Guest Reviews
- Julia Zavarzina (6/5): -

- stellaf340 (2/5): Avoid - We came to this hotel in March 2026,
1st the rooms were nice and clean, but the beds were so uncomfortable and I've got leg problems and they were killing me each morning.
2nd the food was horrendous disgusting really. And wasn't fresh in every serving.
3rd it said on the booking there was Entertainment, there wasn't never been so bored.
Never to return
- I5687PHscottm (4/5): Sleep isn’t for here! - First arrived late at night, got offered soup as was all inclusive, Tongue soup! Clearly declined, got to my room, room fine for my week, opened the balcony windows, mouldy large wall and a derelict hotel! Pics below, Next day I met my Rep from LH, asked for an exchange got offered that no problem, so went from 210 to 410 at the top of that mouldy wall! Turns out that was a sly road towards the castle, so as the week turned out the walls in that side of the hotel they were paper thin, I heard everything, not one to go out every night I chose to stay in most nights! Imagine trying to sleep for your early transfer, got zero hours sleep, had been up for 28hrw before my flight cause of the paper thin walls! After the bar closed there was several arguments between guests made it feel very unsafe, a party started upstairs from my room, 3 times I had to call reception to stop it! Once should have been enough!
I went for a chill and relax by myself, turns out I come home for a rest!
Food was fine the first night but when it gets redone it’s boring! CATS! Absolutely no way these cats should be wondering around at meal times! I love all animals but don’t want them on tables or even in the restaurant while you try and eat, don’t look them in the eyes or they are all over you!
Staff in the bar was fine, restaurants staff, the older guys had lots of chat and welcomed you and very nice, the younger ones! Absolute attitude, think also that I’m gay they clearly are not a fan 🤷🏻 I’m not a fan of your attitude but I got on with it, you both should also!
Nope never again! Shame it could be so much more… 😔
The thing is, I asked the staff if the hotel was full, got told 50/50 it’s still out of season! That’s fine I accept that so why would they put people into that rubbish rooms! Money money money!

- alexanderdV5887BK (2/5): Dr Alexander Davis - Hostel was infested with cat's, strays, kittens, old and filthy infested that roamed in the kitchen and All communal areas sleeping on the guests communal seating areas....
A significant number of residents told me that the cat's had a significant impact on their health and wellbeing.
If you're suffering from any manner of respiratory conditions....don't not book this hotel.

- Y4287IJbrandonm (8/5): Beautiful holiday - The staff was friendly and helpful, nice location right by the beach, room were cleaned every day and spotless.
The atmosphere was good not too crazy and not too quiet.
I would recommend for a nice trip.

- B2592IOannak (8/5): A hotel for a holiday without children - Very convenient location in the city center, close to all the sights. Very friendly atmosphere. Wonderful and helpful staff. The food isn't very high quality in terms of preparation or variety.
- ahmads625 (10/5): Amazing Food at Kleopatra Atlas - Amazing in one word. The Kleopatra Atlas is not the best hotel but for the price we paid and the food it has to be one of the best in that category. We spent 7 nights there in Jan 26, the weather was rainy most of the time but still we enjoyed it as the hotel has what I look for when I travel. A good comfy bed, a clean room, clean toilet, nice hot shower and good food. Many reviews comment about the food at KAH, I have to say that everyday we had amazing food (all buffet) and although the choice was not as much as other hotels, what KAH had on offer always tasted very good and everyone I spoke with during that week made similar comments. They have just a few dishes which is enough as I have been to hotels offering dozens of different dishes and most people only go for just a few, I would rather have less choice but very good quality which is what we got at Kleopatra Atlas. The Chef there is a real "Cordon Bleue". The staff were also very nice, Onur and Mert on reception would do anything they can to help and that also makes a lot of difference. I would definitely go back there should I get a similar offer (I paid £460 for 2 persons for 7 nights all inclusive, that include flights from London and transfers in Turkey). I booked it through LoveHolidays and I have to say that I was very pleased overall. The only thing to note is that the hotel does not have enough double beds, most rooms are twins and that did cause us an issue on the first night, however Onur has both beds pushed together for the remainder of our stay, not ideal but it was okay. The gym is very basic and could do with a clean and tidy up but personally I didn't use it so it didn't bother me. The rooms does not have any tea or coffee in them although they do have a kettle in the room - why? Again that didn't bother us as it was All Inclusive and we could go back downstairs when we needed a drink. Another thing worth noting is that they do tend to move furniture around at night and that can be disturbing and noisy, maybe because my room was near the lift and I heard it more but other guests have mentioned that they also heard staff moving furniture during the night and the doors are not sealed properly and you can hear everything when people speak outside. I cannot say if all the rooms had the same issues but I know of at least 4 rooms where occupants said the same thing. The hotel is nicely placed, 2 mins from the cable car and within walking distances to the centre (bazaar, shopping places and of course the castle on the mount right next door). The best is also 2 mins away and there are plenty of places to visit nearby like the water park, the Ataturk Museum to visit. That said I would definitely go back to Kleopatra Atlas if I can find a similar deal and I would definitely recommend it if you don't mind those tiny issues (like the noisy nights we experienced and the twin beds).
