- Alma (2/5): - The hotel is central to the city. But the AC unit in the room was not working which made it a terrible sleepless night. When asked to move rooms the front desk advised that did not have any other rooms available...and at check out I wasn't even apologized to due to the Major inconvenience.
- Marixa (8/5): Nice & comfortable - Every employee is attentive and have a smile on theyre faces. The room was equiped w/ ac & it got nice amd cold. The pool is smaller than the photos but still a joy to use. The complimentary breakfast in the morning is okay. I visited w/ my mother & they could only program one key. Other then that I would recommend the hotel.

- Patricia (8/5): - This was a fun stay even thought we were there for business. It was a little noisy at night from dinning and music. This is in the heart of town and it’s lively. Kudos to Marta who is in charge of all good eats! You can get Lobster dinner dish for$21.

Place is dirty, abandoned, I will never ever recommend this place to anyone on earth. I can’t believe it exists. There are humans that are suppose to be working there but they are just human. Not workers. Customer service doesn’t exist. They don’t even know what that is. They are just there so that when you check in..they think there is a staff. Worst place.

- Iris (10/5): - I enjoyed most everything, although I have some practical suggestions such as: Since the hotel does not sponsor taxi and there is no other way of transportation for those without UBER, at least offer a trusted tel number of a taxi for those in need. The hotel is lovely, clean, safe and the food is great.

I ended up having to leave as the reception folks couldn’t even do the check out. The wait time at the restaurant varied between 1-2 hours. The food was good but wait times are strange. The saving grace is the cleaning staff. They were on point and excellent.

I have stayed here 3 times and each one we have had issues where they “can’t find the reservation” and I have tried via different avenues and the same issue. They’ll have you waiting trying to figure it out and ultimately will but just be prepared if they present you with the same problem. Aside from the, bar on site and restaurant. Rooms are beyond outdated and need upgraded beds as they’re not as comfortable but clean. Restrooms are old and clog. I feel that the “premium” suites have better quality rooms and if that’s the case, I suggest paying the extra money for it.

- Anjali (2/5): - Honestly, this hotel needs a deep clean and a face lift. The reception staff is rude and under qualified -they need a crash course in hospitality ASAP. The only good thing here is the restaurant and their staff and the cleaning crew who definitely do their best with what they have for the room. But overall, truly disappointing and I would never recommend this place. You are better off getting another hotel in San Miguel that is newer for the price point.

- Ninoska (2/5): - When growing up I remember this hotel was super famous everyone talked about and that it was the greatest we got to stay with my mom one night and it was disappointed, the shower head felt when my mom was showering and then I got food poising at the restaurant with the fish ceviche couldn’t stop throwing up the whole night the hotel wasn’t as clean either, honestly I wished I could get my money back.

First i was given a key to a room with only 1 bed. Then they quicky fixed it and gave me a room with 2 beds. But I was lucky it seems like that was the only room left. The staff was nice but i just felt like i was in such an old place and for the price they charge for the rooms i think is crazy that they have not given this hotel an update. The breakfast was excellent too

Eventually we had to settle for another one clearly subpart to the one requested. The facilities do need some up-keeping and the costumer service aspect of the business a total take over!. For us the whole experience was a big disappointment. I decided to cancel and extra night I have booked also on the spot after so much frustration...
