Our room looked over a lovely landscaped courtyard, the pool area and the lobby were very nice, and the hike up to the labyrinth gave great views. Com or property management until we departed that due to the fact that we booked through a third party (booking.com) that we were charged a fee of $15 per day to park on the property. What kind of hotel charges you to park after you have already paid for the room. We had a nice time but will not be returning to this location due to this.

- ramon (8/5): - Flanigan’s Resort & Spa is all about location and charm. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and our room (208) was spacious with a balcony view that I kept coming back to between adventures. Being just a short walk from the Zion National Park entrance and nearby food spots was a huge plus. Little touches stood out—free washers and dryers (with softener available for purchase), a cozy noise machine, and even a small hike right behind the resort. The bed and pillows were so comfortable I didn’t want to get up for those early morning hikes. Parking, however, was a bit of a puzzle—sometimes we had to park below and trek back up to our room. While the experience was overall excellent, I can’t say I’d return at the same price point. You’re paying for convenience and setting more than anything else.

The policy they sign at check-in and the policy shown on Booking are different, and that's why they almost charged me a $1,000 fine for cooking food, and for my baby who sleeps in the room with me. Even though the policy on Booking says that children up to 6 years old are not required to pay and are welcome to come, and even though it says nothing about prohibiting cooking. Moreover, according to the pictures of the room and in reality, there is a large marble and a kitchen that looks like it was intended for cooking. When I asked for help in finding a solution, they didn't give me a solution for cooking and didn't try to help at all. Finally, I asked for help from a nearby store to cook in their yard.

- Nicol (7/5): Excellent location, disappointing customer service - Excellent location, nice and spacious bedroom. A parking charge of USD15 per day was added to our bill when we checked out. This was not stated on booking.com or mentioned to us by the reception at check-in. When we enquired about this, the staff member just brushed it off stating that it's normally added if the booking is not made directly through their website. I would have expected this to be stated clearly or at least for the staff to be more understanding that guests will not be happy with unexpected charges. We also reserved a dinner-and-spa deal in advance. They informed us at check-in that they could not accommodate us at the spa anymore due to staff shortages (which is a pity, but understandable). However, when we asked whether we could still do the dinner, no option was offered to accommodate us - I would have expected a better customer service experience from a reputable place like Flanigan's. Although our stay was overall a nice experience due to the location and facilities, the lack of customer service put a damper on our experience.

It’s very close to the park, you can walk or take the shuffle which is two stop from the park, there are two very good restaurants near to the hotel, the hotel facility is very good also, with a great pool and hot tub. The staff is amazing, very welcoming and ready to help and advise you either about the park, restaurant or which road to take. It’s also 2 minutes walk from the local grocery store. You will be pretty much well assisted.

- Ronald (10/5): - We were greeted by the friendly staff when we arrived. They were more than patient with all the questions about hiking, where to eat, best places to see the sunset. Couldn’t ask for a better location, the property is amazing. Great location, immaculately clean, prices right. Would definitely come back. Parking was plentiful, and the town bus line was right across the street. Amazing views from up above the property at a secluded area with benches.

Zimmer war sauber und geräumig und die ganze Umgebung gepflegt und einladend. Keine Mikrowelle und kein Tiefkühlfach im Kühlschranke. Parken kostet 15$/d

- Teresa (10/5): This was our first stay, but is not our last. Excellent all around. - The property was nestled in off the main road leading to Zion National Park. The views were beautiful. There was nothing I did not like about the property.

Things we loved: - hotel is a short 10min walk from the visitor center, and right across the shuttle stop so you don’t have to worry about parking - 10% discount on the hotel restaurant located next door, the food and service for our diner was nice - the front patio included with our room featuring an outdoor table and chairs to enjoy our coffee with an amazing view and quiet - the room was spacious, clean and the staff were friendly!

- Boccenti (8/5): - Bella struttura in posizione molto comoda per visitare il parco, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro visitatori ed esattamente di fronte alla fermata dello shuttle. Stanza grande con letti comodi, con aria condizionata e ventilatore a soffitto. Bella piscina.

The resort is set up in a thoughtful way and has a very calming vibe. Spacious room and comfy bed, everything super clean. Nice pool area, wonderful zen garden and calming lobby. Nothing.

- Viola (9/5): - Stupendo hotel immerso nello Zion Park... Ha la piscina fredda e calda che ci hanno fatto utilizzare anche dopo il check out , sono stati veramente molto gentili. Tutto pulitissimo. Unica pecca, ci hanno fatto pagare il parcheggio 15$

- Angie (9/5): Best location, great property, simple rooms. - This is a gorgeous property. There isn't a better location for being in Zion and close to the park. If we go back we will always stay here. The staff was one of the best I've ever seen at a hotel. The lobby was beautiful and relaxing and I had an amazing massage. -the rooms are so dark that it is hard to see our stuff even with the lights on and windows open. we opened both doors so we had enough light to pack. More light. Paint color with a higher LRV. Lighter furniture. -there were little ants that swarmed when my kids left crumbs on the bathroom counter. This happened both days. It would be nice to spray the room.