- Szymon (7/5): - Very close to the center of the city Almost the same food everyday
- Szymon (7/5): - Close to the city Almost same food everyday day
- Tour03443213133 (2/5): Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing. - I am very dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel. The room had a large gap in the entrance door, which allowed light from the corridor to shine inside all night, making it impossible to sleep. We had to cover it with a blanket. The bathroom door was damp and badly damaged, and the shower cabin was broken, so the doors could not be properly closed. The air conditioning and ventilation system were dirty, with visible mold inside, and when turned on, they produced an unpleasant smell. The safe was paid extra, yet it could be opened online via the internet, which made it completely useless. The rooms were poorly soundproofed, as if made of cardboard, and every noise could be heard from the hallway and other rooms, including water usage and conversations. The food was very poor, tasteless, repetitive, and the same meals were served every day. The alcohol was low quality, and the bartenders were unable to prepare decent drinks. Overall, the stay was extremely disappointing.
- Бондарь (8/5): - Чистота,еда, расположение Коктейли и турецкий кофе за дополнительную плату.

- U3843XOpaulb (8/5): Overall good but very poor regards hospitality from Rep - Just stayed here over xmas with my friend in 2 rooms. Id already read reviews so was awre of good and bad points already on here. It is true that i guess it well located near beach some shops and restaurants. We arrived late tired and were given out of hours food basic but welcome. The food overall i found good. It was nice to eat varied foods with different options daily. My friend however missed usual diet from uk. Especialy breakfast menu mainly cold items but when in rome. Drinks ar bar where quiet good with some good choice and friendly staff. Be good to perhaps leave coffee machine on 24hrs as in night i sometimes like a hot drink and rooms had no facilities with just a kettle but no tbags , cups etc. My tv never worked in room wasnt there to watch tv so wasnt bothered. Cleaners were very friendly and cleaned room well when wanted. This is not a plush hotel but good enough for what we wanted at a good price. HOWEVER!!
We were disapointed in with some things.
Already we had read reviews about noise issues already. Ok thin walls maybe unsolvable but noise on marble floors with other guests moving furniture not been addressed. Felt pads on chair legs perhaps?
Also when we stayed staff not always helpful with replacing towels or toilet rolls when asking reception.
Our main criticism though aswell as others we spoke to was the rude abrupt attitude from the HOLIDAY REP.
Almost 24 hr journey and first day letter posted under room door to say we must attend a meeting 10am.
Rep was late so decided to go out and explore. On returning he was there with folder with other guests showing excursions. Told him who i was but he said come back later. I spoke with other guests who said he was selling excursions. I didnt visit for excursions and if i was id shop around to buy so didnt go back. Other spoke of this reps rudeness to them and the next day witnessed it. He saw me downstairs and marched up THREATING ME THAT MY PREBOOKED AMD PAYED TRANSFER WOULD BE CANCELLED. Also said hed been looking for me me for 3 day. Hadnt even been there 3 days. I went for a nice time in a foreign country. Im a relaxed guy but leaving review on return. Overall i had a great time mostly meeting new people staying there. I WONT HOWEVER STAY AGAIN WHEN HOTEL EMPLOY RUDE STAFF. I dint travel to endure sales pitches in a rude or threatening manner and unless this is addressed then readers be aware this goes on here.
My transfer did turn up for airport after my stay. I thought it would buy decided not to raise this or complain while staying. Ive worked in hopsitality also travelled often globally. Not great that in the hotel to be told you have to attend a sales pitch BUT DEFINATELY NOT GOOD TO BE THREATENED. Bad day? not hitting targets? Dislike of me or my nationality? I Dont know but to that Rep, staff and other readers. The guests there pay your wages and arent there as some hinderance to you. If you continue that way like me. I Wont return and thats shame because other than that it was good but after saving to go and then , not just me but others also said, be disrespected in that way wont happen.
Im over it now and happy to leave honest review.
Karma to that Rep. If you ever stay hope improvements made
- Alina (10/5): - Aptarnavimas tikrai super. Personalas mandagus, paslaugus. Maisto pasirinkimas geras, maistas skanus. Lokacija tobula, vos keli šimtai metrų iki paplūdimio.
