Additionally, it's hassle-free for me to book a ride using a ride-sharing service. I give this hotel a perfect 5/5 rating for its excellent service and cleanliness.

Jehan (3/5): Poor - The location. Very near to eateries and easy to access all the tourists spots Wifi was not accessible at all time. It keeps disconnecting. And we cannot use our data too, in the room. Hot water was not available at all time. Only a few hours in a day. Duvet cover was open, not secured properly. Making the duvet slip out of its cover. Mattress was lumpy and all itchy. I suspect bed bugs. Door very thin and flimsy. Could hear people walking and talking outside on the corridor.

Syafiq (6/5): Pleasant - theres many restaurant nearby, its priced reasonably. very spacious for its price. spacious bathroom. one of the bed sheet is dusty, feels like it havent got change for awhile maybe because no one slept on one of the bed so they just left the bed sheet as it is. the window were not tightly close when i arrive so theres ants coming from outside infesting the table nearby the windows. the kettle is rustic. the tv remote batteries is dead. the shower position is too low not suitable for a tall guy i guess its design like that for shorter people.
