• Paul (10/5): - Je recommande les yeux fermer cette établissement. L’appartement est propre. Check-in a 1h30 du matin possible. Personnel qui nous a réceptionné très gentils. L’appartement est rénové, mieux que sur les photos . Très grand et avec une belle terrasse. Très très bien situé dans le centre. La douche est grande avec de la pression et de l’eau chaude. Du savon à disposition. Il y avait une climatisation gratuite.

• Nicole (10/5): Muy buen sitio y muy buena localización. - Llegamos sobre las 9 ya que nuestro vuelo llegó a las 8 a Ibiza, tuvimos L suerte de que tenían un apartamento listo y nos cambiaron el que nos habían asignado por ese par que pudiésemos entrar pronto. Había menaje suficiente para 6 personas. Lo uno que cambiará es el micro sobre de jabón que ponen para lavar los platos ya que creo que fuimos bastante justos y solo nos quedamos a una noche. La recepción es en el HOTEL FLORENCIO, porque en los apartamentos no hay personal atendiendo.

• Maria (6/5): - Master bedroom was ruim, slaapkamer voor 3 krap, . Keuken gerei minimaal aanwezig, jammer geen schoonmaakpakket, scheelt gelijk in netheid. Op onze herhaaldelijk vraag voor een fatsoenlijke koekepan werd niet gereageerd. Maar ook de schoonmaak tijdens onze aanwezigheid was er niet. 12 dagen aanwezig, 3x schone handdoeken, 1 x moeten vragen, ook wc papier Veel schimmel in de douche Jammer hoor tis een mooi appartementen complex, En de airco deedt het redelijk goed, maar mag waarschijnlijk ook een onderhouds beurt..vanwege geur af en toe, en ermee stopte, , er is veel omgevings geluid, maar dat is de locatie. Is geen klacht

• Sergio (4/5): - El aire acondicionado estaba roto, pasamos mucho frío. No nos limpiaron la habitación en 2 días, y no dejaron toallas suficientes para ducharnos los dos dias tampoco. No había recepcionista, y tampoco control de nada, casi no dormimos con el ruido de los otros apartamentos. Había polvo por todo el apartamento

Gedeeltelijk gedateerd maar ook al gedeeltes gerenoveerd .De appartementen zijn zeker niet duur en aangezien er maar weinig in deze omgeving zijn met meerdere slaapkamers in deze prijsklasse zeker aan te bevelen, overal dichtbij.Onder appartement gelegenheid om te eten en drankjes te halen voor in appartement, in de straat dichtbij ook klein supermarktje voor de nodige boodschapjes.Kortom goed verblijf voor zeer lage prijs!

• MAYUMI (8/5): 住人気分でリーズナブルに滞在 - レセプションは近くのオスタルフロレンシオになります。そこでチェックインして、アパートまで案内してもらう手順です。サンアントニオの町中で生活してるような立地で､バルコニーから隣が近くてカーテン全開だと姿が見えてしまうのも、住人っぽい気分でした。古い建物なので、照明がつかない箇所等、多少の不具合はありますが、広くて雰囲気もあり、居心地は良かったです。

Il check-in bisogna farlo al Florencio, poco distante nella stessa via. Nella cucina c'erano microonde, piastra elettrica, tostapane e stovigle. Le pulizie le hanno fatte ogni due giorni. In generale ci siamo trovati bene.
• James (8/5): Right in the middle of San Antonio town! - Great location and apartment, the only problem is we had to go to their sister hotel up the road to check in. This would have been fine if we had been told beforehand but was very confusing having to rely on bar staff to from the hotel to explain the check in process.

• Beata (10/5): Great place , great price - We stay in San Francisko apartment for 5 days . Great place , close to the beach , markets , cafes and restaurants . Super helpful staff . Two bedroom apartment with 6 beds , kitchen with all needs and balcony. Go for it .

• Verified traveler (4/5): Ottima posizione unica nota positiva - Posizionato praticamente nel cuore di san antonio, purtroppo pecca e anche di molto dal punto di vista della pulizia e dell arredamento ( noi avevamo un divano letto completamente rotto impossibile da utilizzare se non come semplice divano). Inoltre il wi-fi ha una ricezione pessima ed è difficile connettersi e soprattuto rimane collegati decentemente. Meglio da quel che abbiamo visto prenotare una camera all'hotel affiliato il florencio anche se abbiamo visto solo la hall con la piscina e il ristorante.
• Laura (10/5): Nice apartment in s central location - Great central location that is ideal for young groups. Would not recommend if you want to relax. The apartment was nice and clean and check in was easy. Staff were nice and friendly considering there's a lot going on. We had a two bed apartment with balcony and air con which was great. I wasn't expecting much for the price we paid do was more than happy.
• Nicolas (6/5): quartier anime par les touristes - Nous y sommes allés fin juin.Récupération des clefs dans un autre hôtel du même groupe se trouvant à 200m de l apart hôtel concerné.apart hôtel sans enseigne très difficile à trouver(pour ma part plus d une heure alors que je parle couramment espagnol et aucun locaux ne connais après avoir demandé à au moins 5 commerçants)difficile à se garer dans ces petites ruels a sens unique,quartier populaire mais trop fréquenter par les touristes anglais qui ne respectent rien la nuit jusqu'à pas d'heure voir l aube...très mauvaise connection internet qui coupe toutes les 5 minutes,ménage au sol mal fait.sinon l apart hôtel est très moderne,neuf,grand et confortable,vaut ses 3 étoiles mais attention pas d ascenseur...
