- DeFlan1 (10/5): Perfect lil short stay - Perfectly met our needs, staff was very accommodating and friendly. Able to meet family on beach and bed down at night. Kids perfect first dunes experience was very enjoyable... Parking lot got very crowded when one of the guests brought their trailer into the lot. Made it difficult to maneuver in an SUV, problematic but not a deal breaker.

- Lanessa (4/5): - Location was fine. Bed was a 6 out of 10 The hotel itself is definitely a 2 Star borderline 1 star. There's been some recent updates to the bathroom, the flooring and paint but it's all very landlords special. Paint very sloppily applied. Holes, dings, dents and missing trim just painted over instead of repaired. Reusing the same old mismatched furniture that's all very worn. You can't see yourself in the bathroom mirror unless you are under 5' tall or you're bent over. The AC was so loud that it was unusable because they'd be no way you could sleep with that on and the refrigerator would periodically click on and run throughout the night. The walls are thin so you hear the cars drive by outside, people using the ice machine downstairs. Basically you'll get no sleep staying here unless you can sleep through a lot of various noises. The bed was decent... pillows were awful. Some flat, some fluffy all too small for a king size bed. Each with a different pillowcase. In fact all of the linens were different and in various shades of white. The towels had stains and long black hairs all over them. The last issue is not their fault but there is a very large apartment building being built directly across the street and at least 20 hammers began swinging at 7am on the dot and since you can hear everything through the walls...it was a rude awakening after a long sleepless night.

- Kyle (2/5): It's a shelter - Staff were very friendly. It was shelter for the night... Fridge smelled like something died in it. It was so bad we had to hit up the local Walmart for disinfecting spray & wipes to sanitize the entire room. Unfortunately it was the only room available in the area and we experienced this around 9:30PM. The beds, while clean, were very uncomfortable, I could feel the springs digging into my back. As far as room appearance, the paint on the walls was mismatched & uneven giving the impression of a slumlord rental. They hardlined 110V on the outside of the walls to the room AC. (AC worked well). The floors were disgusting turning your feet black. TV was a very small HiSense <30", they could spend $150 at a Walmart and permanently mount a better TV. For $350+ a night, they could stand to upgrade the accommodations.
