (8/5): - Staff very friendly, great service. People in games room slapping the hell out of machines
- Katie (8/5): Perfect place that’s close to the train station. Food options nearby are good, right next door to coffee in the morning. - Convenient, clean, and lovely staff All the stairs. Doors needed to be slammed to close.
- Samantha (6/5): Staff where polite even gave a free drinks card - It was nice cheap and accessible It was quiet small
- Sophia (8/5): -
- Mattt (9/5): -
- Selina (3/5): - Location was decent, across from train station. Close to shops.
Staff when checking in were lovely. We had a problem with our key card on the second night and staff were quick to remedy the problem and still friendly at 1am. The dirtiness of the room was the biggest problem for me. I couldn't even make a cuppa. I didn't bother checking the cups as the kettle was filthy inside and out.
There's no sink space in the bathroom, only a shelf under the sink.
Bathroom has a hand towel but nowhere to hang it up.
Shower leaks, bad. Water runs out from the shower and flows behind the toilet. Seems to have been doing this a long time as the bathroom bin is rusted and I put my foot on the pedal to put rubbish in the bin and it doesn't open anymore.
Shower head was slimy, like someone had adjusted it with soap on their hands.
Bed wasn't made properly, mattress protector wasn't fully on the bed and the bottom sheet wasn't on the mattress properly either.
Surfaces weren't clean. It seems that the cleaners aren't trained properly or do not have the correct equipment to do a proper clean.
Also dont bother reading at night cos the lighting is non existent. One side light next to bed, then four small lights on ceiling to which only 3 worked. Which was made even darker by the fact that the carpet is black and so is the ceiling.
- Terry (8/5): I’ll be back - Everybody was very nice and pleasant. I think you need to change the coffee in the rooms as well as the teabags but overall very nice thank you. Very noisy during the night because of the main road
- Heiarii (7/5): -
- Robinson-Baxter (8/5): -
- Andrea (1/5): Unsafe and noisy - - possible bed bugs, legs covered in bites
- The main entrance door to the building wasn't securely locked on a number of occasions, the main door into the accommodation was frequently left open during the day, which was concerning from a safety perspective. The front door slammed shut very loudly on a number of occasions through the day and night, and of concern in the early hours of the morning.
- The room service online booking system was never available when I tried to use it.
- There was a smoke alarm activated on my first night at approx 4am in the morning, no staff were to be seen so I called the emergency out of hours security number to see if we should evacuate but they couldn't answer. this caused some unrest with some of the guests wandering the corridor unsure of what action to take.
- There were persistent banging noises from the laundry area behind my room in the late hours at night which kept me awake.
- there was a foul smell in my bathroom, which remained throughout the stay and was quite unpleasant.

- Tom (3/5): Would be better if it was cleaner - Nice little room Beds were dirt had hair all over them
- Khamsy (7/5): I’m happy - Nice and clean looking good Nothing
- Felicity (8/5): - Everything was good Not really peaceful because you can hear people getting down if you know what I mean lol
- Lloyd (4/5): Could have been a decent place to stay, but ruined by paper thin walls. - no breakfast The walls were paper thin, I asked for a quiet room but was woken up in the middle of the night with loud plumbing noises. Then early the next morning, I could hear everything in my neighbour's adjoining bathroom. It's a shame because the facilities are clean and decent enough, the staff were pleasant but it's the noise that was the big drrawback for me and why I won't stay there again.
- Hafoka (10/5): Staff so friendly and also the room so neat and tighty - Closed to the shopping, clean and tighty. Nothing
- Joeb (8/5): -
- Heather (8/5): Nil - Good sleep bed and beautiful shower Only one thing spoon bit dirty and Floor miss cleaning problem
- DennisYu (2/5): - Pubic hair and pee stain on toilet, sink is dirty, some kind of food crumbs on desk and bed, dust everywhere, mug and spoon are dirty. cheap but with Serious hygiene problems.
- Melissa (9/5): -
- Skipm1 (9/5): This hotel exceeded our expectations, we were made very welcome. - The facilities, staff and rooms exceeded our expectations. We would stay here again. No hair dryer.
- Jamie (10/5): - Fantastic location, less than 30 mins to Accor stadium and just on an hour to Circular Quay by train. Everything was as described
- Jason (8/5): It was fantastic - Nice
