- Srečko (1/5): - breakfast was ok location ok but location hotel was not ok they give me a room with small window and one meter from window was wall so i have all day dark in room very depresed room after i go to reception they say they find solution and in 21 days they not find and they not care after that i was see by mistake the they have room too with more nice view and i change the room where i not fell depresed so very bad bad bad hotel room before you take room check because all pictures on booking are bright rooms but they are not

- hironobu (8/5): - ⸻ ソウル弾丸旅行で泊まったホテルレビュー（宿泊日：2025/9/27） 今回のソウル弾丸旅では、アクセスの良さと広々とした部屋に惹かれてこちらのホテルを選びました。結果から言うと、総合的には快適で満足度の高い滞在でしたが、いくつか改善を望む点もありましたので率直に書きます。 ⸻ 部屋の広さと雰囲気 まず驚かされたのは部屋の広さ。ソウルのホテルはコンパクトな造りが多い中、こちらはまるでワンルームマンションのようなゆとりを感じさせる空間。木目の床とダークトーンの壁が落ち着きを演出し、部屋に入った瞬間、気持ちがすっと和らぎました。ベッドも大きく、硬さもちょうど良くて熟睡できたのは大きなポイントです。 ⸻ 設備と使い勝手 広い空間に加え、ガラス張りのシャワールームや収納スペースも十分に確保されていて、荷物の多い旅でも困ることはありませんでした。ただし一点残念だったのは、ウォシュレットが故障しており使用できなかったこと。日本人旅行者にとってトイレの快適さは大切な要素の一つ。比較的新しい設備を備えている印象があるだけに、メンテナンスの不備は惜しまれます。 ⸻ 立地と利便性 繁華街や地下鉄駅からのアクセスも良好で、食事や買い物を楽しむには絶好のロケーション。短い滞在であっても時間を無駄にせず動ける点は、弾丸旅行の強い味方といえるでしょう。 ⸻ 総評 広くて快適な客室は、このホテルの最大の魅力。旅の疲れを癒す空間として十分な力を発揮してくれました。ただし、せっかくの良い印象が「ウォシュレット不調」という小さな不具合で損なわれたのは残念。次回利用するときには改善されていることを期待します。 ⸻ 💡 まとめ • 宿泊日：2025/9/27 • 部屋はとても広く快適 • ウォシュレットが故障していたのが惜しい • アクセス良好で弾丸旅行におすすめ ⸻

- JinHyang (4/5): - 출장 시 접근성이 좋아 자주 이용하는 호텔입니다. 그 전에 어떤 불편함이 있든, 감내할 만한 수준이었다면, 이번에는 3박 4일의 연박이었는데 첫날 어매니티 중 일부가 부족했으나 그냥 넘겼습니다. 다음날 업무 후 복귀를 하니 동일하게 안채워져있더군요. 다음날 아침에는 프론트에 호수와 불편사항을 명확하게 전달하고 외출 후 복귀를 하였습니다. 다음날 아침에 체크아웃을 위해 준비하는데 역시나 동일하게 비어있는 상태더군요. 명확한 불편함을 이야기했음에도 처리되지 않는 부분을 이해하기는 좀 어렵습니다.

- AJIN (3/5): - 직원분들이 정말 친절하셨습니다 부산에서 올라가는터라 늦게 체크인을 했는데도 프론트직원분은 굉장히 친절했고 아이와 함께하는 여행이라 일박을 묵어도 짐이 굉장히많았는데 직원분께서 너무 잘 도와주셨어요 아침조식은 굉장히 불만스러웠습니다 일부러 조식을 포함하여 예약을 했는데 아기가 일찍일어나 조식이 첫시작할 시간때쯤 방문을 했는데 음식이 마치 어제 먹던 음식들을 좀 다독거려 놔둔것처럼 보였어요 식빵가장자리에서 곰팡이도 발견을했고, 시리얼을 위해 준비된 우유병에는 씻지를 않은건지 우유를 넣은채 얼마동안 보관을한건지 우유때 처럼 우유가 굳어 생긴 라인이 안에 둘러저있는걸보고 손도 안댔습니다 공짜로 먹어도 불쾌할 경험들을 돈을 지불하고 경험하니 좋았던점까지도 다 생각이안날정도로 별로라고 느껴졌습니다

- eunna (10/5): 가족단위 여행에 적합한 호텔이고 편리한 곳입니다. - 그동안 이 호텔을 정말 여러번 숙박했습니다. 남편혼자왔을때도 가족끼리 왔을때도 늘 만족했던 곳이에요. 가족끼리 왔을때 제일 중요한게 빨래인데 세탁기도 있고 스타일러도 있고 건조대도 있어서 정말 편리했습니다. 입지조건도 좋아서 다양한 식당을 찾아 갈 수 있었어요. 서현역도 가깝구요. 저희는 해외거주자인데 한국오면 늘 호텔은 여기를 선택하게 됩니다. 참! 직원분들도 정말 친절하시구요. 늦게 호텔 도착해도 체크인 가능했습니다. 청소도 부탁드리면 늘깨끗하게 해주셨어요.

Only issue was that they gave me an almost windowless room (it had a wierd angled corner latch window which I had to keep it covered). There was a washer and a dryer rack in the unit I stayed, Jr. Suite Room, which was a plus. I had no issues during my stay of about two weeks. The location is very convenient. It's just a few minutes walk to AK Plaza/Seohyun Station and gives you excellent public trasportation choices or shopping. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel as well. There is a a little cafe on the hotel lobby floor and they serve a good coffee. There is nothing that I can think of. The only thing I thought was the front desk area. There is only one desk/podium for front desk, but that was not a big deal. I didn't have any problem because it was not crowdy at all times.

This place is convenient with walking distance to medical clinics and the AK Plaza Mall. Very clean and not small or claustrophobic. Would book again. I think this is my favorite location.

The reception in charges was always so helpful and nice. The only thing that disappointed me was that there was a balcony photo for the room on booking.com, but actually, this room had no balcony, so I had to smoke outside every time.

None of the bedside electrical outlets seemed to work, but there were others that did. Pen by bed was out of ink. These are small things, but still inconvenient. Night front desk was super friendly and helpful, but daytime FD was slightly scary. Breakfast buffet is great.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice big room - Room is clean and well maintained. A small complaint on the lack of a dustbin in the wash basin area. Requested for an extension of check out time and was told that it's WON10,000 per hour. I rejected and the counter staffer told me that if i gave a good review, the hotel offers 1 hour free extension. Hmmmm........ Decided to turn down the offer and go for early checkout instead. There's a free shutter service to the nearby airport limousine station with the last service leaving at 6pm. Overall, I am happy with the stay. Hotel is located near a metro station and restaurants are within 50m of the hotel. Not much of shopping except for the AK Mall nearby.
- Brigid (10/5): Spacious quiet room - We decided to upgrade our accommodation (from guesthouses) for the last couple of days of our trip in South Korea and were happy we did. The room was spacious with a table and comfortable chairs, huge bathroom., clean, comfortable bed and very quiet. Easy walk from Seohyeon station and plenty of food places and convenience stores in the area. Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area. No washing machine available.