- Flyer38881230920 (2/5): HOLIDAY FROM HELL - We took a shuttle fr the airport w/others, as it was dropping them off at their lovely looking hotels, I felt happy until they stopped at ours and my heart sank. Our hotel had old beaten broken bricks leading to the door, the hotel looked worn, cramped and shappy. Free wifi in our room, bonus; when we opened the door to ours, I almost cried, it was the size of a postage stamp with twin beds one can reach both the sliding door to the balcony and from the other bed, the front door. There is not a photo of these rooms in the website brochure, buyer beware. The toilet was so small it was almost touching the floor & the shower door did not close properly so towels are needed to sop up the water as this was evident by the water logged toilet door. We had a pool view balcony but this became an issue as is the bar & restaurant, people seating at the dining area is allowed 24/7 and voices, music & smoke carries. Our room was near the lobby where the noise level was out of control so we asked to be moved and got a street view. The doors and walls are paper-thin, we could plainly hear: neighbours having sex, arguing, snoring, talking, someone with the flu, toilets flushing, Russian tv, door closing & slamming all hours of the night, feet walking down the hall; the door rooms have such a wide gap to the floor we had to put a blanket down & it still slid in between the door and the floor (in both rooms!) I did not get a restful night's sleep for the 2 weeks we were there. If you value your sanity do not stay here. The last time we were there, we stayed at Aveena Hotel and it was an awesome holiday.
- tash2024 (4/5): Underwhelming, pictures look better than real life - Positives- its walking distance to the beach, the cave and cable cars, over 2hrs drive from the airport though.
Most staff were lovely even though one guy turned the lights off while we were still eating and didn't bother to say anything to us beforehand, we weren't even in the main dining area.
Food was ok, had some good flavours. The late meal on schedule for 11pm- 12 is leftovers from dinner so just a heads up as that was a bit disappointing.
Unfortunately I can only give it this rating because the pictures look better than in real life, it was underwhelming.
The room really let it down.
There was mold all along the skirting board, when we first opened the door after checkin the smell was so strong and musty.
Bathroom lights kept flickering and drains stank.
The walls were very thin so we could hear people were chatting and laughing which disrupted our sleep.
Other people had good rooms it seemed but ours wasn't good.
- Pioneer53874475848 (6/5): Average - Location is great right in the middle of city. Mostly European guests. I think we were the only couple from UK. Food nothing that sticks in mind average or below. Waiting staff good. The quality of drinks not much to say. We had our own drinks(I am very fussy about drinks ;-)).
Rooms- the first room we got was horrible, the beds creaked. We complained and they gave us a better room with mattresses that didn’t hurt our back.
For value I suppose it was ok just because it was in the city.
- louisebO6918EL (4/5): Not a happy camper - Location fantastic food good ,food and barstaff very friendly I lost a memorabilia chain in my room a treasured gift from my dad ,reception staff.not friendly ,as for Natalie she made me feel so unwelcome as if I was lying about chain and Reception Manager was just as bad 👎 never again unfortunately it ruined my stay there 😢
- pirjoh735 (10/5): Kleopatra Atlas Hotel - The hotel was good in every way. Location close to the beach and shops. Cleanliness was really good. The food was also delicious, something for everyone. The staff was very friendly.
- Yucef-GB (10/5): Friendly Hotel - Well located near Kleopatra Beach, the Alanya Teleferik and next to a commercial street,
We enjoyed most during our 4 nights stay :
-the friendly service and helpful staff
-the nice Spa service
-the good variety in the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets
-the good location
-the clean rooms
- Siegfried (9/5): Da kann man wieder herkommen. - Alles hat gepasst. Der Pool sollte schon größer sein. Das Essen in Buffetform ist sehr gut.
- Дудко (10/5): Двічі зупинялися тут, будемо ще - Сподобалось місцезнаходження готелю, дуже дружелюбний персонал, Погана шумоізоляція
- joe (10/5): - Very well located near the teleferik and a big commercial street
- nikoladB2721HM (10/5): KLEOPATRA ATLAS HOTEL <3 - The hotel is very friendly, the people are smiling and nice, we recommend it to everyone, great location, close to everything
- 869dominiko (8/5): Great holidays - I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. I came with friends. It's quiet and peaceful, which I appreciate. The food is good and there's a different selection every day. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the staff is very friendly, especially the bartender, Fatih, who constantly maintained a positive atmosphere. There's always room at the pool. The only downside is the paid sunbeds on the private beach. I'm sure we'll have fond memories of this trip.
- Patrycja (7/5): - Woda w basenie, mili kelnerzy i barmani/barmanka Wielkość basenu, pojedyńcze łóżka pomimo prośby o podwójne, pokój odbiegający od zdjęć, monotonność jedzenia
- Rmoseley73 (10/5): Kleopatra atlas hotel and spa - Beautiful hotel, helpful friendly staff. Spa amazing. Natalia spa manager is brilliant and encourages everyone to make use if spa and have a turkush bath. Turkish bath is second to non would highly recommend. Selection if food is incredible, as a vegan I can struggle with selection available. However, I had so much choice each day. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return. Spotlessly clean and close to local attractions.

