No proper care for the place. - Nothing The place was terrible dirty, I even got an infection due to untidyness of the place. I could not breathe properly but could not leave as it was late at night. The toilet was terrible dirty and had to clean it before use

Dirty yard, dirty rooms, stinking rooms, blonde hair (likely animal) on bed sheets and everything is old...and still charged an extra R100 for cleaning the room. What a joke. I booked that place out of desparation coz on 30/11/2024 all places were fully booked otherwise the low score on Bookings.com was already a big red flag.

- Mokheseng (1/5): Bedrock guest house is not healthy for visitors. - Location was closer to the facility that we were going to. The place looked abandoned. It was dirty everywhere. The surroundings, the kitchen and utensils, the bedroom floor, the blankets, the sheets, the bathroom, the glasses were all dirty as if the place has not been cleaned for a long time. The electric kittle and microwave were dirty and not functioning too. There were no staff and cleaners at that place, only the owner who looked old was welcoming us. Due to dirtiness and lack of security, we only spent one night at Bedrock and booked another guest house the following night.

Geysers is control one can't bath on their time than the owner. Electrically the lights ain't working. Everything about the place nothing shows it's guesthouse poor poor service. No privacy they enter without knocking. Complain about bin but not cleaning the owner forget we guests and switch geyser we must ask ND water for cold.

The refrigerator's was not working. the was no privacy the owner could come in the rooms as the was a door giving him access to our rooms
