• Altimore (10/5): Great value. Huge room. - Our room was HUGE! We got the King Suite! Very big. TV was small for the room though. Everything was great.

• Mariann (8/5): Clean, convenient and quiet place. - Easy to find along route, clean, good continental breakfast. There was no plug in bathtub. We made a washcloth work. Breakfast table feet were unsteady and rocked back and forth.

• Arlene (8/5): Fairly decent - The room was clean. No carts available to help with our luggage to take to our room. Drapes didn't close. The street light shone directly into room all night. Lots of garbage outside around the front of the motel. Breakfast was minimal. We got there @ 8:40 and no bagels nor yogurt available. No eggs or sausage! We went to the Boomerang restaurant down the street. Overall, not as nice as last year when we were there.

• Debbie (4/5): Snow storm visit - Conveniently located by my work. Stayed during a snow storm. Woke up at 140am on first night and was freezing, the heater went out. Called report it and had to ASK FOR AN ADDITIONAL COMFORTER!. SECOND NIGHT WAS BETTER AS THEY CHANGED MY ROOM .

• Chris (4/5): Mediocre until total disappointment. - I liked the staff checking in. The house keepers were nice as well. I didn’t like how at breakfast there was a hour and a half left before it ended and the staff wouldn’t make any eggs or meat. My kids didn’t get to eat hot breakfast. That was extremely disappointing. One other thing that was disappointing was getting charged a deposit on each room. We rented two rooms and one deposit would make sense to me.

• Aaron (1/5): Bad won’t do it again - Room size They lied about the pet fee saying it would be $30 a night but once we got there they said it’s $50 a day and the lady with red hair wrote down my debit card information saying they’re system was down. So now I have to get a new card because I feel like they steel me card info. (SCAMMERS)

Woke up at 130am to a cold room, heater not working, called front desk to report it was told it would be looked at in the morning, no apologies had to ask for another comforter. When front desk showed up had to tell him to come in so I could show him what the heater was doing. Then he goes to thermostat, like I hadn't already don't that. Then I put in for a wake up call at 5am which I didn't get which made me late for work. Then he tried to tell me I didn't have a reservation for an additional nite. Very condescending and rude. Worse experience I have had at this hotel. I stay there when weather is bad because I live 25 miles away and I work across the street from the hotel.
• Justin (7/5): New Castle comfort on a bed of stone. - Great location, nice staff at check-in, room was clean. Room was missing standard toiletries but front desk fixed quickly. Beds were clean but hard and pillows were dense. Breakfast was typical hotel hot breakfast. Check-out staff wasn’t as nice. Beds were stiff and u comfortable. Pillows were stiff and uncomfortable. The TV didn’t work.

• Misty (10/5): Wonderful! - We were starving and the kind people at the counter pointed out the little snack shop there in the lobby, we were so happy to grab a snack and get to sleep. After 8 hours in the car we did not want to get back in the car to get food.

Sticky carpet by the elevator that hadn’t been clean up for along time. The rooms smelled and I saw bug poop in all of the lamp shades. The bathroom needed a deep clean and toilet seat was loose.

• Anderson (3/5): Overall disappointed with stay! - The property is neat and clean. Our shower was just a trickle. Breakfast was mediocre. We had a little vehicle trouble and hotel was not helpful at all. We just needed an extension cord and they wouldn’t even look to see if one on property.

Breakfast was good....appreciated the appearance & taste of the eggs, sausage, & yogurt. Place was very clean, well kept. Room was comfy and clean. Feel like I got a decent price for the hotel. Treadmill was out of order, which was unfortunate but was not a deal-breaker. Handle on shower needs to be looked at and adjusted (is very loose fitting, not attached at the bottom) and treadmill in fitness room was "out of order" so needs to be repaired or replaced.

There was broken car window glass in parking lot that did not give us a comfort feeling regarding safety. Glass was there all three days of our visit. How about a broom? Staff was friendly.

• Joel (4/5): We stay here all the time for OU events. The property has slowly deteriorated over the last 3 years. The rooms are not a - Located perfectly for trip to OU campus Our room was filthy. The sheets and pillowcases had hair on them, a used tissue was on the floor and the tv was unplugged so I had to go behind the dresser. It was horribly dirty. Overall an awful experience. We moved rooms and it was much better.

• Cheri (7/5): I booked online so received a cheaper rate but the property could certainly use some upkeep and cleaning. - Location and friendly staff Two of doors to outside were broken and could not latch. Anyone at anytime could enter. The lights in stairwells were put making it dark. A couple bulbs in room were out and made if difficult to see. The grate on ice machine needed repaired. Stairwells were dirty and not vacuumed the entire 4 days I was there. The TV did not work.

The front desk help was so very pleasant and knowledgeable. We actually live within minutes of this motel but needed an overnight stay due to flooding at home. I bought a candy bar. Is was $3.00. Felt it was a bit pricy.
