• Christine (7/5): Enjoyed our stay and would use again. - Location and views were great and it was good to have secure parking. The property was spacious and clean and generally comfortable. Check in was a little tricky. A few tweaks in the apartment would make it perfect. Needs a mirror in second bedroom and mattress in there was very hard. Also a coffee maker in the kitchen would be good but only minor issues.

No fairy liquid to wash dishes. Not enough toilet roll. No information in room ref wifi password etc. Unable to access main building at night unless night porter was in reception. Apart from that appartment was comfortable enough for our needs.
• Pat (8/5): Somewhere I would stay again - Very clean. Great location. Clear instructions on everything Bed in second bedroom uncomfortable. No heat on when we arrived on a particularly cold day so it took a long time to heat up.
• ELEANOR (9/5): Perfect location - This is the second time my friend & I have stayed at Skyline. It's in the perfect location for the city centre, theatres, restaurants. Everything is within walking distance. It's clean, well equipped, and has great views. Having to carry the mobile phone around to access the building is a bit of a faff & there's bound to be an easier option. The mattress in the back bedroom needs to be replaced as it is uncomfortable. The sink in the unsuite does not drain properly, which was an issue the previous year when we stayed!

• snig92 (9/5): A nice apartment in a good location. - A lovely apartment in a great locraíonn. 15 minute Walk or less to the city centre, and 10 minutes to the SSE Areana. All the information from the host was very clear for check in. It was a little bit noisy when we went to bed, around 11pm, with traffic. I also got numerous messages regarding a deposit for a large amount of money. I did not pay it and it not affect the stay!

• Wazir (7/5): Great property, very central. Lifts were disappointing - Central to Titanic Museum and short stroll to city centre. Only one functioning lift. For a building that has 28 floors. You were waiting a long time for the lift. Spoke to someone who lives there and said it has been like that for months.

• Tracey (9/5): We enjoyed and would recommend - It was a great location with an excellent view. It was very clean, modern and spacious for our needs. Booked for a family of 4 adults but only 2 beds. Sofa bed or 2 singles in second bedroom would have suited us better. Also challenging to get into car park and from car park to elevator on first day. Once we had phone with app it was grand but also difficult to get out of car park without phone which was left in apartment. Minor problems that are far out weighed by all the good stuff about the apartment.

The only negative i would say for me was the bed could do with being bigger and softer lol. Oh and there was some noise from traffic ..only bothered us if the windows were open and you were watching tv ...closed it was fine

• Tony (9/5): Very nice, very well equipped flat in an excellent location for all Belfast attractions. - Lovely comfortable flat, with excellent views along the river and out to the port and sea beyond. All facilities you could ask for, comfortable beds. Our hosts answered all questions promptly and were generally very helpful. Extremely convenient for the ferry and the directions were spot on. Good reserved parking. Perhaps a word with the people who manage the building - getting the code to work on the outside door is a bit hit and miss, and people in other flats seemed to share that view (the access to the flat itself by the key box is fine). If you decide to open the windows, it's close to a busy motorway, but that's the choice you make for having such a convenient central location.

• Alwyn (10/5): Perfect apartment in the perfect location - My friend & I had a lovely stay in Skyline. It is in the perfect location for SSE Arena (as we were going to a concert), an easy walk across the pedestrian bridge & it is also close to the city centre, cathedral quarter for shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, theatres... Very clean & well equipped with everything you need. Good communication from the owner with clear directions & instructions on how to access the property. Nice walks along the waterfront & fabulous views from all the rooms. We would definitely stay again & highly recommend. The fact that we hadn't stayed longer!

• Jane (9/5): Great apartment in a good location. - The location was good, only about 10 minutes walk to most sights and restaurants. The view was spectacular. The apartment was clean, light and well appointed. The host had very kindly left milk, croissants and biscuits for us which was a really nice touch. They were so helpful in letting us have a late checkout. Would definitely book again. You couldn't really open the windows because of the noise from the motorway below.

Excellent showers and comfortable living area. It is above a busy road and train line- there will be noise late into the night and early morning.

Comfortable and clean apartment with everything you might need. Feels spacious and bright with gorgeous views of Belfast lough. Owner was helpful and efficient with answering queries and helping retrieve forgotten items 😅 Traffic noise is loud with the window open, would suggest earplugs for sleeping.
• Joanne (7/5): Belfast - The location is ideal for exploring Belfast. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Had to wait 1 1/2 hours to get into the property on arrival as we hadn't been sent the keybox code number and there was no response from the various messages and phone calls I made. Also the instructions for entry into the main building were incorrect. A lot of traffic noise especially in main bedroom as the window isn't sealed properly.
