Babygirl (1/5): Horrible and disgusting place never again!! - This time around there was nothing about this stay that was good. Since new management took over this place has gone downhill horribly and will never stay again. My original room booked was given to someone else and the room we ended up with was dirty , had a odor too it,the TV kept losing signal, towels were stained,ice bucket was dirty , the fridge had a smell to it and the coffee maker didnt work, the phone was even dirty. As for the pool area the bathroom was completely sealed shut , no towels, dirty is some areas and you had to pay just to use the pool table which was the greatest shape so we didnt play. As for the breakfast the juice tasted like water, condiments containers were nasty looking , biscuits were hard as a brick ,eggs were horrible and over cooked, no butter the area was dirty..and we had the exact same thing for breakfast the next morning which we ended up not eating and checking out and going somewhere else. Also a bag of garage sat in the hallway across from our room door from the moment we checked in til 2 days later when we checked out even though housekeeping was present both days...not once did we see the floors being vacuum or swept so the carpets kept getting dirtier by the minute...in the end it was horrible and disgusting and made me sick to my stomach how bad this place has gone downhill. We will never stay here again and never recommend for anyone too stay here. Wish I could get part of my money back for this horrible experience since the minute we showed up to check in.

Kurt (10/5): We have been staying here for 3 years now on our way home from Arizona. We love this place. - I was pulling a small trailer and they had plenty of spots that were adequate . The only minor thing that I didn’t like was the hot breakfast wasn’t hot at 6:40 AM.

Eric (7/5): - Right off highway. Great place to bunk down for the night. Did not like the pet fee. We have two small dogs. 35.00 each. It cost as much for them to stay as it did for us. We paid 50.00 for both at a higher star hotel for an entire week at a previous location.

Rory (6/5): Good value for money. There are limited places to stay in Hesston and this was a nice place. - not a bad motel...not many options in Hesston. Its rather clean and quiet despite being next to the freeway. Next the only restaurant in Hesston - which was a Mexican one and the food is excellent. Bedding is terrible. It's old and thin. not very comfortable. no comforter or quilt provided. No tending to the morning breakfast and area was rather messy. there was no very limited food when I arrived (albeit a little later in time allowed) and what left had been there from the start. Anyway, recognize that the motel wasn't full but a bit more effort should be made. There was no room service during my stay.

Its marked as provided, no streaming services worked. As no wifi was available for the tvs! 2nd the room smelled so so bad, the beds were overly static. The bed itself was like sleeping on cardboard. We stayed 1 night. Checked out 3 days early and went elsewhere. Said there was a fitness center months ago when we booked and when we arrived NOPE! And it wasnt refundable

Much Dust where u use the plug behind nite stand. Edges around baseboards had 1" of the carpet that looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in a very long time.

Also tried to cancel my last night and was told no refunds because I didn’t give them 48 hours notice, even though I myself didn’t have 48 hours notice. I understand that’s policy however I stayed 3 out of the four nights I had.

First night there after traveling the fire alarm started chirping it took two calls to front desk to get someone to my room (30) minutes then they couldn’t stop. Owner offered a different room at 3:00 a.m and left. Didn’t offer to help with our things said leave them. When I got wife to our new room went back to get a few things. He said we could leave everything till morning but while I was in old room at three am staff tried to come back in. Very sketchy so I got all of our belongings to new room. When I asked him what he was going to do to compensate for night rest he did give us another night free. The owner has zero people skills Felt sorry for his staff

karl (6/5): - The lobby/dining area was noisy around the clock, due to a big pedestal fan running on high speed in the corner of the lobby. A high whining noise like a jet engine that made conversation difficult. This was the case the previous two times I’ve stayed here (both in the last 5 years). I assumed on those previous visits that the fan was addressing wet carpeting or flying insects, though neither was in evidence. Well, this is the 3rd visit. I asked the person in duty if he could turn it off while I ate my breakfast, and he did, though grudgingly. But he turned it back on the moment. I left the dining area and it remained running each time I passed through after that. So I am left to assume that, for whatever reason, management at this hotel thinks the place needs to be noisy all the time. I won’t be staying here again. Peace and quiet are not negotiable for me when choosing a place to rest.

Jennifer (10/5): For the price, this was excellent - The hotel is dated, but the beds were comfortable, everything was clean, there was a nice (hot) standard breakfast, the indoor pool (while not a heated pool) was fantastic (and the hot tub was great too). Besides being dated, the only other down side of the hotel was we could hear the noise of Interstate 135 constantly from our room. Not sure if it's like that in the rooms that are across the hallway, but our room was on the interstate side and you could hear it.

It is a top expectation that is a decision that makes a consumer/ customer come again. There was no customer service at this hotel. The evening employee had no level of customer service delivery. He was so unwelcoming, demeaning and unfriendly. Poorly done, and unremarkable unforgettable. It is sad to see that kindness and a smile makes such a difference but this employee could not find it in his bone to deliver on this!
Jodi (6/5): - The hotel is right next to the highway, restaurant next to the hotel but it was closed when I was there. There is a free breakfast, but it was the most basic one on our road trip. Beds were comfortable. No hair conditioner in room. The parking lot was completely covered in ice and there was no attempt to make a safe path from the cars to the entrance. If you just want a convenient, basic hotel this would do. If you're hoping for a nicer experience, I'd keep looking.
