• Gabriel (10/5): Me salvo en el viaje de trabajo a Los Cabos - La estancia de 3 días inesperada por el paso del Huracán Lorena me reconforto, el servicio de limpieza , las instalación, Wi-Fi , toallas, baño, sabanas, camas , la mesa y silla, el minisplit muy efectivo, los ventiladores de techo (bien atendidos no rechinaban) en mi opinión todo muy bien.

• Agnes (6/5): Hotel Plaza Los Arcos in San Jose Del Cabo - We chose this hotel because it is only 15 minutes away from the airport. The staff was nice and the room looked clean. It advertised that hair dryer is available, but the staff said that they don't have any. I needed the hair dryer to dry my long hair. This was one of the reasons that I chose this hotel. There was only 1 thin blanket was provided to each bed. I was cold, so the staff gave me an extra sheet as a cover. The worst problem was there were plenty of bed bugs. Both my husband and I got bitten over 20 times on each of us.

• Elie (2/5): Worst Staff - When we arrived at the hotel we were told that there were no actual rooms available which meant we had no where to stay for the night. Apparently they "tried" to let us know that they no available rooms but couldn't get ahold of us. So I called expedia to explain the situation, expedia says they want to call the hotel to confim that this is true, all the while the hotel manager is sitting in her office ignoring the phone after we let her know several times that expedia was calling her. Fortunately for us, expedia was very helpful in finding us an additional room for the night and even put a nice discount for our troubles. Will never consider this hotel ever again and would advise anyone else to do the same.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Noche cómoda, sin correr al aeropuerto, - Desde el momento de mi reservación, me agrado ya que pasaría una noche: descansada y relajada para mi traslado al aeropuerto y estar a tiempo. A mi arribo al hotel fui recibida por una señorita amable la cual me dio la bienvenida, me informo sobre el Hotel, se realizó el papeleo y posteriormente se me entregó la llave del cuarto el cual era amplio, con vista a la avenida principal, confortable, con aire y ventilado, después de un rico y relajado regaderazo, pase a la confortable cama, en la que dormí plácidamente (aunque da a la avenida, los ruidos de vehículos y transeúntes), no interrumpen el confort de la habitación.

Really good Mexican restaurant across the street. And you can have breakfast at hotel and free coffee. Also drinking water. Excellent

• Abhishek (10/5): Cheap and clean place for a night - We needed a cheap place to sleep the very first night we landed in Cabo. This was a good, clean place to spend a night close to the airport. There was a street-side taqueria next to the hotel which was busy serving locals and we liked the food there.

The rooms were clean and attractively decorated but only supplied 2 towels - no hand towel or wash clothes and only a sheet on the bed - no blanket. They are under construction and hopefully are adding a food service.
• jose alejandro (6/5): - dentro de lo que cabe nos fue bien puesto que el hotel fui muy concurrido por la importancia de las fechas por la cual se presentaron algunos incongruencias entre hoteles.com y la reservacion previamente hecha y confirmada... en resumen la atencion brindada para con nosotros por parte del personal que labora en hotel plaza los arcos me deja satisfecho pues sin ellos este viaje tan largo no hubiera sido tan placentero... mil gracias a hotel plaza los arcos