- 0oliwiac (2/5): Kleopatra Atlas Hotel, Alanya – very disappointing, would not recommend - The hotel advertises itself as 4-star, but in my opinion it deserves no more than 2 stars. From the very beginning of our stay, we experienced a lack of professionalism and clear disregard for guests.
We were given a room with a broken air conditioning unit, making it unbearably hot and stuffy inside. For two days, we reported the problem to reception, each time being told “tomorrow”, “in an hour”, “someone will come soon”. Nobody came. Only after contacting our travel agency, who then contacted the hotel, did someone bring us an old, dusty fan. When we asked for it to be cleaned, the hotel worker simply tapped it a few times and said “it’s okay” – of course, it was not. After another complaint at reception, we finally received a clean fan, but the staff member asked us for money for it.
The fan barely helped, and the next day we were told that the air conditioning on the entire floor was broken and that the repair team “might arrive today or maybe tomorrow” – meaning the hotel had known about the problem for a long time but did nothing. When we asked for a room change, we were given the keys immediately, but we could only move after 3 hours because we had a scheduled trip. Upon returning and changing rooms, a man who seemed to be the hotel manager came to our door and started shouting at us, accusing us of being rude and asking why we only moved rooms after three hours. Zero respect for guests, constant lies, and dismissing our concerns.
The condition of the rooms is far from what is shown in the pictures:
wallpaper peeling off the walls,
uncomfortable, squeaky beds,
shower doors barely closing,
fridge that doesn’t cool at all,
swollen and damaged door frames, cracked walls, moldy air conditioners.
The hotel description mentions a conference room – in reality, it’s just a storage space for cleaning equipment.
Additionally, smoking is allowed almost everywhere, so whether you’re at the pool or eating a meal, you have to put up with cigarette smoke from nearby guests. For non-smokers, this is very unpleasant. In the evenings, instead of going out, guests often occupy the lobby or poolside loungers, blasting loud music and disturbing any peace. The hotel staff does nothing to address this.
Positives? Rooms are cleaned daily, and the food is varied with plenty of options – both savory dishes and desserts – so everyone can find something to eat. Unfortunately, these are the only good points.
This hotel is nowhere near 4-star quality. The staff is rude and unprofessional, the rooms are in poor condition, and the service is unacceptable. I would not recommend it and will definitely not return.
- L8443IGaniaw (8/5): Very good - I have very fond memories of my stay at this hotel. The food was good, clean, and the service was very friendly, especially Natalia, who was very dedicated. The waiters and bartenders were very friendly and always smiling, especially Fatih. I have very fond memories of him; he's great at his job and he's also funny. I recommend it to anyone looking for a child-free hotel to simply relax and have a pleasant stay.
- B2198GEalexm (4/5): No more than 4 days unless you want to be bored - A bit disappointed with the hotel. The only good thing about it is the location. Very close to the beach (not the “private”one) and very close to the markets. Walls are thin so I had to buy earplugs to sleep. Food was very repetitive and dry so most of our days we had to eat out so a bit sad about that because we booked all inclusive. All inclusive but if you wanted cocktails, iced coffee or anything else other than whatever was on draft you had to pay. I tried their cocktails and their mixers but I couldn’t taste the alcohol. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there, except for Natalia, she’s lovely. The pool is tiny compared to the amount of guests in the hotel. If you wanted to get a sunbed you had to be very quick like go downstairs at breakfast time and lay your towel on them otherwise you wouldn’t have one for the day. People leave them on the sunbeds and then go out. No music or entertainment so it was very dead atmosphere. I understand adult only hotel but I don’t think a bit of music or entertainment would have hurt anyone. Oh yeah and the private beach thing, there is a free bus to it but very limited times say last bus from the beach is at 5pm. Same thing with the drinks there. If you wanted a sunbed you had to pay for it which is weird because you’re a guest of the hotel so why pay for the sunbed on their private beach? Private beach but anyone could go there, only thing we had was the drinks. I wouldn’t go there again and if you want to go i would recommend no more than 4 days, it gets very boring and repetitive.
- jakubrW9302LB (10/5): SUPER HOTEL ❤️ - Super hotel, super food. Greetings for Fatih ! Man you made ours holiday ! ❤️ Big love for you !
Localization of hotel is super. Close to beach, close to Bazaar or castle.
You have bus everyday to go to hotel beach, you have there beer, snacks all for free.
Just book this hotel if you wanna avoid kids and loud screaming.
Greetings from Poland ! ;p
- jamestG68EN (2/5): Very poor hotel. - Came to Kleopatra atlas for a 10 night all inclusive holiday and can safely say it was the worse 10 night holiday I’ve been on. The food was very poor, the beds were very very uncomfortable and the aircon only worked when it wanted to, staff very unhelpful when it came to rooms. We and our friends booked double rooms and got very basic rooms with hard, uncomfortable single beds. Would not recommend this hotel.
