This wasn't a problem, I was let in and shown to my room. Breakfast was lovely and it's nice surroundings. Would definitely stay again

fernando (9/5): Pousada linda e muito bem cuidada - A pousada é muito bem localizada e muito bem cuidada. Tem uma área verde muito agradável. O apartamento que fiquei era espaçoso, estava muito limpo e dispunha de tudo que é necessário para uma boa estadia. Os proprietários foram super atenciosos e educados. Deveria haver cortina black out na porta de vidro do apartamento, porque fica totalmente claro muito cedo. Senti falta de uma maior variedade de frutas no café da manhã.

David (9/5): Small Friendly Family Hotel in an excellent location - The owners Mike and Robyn were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We had knowledgeable hosts who gave us a great choice of local restaurants to choose from. The garden was quiet and it was just pleasant to sit by the small pool and relax in the sun. The room " at the bottom of there garden" was perfectly adequate for our needs. Breakfast was incredible, thanks Robyn, and plentiful. Parking outside was safe, the location to the National Park could not have been better. The drive into town easy. This family rural hotel on the outside of Plettenberg Bay is a little gem. There was nothing we did not like, as if there was something missing, Mike always had it ready. ( an extra towel etc)

Ridwaan. Shaik Habeeb (8/5): 113 on Robberg. - A big thank you to Robyn and Mike, we enjoyed every minute. We loved the small details, the little welcome note, the list of things to do around Plett. Your little vegg garden and the chilled atmosphere you've created for your guests. A holiday we will remember and a place we will definitely recommend. Being a Joburger, constantly watching your back and where you park leaves some a little uneasy when away from home and having to park outside the property when on holiday. But we felt safe in Plett, walked everywhere freely and without any worry of being robbed or assaulted. We can't fault it really, it's clean, it's beautiful.

Janine (10/5): - We truly enjoyed our stay with Mike and Robyn. They are incredibly warm and welcoming hosts with great attention to detail. Robyn’s breakfasts were phenomenal, and they even catered individually to vegetarian preferences. With full stomachs, we started our days from there and explored many beautiful places by car. In the evenings, we really enjoyed grilling in the cozy braai area. Mike’s homemade pizza was amazing and has now become a permanent favorite in our home, known as “Plettenberg Pizza.” We also loved playing with the two well-behaved dogs. If we ever travel to South Africa again, a visit to the 113 on Robberg Guesthouse will be a must. Thank you, Mike and Robyn, for the wonderful time! P.S. We think of you every time we use the braai glove 😉

Johan (6/5): - Reasonably priced but not on the same standard as others in the same price range. Unit needs some attention and a good cleaning. Front door lock gets stuck and the handle is loose. Toilet seat is very loose. Bed is rather uncomfortable due to a very uneven mattress. No secure parking, you need to park on the sidewalk.

Roland (10/5): Schöne Zimmer im Garten - Uns hat der Aufenthalt gut gefallen. Wurden sehr nett empfangen. Es hat drei Hunde im Garten, die spielerisch herumtoben. Feines Frühstück. Am Abend das ca. 20 Minuten entfernte Restaurant Enrico besuchen. Tolles Restaurant am Meer mit tollem Ausblick.

Raymond (10/5): Fabulous hosts and b&b - My first visit to this b&b . Renee and Peter are wonderful hosts and so friendly and knowledgeable about Plettenberg. My room was lovely with an outside area to sit and relax. The garden is beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was lovely with lots choices . The location was ideal for me as it’s close to Robberg Nature Reserve and Airport for me to do a Skydive. It’s only 5 minutes drive to beach and shops
JACOBUS (10/5): - Kerb appeal not great but once in compact grounds with garden, birds and small pool one feels secure in a pleasing environment. My deluxe room was spacious with large bathroom. Lots of nice decorating touches. Ingenious and well equipped kitchenette in an apparent cupboard. Good information folder. Adequate clothes storage. Host couple not intrusive but accessible, friendly and well informed.

But, it was a very neat and clean accommodation - with kitchenette . Hosts were very helpful & friendly . I had a small dog , who was more than welcome . One needs transport , as it is too far out to walk anywhere .

Longer than that you may get a little tired of the breakfast which was excellent but the same menu every day. Peter and Rene excellent hosts. Directions, map of location could be improved.
