No te voy a dar el deposito. Me dio tanta verguenza. Que tratara asi. Nunca seria capaz de hacer eso. Creo que es una maniobra para no regresar el deposito. Me amenazo com la policia de una. Fue muy vergonzoso.

• Sindy (1/5): The blankets were not clean and the room smell awfully. - On the outside the building is gorgeous. I ask for nonsmoking room and I got one that that smell like a lot of people smoked there. The blankets were dirty.

And the guy that checked us out of our room was superb He was very nice and accommodating I did not like the lady who checked us in because as we pulled in to check into the motel I was yelled at by a Guy who was running another room. She asked if I was checking in or if I was just there visiting someone. When I said I was checking in the lady rounded the corner and told me that I couldn't park there unless I was checking in immediately that set me off from staying at this hotel ever again. I go in to check in to the hotel and she drills me about do we smoke or vape and will we be doing that in the room because this is nonsmoking room... Which I told her about five times that we did not smoke nor do we vape She continued to ask me 10 more times and that is not an exaggeration because she specified that if we were caught doing either that she would charge my card Even more money for lying. She is the reason that we will never use that hotel again whoever owns it needs to jerk her away from the register and put someone else that's nicer and friendlier.

• Daniel (10/5): - Friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet location, away from the Interstate. The beds are pretty firm (even though I'd like even more firm, but that's just me). They require a refundable $40 CASH deposit (no debit cards), but there is an ATM in the lobby that you can use.

• Clarissa (4/5): It sucked. - I liked the look of the room, the fact they’re strict about smoking, and the location The bed was ancient , the sheet kept coming off, the bathroom was a horror story, there were holes in the curtain, the walls were PAPER THIN, I could hear everything and it was not pleasant. I booked another stay here and definitely canceling that. Also they said to lock the deadbolt and the latch, BOTH WERE BROKEN!!

• Colette (1/5): It was non existent - After 30 minutes of arguing he did manage to contact the booking site to get a refund for me I booked a non smoking handicapped room on December 17. When I went to check in the only room that was available was a smoking upstairs room. With one lung that would would have posed a major health risk. The manager was bound and determined I was going to take that room. I ended up having to go to another hotel

The room had minimal towels, no table to eat at. The bed was very high and being short my husband had to help me into the bed. A table to eat, the bed not so high. I wish I had requested a bottom floor unit but that's on me. Im sure they would have accommodated me.

• Deanna (2/5): I paid $50 for the room and it was worth about $35. - It was a central location for my partner and I to meet. the air conditioning worked. No visible bugs 1. The manager/owner/whatever his title was was rude. 2. I was forced so find an ATM to get the $40 damage deposit and they would give me the money back AFTER they inspected the room upon check out. 3. You were not allowed to smoke at all (on the property or off) if you had a non smoking room. 4. The front desk called me an hour before checkout and when I went to check out a little before the specified time, I was told, oh good I was about to call you to remind you. 5. The back of the bathroom door was filthy! Like the last time the bathroom door was cleaned 3 years ago.

• Luann (7/5): Horrible Policy and Customer Service - Location and value for price Apparently if you smoke OUTSIDE, nowhere in or near the room, they attempt to keep the required $40 cash deposit, and it includes comments like "we don't need customers like you", if you speak up and remind them that non smoking rooms do not mean non-smoking property. I reminded the erk that my smoking habits are irrelevant to her since I respected the non smoking room policy. Extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service and the unspoken and unwritten policy that you cannot smoke on property. Would not stay again.

They just keep record of room #, make you initial but it doesn't say anything on the notepad about what its for. I had to insist something in writing; she fina6wrote it on my receipt. Card used to book should have been sufficient. No do not disturb sign. Got towels asked housekeeping to not go in room, but they did anyway. Made bed. Possibly because they are not bilingual. Just somethings to note. Otherwise for the price it was a good stay.
• Reali (9/5): Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced – and nice staff... what more could I have wanted? - The location was perfect – a mere ten minutes from the venue where the event we attended was held. The staff were kind and welcoming, as usual. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I appreciated the laminate flooring (so much easier to clean/maintain than carpeting!). USB ports alongside standard outlets on the bedside lamp were a nice plus. And the bed, while tall, was like sleeping on a supportive cloud. I'm short (5-foot-2) and rotund, so climbing into bed was kind of an ordeal. With laminate flooring, there was no muffling the tromping about of the people in the room directly above us. Plus, the group of people gathered outside our room was awfully loud until after 10:30, while we were trying to sleep – but that's not the fault of the establishment; I've stayed at this location several times and never had this issue before.
• Katherine (7/5): What you expect for the price - It was inexpensive, cute look (on the outside), the woman at the front desk was very very kind, parking was good and convenient, the location was a close drive to historic cookeville area it’s what you expect for the price, rooms are outdated, I chose non smoking but our room smelled heavily of smoke, and one evening after we got back we noticed a terrible smell started coming from the bathroom that lasted for a while- almost like pipes were backing up or something was in the vent. it’s fine for a night or two

• Fearless64453845811 (4/5): Worst hotel experience of my life. - Staff unhelpful and unfriendly, I booked online, but the night clerk would not let me check in because the reservation was under Charlie Priceline and my last name is not Priceline. So I spent an hour on the phone clearing that up before I could check in. Even with receipts and emails showing its paid. Rude unhelpful staff. Dirty room. Pay 15 more bucks and get a better hotel.

• William (5/5): A bargain that wasn't such a bargain - I liked the location and the rate We reserved a non smoking room and did not get one. The bed spread and sheets had holes in them. The molding around the doors was very dirty.

She refused to give me the non-smoking room I originally booked. I do not stay in smoking rooms. She would NOT give me my room even tho it was available. She was condescending and rude. I will never stay at that location.

• Sabrina (5/5): - The price was great. The room was clean. The check-in process was weird. I paid with a credit card and then had to leave a cash deposit of 40 dollars. I do not usually carry cash so I said I do not have cash the attendant then points me to an ATM. There was a 3 dollar fee for the ATM. This all seemed very odd and somewhat shady. The attendant was very nice and polite even when I got annoyed about the weird cash deposit. I would probably not stay here again, but it was fine for the night. In the morning, the attendant called our room about 20 minutes before check out. We had all our stuff packed and ready to go. She had to come up and check our room before we could check out so we could get our cash deposit back. I mean, it was just 40 dollars, but I found the whole process weird and somewhat off-putting. Like I said, no shade to the attendant she was very nice. Also, the bathtub in our room was leaking severely. My husband called the desk to let them know, and they informed us that they knew but that the owners were out of town for the week and it could not be fixed until they returned. There were no blankets in the room, just the sheets and covers on the beds. Very strange experience, not bad, just odd

• Glenda (6/5): - The price is what pulls you in. The bed was pretty comfortable. The room itself was clean. However, the toilet water smelled enough we added a drop in and sprayed with air freshner. And there is a cash deposit req'd, which you dont get back until staff makes sure you didnt trash your room