- EBennett71 (10/5): Great hotel, friendly staff, fantastic location - This isn’t our first time here! We just love the chilled vibe and also how central it is to everything! Literally 2 mins walk to the beach to see the most amazing sunsets! 5 mins walk to the cable cars! The food is lovely and plenty to offer! Natalia works very hard to keep everybody happy! We love Emrah who loves chatting to us! Also we need to mention Hilmi who works so hard and is very pleasant! He always smiles and has time to say hello! We will be returning again! I’ve not one bad thing to say!
- Kaja (9/5): Superb - Good location. Onion had somehow disappeared from the menu.
- Magnus (10/5): - Tredje gang her, kommer tilbake igjen
- Wander48482481058 (10/5): GREAT STAY - This hotel was exactly what we're looking for. Not very large but very friendly and quiet. This place is 16+ so no kids around all the time :)
The staff was very polite, helpfull, funny, friendly and professional. If we did need something they helped us nothing was a problem.
Our room was small, modern looking and clean.
It's located in historical city center, so great location for trips. There are many good places around.
Food was delicious in my opinion.
Nothing to complain I would definitely go back.
- Fearless10516805951 (6/5): Natalia Atlas Hotel - The best thing is location. Near the beach, castle, restaurants, markets, museum, etc.
Friendly staff and amazing Natalia, Pani Natalio jest Pani najlepsza! She helped us so much during our stay. We received the room different than paid for and Natalia helped to change it to another while TUI agent said she cannot do anything.
The rooms were clean, staff comes everyday. the food was also very nice HOWEVER you must be quick - breakfast after 9 (served 7:30-10:30) means you will be eating leftovers. If you are quicker for the meals, you will enjoy the veggies, pastries, fish, freshly made kebab, lots of turkey. It would be wonderful to drink some water from the glass instead of paper cup. The coffee served from coffee machine was instant coffee which was disappointing. The black tea served in teapots - very tasty.
The swimming pool area is also nice, there is sun almost whole day but you need to switch sunbeds to catch it.
Elevator - it is faster to take the stairs, trust me. We climbed 4th floor quicker than the lift. Do not waste time for waiting.
The reason I would not stay there again, was that everything smells with cigarets. It is allowed to smoke in the restaurant while breakfast/lunch/dinner, at the swimming pool at all times, at the tables in front of the hotel. Everywhere. No place for no smokers. Even the balcony stinks. 😷 That was very confusing and hard to bare.
Also, late parties in the rooms until 2/3am. For a week, I slept perhaps one night peacefully.
Travel agency - they did nothing to provide what we paid for meaning the room with the view/ ac. The agent at the hotel said she cannot do anything. It seems she’s there for selling extra trips rather than providing any info or help. Travel agency offered around 20eur bonus for next holidays…. It is less than 1% of the cost of whole stay.
- J7222FDjeremyr (8/5): Great hotel with fantastic Spa - Lovely staff and spotlessly clean throughout with staff cleaning all the time. Good foods which changed every day so not monotonous and plenty of choices my only gripe is that being diabetic all the desserts, and there were loads, were too sweet for me, an occasional sugar free one would be helpful.
The room was good, clean and mostly modern, not enough electrical points for me, good size shower, balcony with a sea view, perhaps more shelve space would be better too.
Location is good near the beach and town centre with lots nearby. Only negative point for us was the 2 hours drive from the airport.
This is an adult only hotel so I have to ask why is the toilet designed for a 8 year old. I have never had one so close to the ground and note to management, you only use the toilet paper when you stand up. Don’t have it located 20cm from the floor.
One thing that deserves 5 stars or even more is the Spa. OMG we had a special package for sauna, water treatment and full body massage for a special price of just €25. It was so good we booked 3 more massages for the rest of the week, worth coming back just for this alone, never had one better, really good.
Overall a great holiday and we are considering coming back for Christmas
- Wanderer03643043027 (2/5): I highly do not recommend this hotel. - The hotel is small and the food is monotonous. We were placed in a terrible room, №209, where it was impossible to breathe. The only window faced a basement and garbage area. There was a constant smell of stale food and sewage. Ventilating the room was impossible. After staying for a week, I developed a respiratory illness called sinusitis, which took months of treatment to recover from.
In the last couple of days of our stay, housekeeping didn’t clean the room at all, even though the "Please clean the room" sign had been hanging on the door for two days. It was extremely hot outside, but the bar didn't provide any ice in drinks, even after multiple requests. They served you whiskey without ice, making it practically undrinkable.
The hotel is located 5 minutes from a public city beach with a rocky entrance into the sea and a large crowd, including homeless people. The hotel does not have its own beach. There is only a designated area with a bar about 20 minutes away, where they serve drinks and lunch snacks. A free shuttle bus goes there, but it has very limited seating — you might not get a spot or have to stand uncomfortably.
Sleeping in the hotel peacefully is simply impossible due to the complete lack of soundproofing. You can hear absolutely everything and everyone, both from outside and within the hotel premises.
The vegetables served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner are always the same — often leftovers from the day before and not fresh. The salads are also not fresh. The only positive aspect was the desserts — there was something to choose from. The cottage cheese cake was very tasty and got picked up quickly by guests.
Also, if you lose your key, an employee named Mendu will demand €10 from you. However, when we checked with the hotel administrator, it turned out that this fee wasn’t mandatory — we were charged simply because we happened to speak with Mendu. It seems that the only reason this terrible hotel has any "stars" at all is thanks to the administrator Natalia.
And if someone gives you a bouquet of flowers, don’t even hope that the hotel will provide a vase — or even a simple bucket with water. The bartender will offer a tiny champagne bucket for a limited time, and only for an extra fee, which they’ll decide on the spot. The rest of the staff will just shrug their shoulders. So much for this "hotel." Customer service is absolutely nonexistent.
In most cafés, such simple requests are fulfilled without a second thought. In the end, we had to place the bouquet in the room’s trash bin, which we filled with water beforehand. What a disgraceful level of service. The cleaning staff saw this while cleaning our room — and didn’t offer any alternative or help.
- G1689SDmichellep (2/5): BAD NOTHING TO DO - would not recommend this hotel best part was the friendly waiters hotel having construction work done half day no electric or water and anew hotel opposite been build till late no peace at all NO ENGLISH must say hotel was clean and spotless no amenities and no atmosphere
- Marta (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is located next to the nicest beach in Alanya. Food was excellent. It was changing every day, it wasn’t only buffet but also cooked a’la minute. It was very tasty. Staff members were 11/10. The only downside was the renovation going on around which was very loud during the day but we came just before the beginning of the season so it’s understandable.
- Roger Mikael (8/5): - Helt ok hotell och mat, dock ganska lyhört enligt mig
- Agnes1999 (2/5): Avoid! - Avoid at all costs! The pictures online are heavily retouched and completely misleading. The hotel looks nothing like what is advertised.
Swimming Pool: It’s in the shade all day, making it uninviting and cold.
Rooms & Interiors: Everything is old, worn down, and smells of damp.
Service: Staff, especially at reception, were rude. I was denied all-inclusive water for my room simply because the receptionist was alone.
Food: Absolutely unacceptable! Lunch consisted of two-day-old chicken from a previous dinner. It was inedible and concerning for food safety.
This place is a massive disappointment. Save your money and book somewhere else!
- jasonwS416UK (4/5): Worst hotel I’ve been to and I’ve been to some bad hotels - If your a couple and under the age of 60 avoid this place like the plague! The hotel is filled with europeans who are rude. There is no manners from anyone, some staff are false, they are lovely to your face then talking in Turkish amongst themselves after they have spoke to you makes you very paranoid as they are looking at you when laughing! The dining room doesn’t open till 8am for breakfast i went for a touch of milk at 7:55am to make a cup of tea in my room, the hell on I had to get it was ridiculous and I still didn’t get it till the restaurant opened! no entertainment in the hotel at all!! IWILL NOT BE BACK to this hotel!! If you’re British please stay away from this hotel!!!!!!!! Absolute disgrace
- Eero (10/5): - Palvelualtis henkilökunta
- amirmR4991OG (10/5): Very good - Very good friendly staff specially emra and gezam are very helpful staff .nice hotel very near to beach and other coffee shop and town centers.food is nice .wifi is good and very fast browsing. - Nurlan (10/5): - Good location, reasonably priced. It was good. Thank you!
- Mark (9/5): Superb -
- Mobile35610893391 (2/5): Terrible stay. - Hotel overrun by ferral youths. Didn't sleep well for two hours in 6 nights. Noise and banging doors 24/7. Same in the small swimming pool. Resident/staff unable/unwilling to do anything about it. Nothing else matters really.
Never again.
- tomasza2025 (10/5): Great hotel - Visiting Kleopatra Atlas was great experience for us. Everything was great. Very helpfull and friendy stuff, expecially Gizem. The room was queit and clean, food very tasty and fresh. Hotel is onle few minutes walk from beach, shops and restaurants. We recommed this hotel very much. <3
- mini_minnis (8/5): My favourite hotel at wintertime in Alanya♥️ - Service was very friendly and helpful. Food is turkish and very tasty. Room was big enough for sleeping and cleaning was very good.
Christmastime food is special good. New Years food and entertainment were amazing. Kleopatra Atlas is my favourite hotel in Alanya at wintertime. My only hope is toilet renovation in lobbyarea.
- U7145GZrobertp (8/5): Excellent - Once again I had a good time in Turkey and the hotel was good and the food and the room was excellent and also the staff, as they work so hard all day long to make sure you have all the comforts while you stay here in Alanya and also the hotel has good taxi bus service near by, and also you are very close to the beach 100 meters or so.
- ewapJ9975YW (10/5): Lively place - When l came to this hotel,l couldn't expect that, there is so masterpiece place l Haven been there ever, i think next year, l would like to mąkę a reservation for coming this hotel. Sem, if you weren't there l couldnt imagine how we Have good holiday Was there. Tkanki u so much for all services for help
- steffisF6616CM (10/5): Very good basic hotel, friendly staff, good food - We came here after our travel agency became insolvent while we were on the plane and our original hotel was not even trying to help. In the middle of the night we came here and were offered help by the VERY friendly staff. They even provided a little snack for us in the night.
Apart from this our room was modern and very beautiful and clean! Only one bed was making noises. But as we had a 3-bed-room we just left this one without usage. The food buffet is rather small but you get everything you want and almost everything tastes good. And even the things that don’t may be more of a personal preference and not being used to certain spices. Also the buffet is changing every day so you won’t be bored by the food. Basic drinks are also included in all-in, which is very good.
Moreover, the staff is very very friendly. Emre and Fatih always make us laugh :).
All in all, you may not expect a luxurious hotel but the price is really worth the hotel and we are completely happy to be here.
- margaretbX7427MI (8/5): Kleopatra Atlas hotel - The first room we were given on our very late arrival was awful, it was tiny, it did have a balcony which looked out to a fire escape, and walls, and rubbish. Do not accept room 209 !!! We were transfered to a better room after we complained next day. All rooms have ony single beds . The cleaners kept our room very clean. Food was ok, especially if you liked cold rice or pasta, with cold chicken/ turkey with various sauces, there were lovely desserts however. The hotel is situated very conveniently near many restaurants and bars. On the whole I suppose you get what you pay for.
- Vladimir (8/5): - I was satisfied
- Rymsha (8/5): Very good -
- Kätlin (10/5): Exceptional - We were in that hotel already second time and would come back again. The location is very good and rooms and staff are nice! I would like to see more fruits in meal times. In September sun is by the pool only about 3 hours.
- Robert (3/5): Just about acceptable for 1 night - The food was excellent. Very noisy until early morning hours. Uncomfortable bed.
- Chunkey (4/5): Disappointing - The location is good, The hotel’s condition left much to be desired. The room had outdated furnishings, with hard mattresses and uncomfortable pillows. The bathroom was poorly ventilated, leading to a lingering damp smell. Every time we took a shower, water would remain on the floor because the drain was oddly positioned on a raised surface.
We had booked a double bed, but upon arrival, we were given two separate single beds insteadю
Dining was far from a relaxing experience. The staff constantly interrupted by removing plates prematurely and repeatedly asking if we were finished, making it impossible to enjoy our meals in peace.
While most of the staff were friendly, our departure experience left a sour taste. When we tried to return our beach towels (for which they take a deposit), the man at the reception responded rudely and mockingly, stating that he had no idea about it, as it was the SPA, not the reception, that handled the towels.
To top it all off, the elevator was incredibly slow and stuffy. We often had to wait up to 5 minutes just to use it.
Additionally, there were enormous cockroaches, which was quite unsettling.
- Jovana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Danny (1/5): Bad -
- Pauline (3/5): Save your money please please don't book. Staff very unfriendly and rush us to check out - Location was perfect ! Room and hotel was clean Breakfast was very limited and poor. Everything was seriously bad. Rooms were too small. Alcoholic Drinks made me very ill I don't know what's inside the red wine and gin but it was god awful. I struggled to stomach anything having there drinks so decided to buy my own bottle. The food was very miss with a few good days. There was also NO music, NO entertainment no nothing I felt so deprived and bored. Please please don't book here. I'm not often one to leave bad reviews and be a serial moaner but your hard earned money can be spent at a much much better stay. The only good thing about the hotel is the location. Also forgot to mention 0 all inclusive cocktails just BAD wine, BAD GIN every alcohol BAD
- Michael (7/5): Good -
- Magnus (8/5): Helt ok - Vært her før, greit til den prisen
- Zlatko (9/5): Best value in Alanya, was there twice and will come back again for more! - This is all inclusive hotel in Alanya. That means 3 meals a day + snacks, drinks, coffee, beer, wine. Actually food and kitchen is what makes this hotel best value in town. Last time we stayed in Xperia Bali Hotel and food was not even close to Kleopatra Atlas. Here star of every dinner is a grill that provides a best meal of day. Lentil soup was also amazing. Could not get enough of that. Great sweets. Rooms are a bit tired looking. Shower stall in our room (105) was missing one glass panel. There are no reading lights.
But you forget all those little things when you have 3 x full buffet meals a day!
- Nihad (8/5): Very good - Very friendly staff and tasty food.
- Emadi (1/5): Not recommended. - It was clean and the location was good. A lot of noise because of construction in front of that. Also, they gave a couple a room with two single beds. The view was reserved as pool view but they gave us the front view with a lot of noise with separate beds. They didn’t mention the construction anywhere.
Internet was disaster, I have to use my personal one, because they share it for too many people probably.
Food varied but quality was not based on our taste.
Most of time you want go to all inclusive hotels to be relaxed not listen to noise.
- Carl (7/5): Good -
- Minna (10/5): - Hotellissa on hyvää turkkilaista ruokaa ja henkilökunta on erittäin ystävällinen. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Entrance is a building site - I stayed two nights and that was enough. The entrance is facing a building site with lorries coming and going. On a rainy day it's almost impossible to use the lobby area due to the noise of the machinery.
On asking hotels.com to sort it out, I was fobbed off by the hotel manager denying any assistance. The hotel should clearly mention such intrusion of works on their ad page, as it was misrepresentation.
Had they been honest nobody would book, as it ruins an holiday wasting time there. Book somewhere else, you will be glad you did.
- Lisa (2/5): It's a loud NO! - I hated it. My window faced a concrete wall for starters. The woman is reception was surly, unpleasant and down right rude at times. It's well known that Turkish women dislike female tourists and so are unkind or unhelpful to them therefore.
The hotel was sold out to the German market, and in the lobby getting hit on by German and Turkish older men got tiresome as they mistook the "adults only" for meaning a pick up place and not just no small children.
The redeeming feature was the restaurant food which was great. The service staff were fabulous and made the hotel easier to tolerate. Without them this place would be unbearable.
It's location is good for the beach, but there are many places much better than this grotty one, that's jaded and old.
- Matt (8/5): Great location and clean - Fantastic location in alanya great facilities for the price. Fantastic showers are almost too powerful, lol My room was a little noisy due to being next to the lift but overall great experience
- Anonymous (10/5): Exceptional - Nice place near beach
- Khodad (1/5): The location is good but we didn't have a pleasant stay there. - There was no blanket in the room!? Winther is cold at night we had the most uncomfortable sleep. There was a kettle in the room but no tea bag or coffee or any bewreges! No soap or shampoo or any other cleaning agent in the room. Dinner quality was not to the normal Turkish standard. Construction noises under our windows from early morning. The location is excellent. It has a good potential to improve.
- Jussi (9/5): Perfect vacation! - Food was good, free bus on the beach and hotel stuff are excelent. Pool was so cold
- Konstantin (8/5): Pleasant stay, near to beach - Location, food, view! Hamam 25 EUR was nice. Close to all attractions and the beach. Poor soundproofing, bad smell in the bathroom.
- Ismail (5/5): Passable -
- Jakhongir (7/5): Good -
- Razwan (9/5): Superb -
- Aykut (9/5): Superb -
- Михаил (10/5): Everything was good!!! -
- Yuliia (10/5): It was nice trip in nice hotel - This is small but very nice hotel. He stay very close to the very nice beach. Clean, nice food, nice staff You need look and maybe repair or change matras or bad in room and sometimes light turn off maybe problem with place for card
- Al (10/5): Perfect ending to a month long stay in Turkey 🇹🇷! - Wonderful staff! Fantastic location. All the food and drink anyone could want.
- Paula (10/5): Outstanding - A brilliant hotel! The location was amazing, 2 mins to the beach, 10 mins to the centre. Absolutely perfect. The food in the hotel was also really good, the menu was changing everyday, everyone and anyone will find something for themselves. The staff was also really nice and friendly. I recommend it! I can’t say a bad word about this hotel.
- Camila (9/5): Good food, good service, if we will travel to turkey again, we would go back here. - The food was amazing!! It was so good. The staff was very polite and very good. The receptionists was very good and helpfull. Special thank you to Burak, made the experience better with good service. The cleaning of the room. Didn’t clean under the beds.
- Sylwia (7/5): A decent hotel, with excellent location. Next time I may go for breakfast only. - The location is excellent, food was pretty ok, with some variety. I stayed for only 4 nights so didn't have time to get bored The gym is not a gym- it's hardly a workout room..
Restaurant - The staff turns down the lights as soon as the time slot for the meal has come. That's rude. You need to either move to the outside area or finish in the dark. Once I was asked ( politely) to hand over my plate which was still rude.
- Camilla Mandelid (8/5): Tipp topp tommel opp - Var ett koselig enkelt hotel, god mat og drikke. Litt synd ikkje alt var inkludert i prisen og at enkelte drikkevarer kostet mer. Harde senger og veldig lytt, men fikk no en god nattssøvn. Med prisen tatt i betraktning var det dobbel tommel opp. Lå også rett ved gondol/taubanen opp til Alanya Castle.
