• Gail (7/5): - It was close to little shopping area. It had a lot of security to prevent anyone just going into the hotel side of the business and it was quiet. Nothing as it was close to where our family live and we were able to move in and out without any hassle during the day and night.

• Alesha (9/5): Comfortable, Clean, Friendly, Great Location - The location is amazing as it was close to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The room was clean, the bed super comfy, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. There is also a bar/pub and pub style food available in the restaurant area of the pub. Patrons staying in the accommodation also get 10% off meals at the restaurant, and a $10 voucher for a drink at the bar for each adult staying in the accommodation. They also provide daily sprucing of the room, meaning we came back each afternoon to a beautifully made bed, fresh towels and clean room. Finally, the provide complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk (dairy) and bottled water. The only criticism is that the restaurant area does not cater to Vegetarians, Vegans, or Individuals with Dietary Allergies (in Particular, No Gluten Free Options). This was a shame as we would have loved to have been able to eat there every night during our 3 night stay.

Hotel fantastic. Great seating and sports area. Food was also spoton We did not need to eat anywhere else and stayed for 5 nights. 12 mins in uber to cbd. Save money and treat yourselves!!

• Tom (1/5): Absolutely not suitable for travelling families, poorly maintained and clearly managed by someone with no previous accom - Was in a good location for what we needed Honestly one of the worst stays we have experienced Lift was out of order with no signage so guest were just standing there waiting Service upon arrival was very budget motel border lining quite average Roof in the apartment leaked causing the room to be drenched Exit lighting on all night which meant even with the lights off it was essentially daylight bright all night making it hard to sleep Lack of cutlery or anything in the room given it’s an apartment Bathrooms are stupidly small, so much so it’s actually laughable Lights had blown bulbs everywhere which reflected poor maintenance Carpark wasn’t very safe and lots of homeless hanging around Actually an embarrassment to a group that has spent a lot of money on the property Worst part was no contact received when I raised these issues. Most of these issues have been mentioned in previous reviews so they haven’t taken previous feedback on board and actually don’t prioritise guests comfort like they state I would avoid at all costs

• JodiHogan (8/5): - Nice and handy to the airport,  so we didn't have to travel too far once we arrived.  Lovely rooms,  looks like they have been renovated recently.  Given that they are above the bar and there was live music the night we stayed,  the room is extremely quiet. Nice rain shower head,  although water pressure not that great.  Toiletries in the shower are delicious! 🧖‍♀️ The 2 $10 drink vouchers at check in were a nice touch! Woolworths just across the road and handy to a couple of coffee shops. Overall,  a pleasant stay and would recommend.  Nothing in particular

The outside of the building doesn't make agreat first impression and was worried that it would be noisy and not great rooms, but was all fine once in the accommodation.

The food at the Hotel was lovely and the staff and very warm and welcoming. The bed was very soft which made it a little uncomfortable for us, but that's personal preference not the hotels fault.

• Dannyelle (10/5): Excellent stay highly recommend - The property was very clean and equipped with all we needed If you are staying longer than a night I would suggest going the standard queen room or have lots of luggage as we had the compact which was perfect for an overnight stay but by day night two a bit more space would have been handy to spread out. This is our preference in saying this the room had everything and was perfect.

Unfortunately we had a room (no 8) that looked onto the fire escape so people walking past could look in. There was only a blockout blind. If we had had a different view I would have given a higher score and would stay again.

• Daniel (10/5): Overall, it was a fun and comfortable stay with great value, despite a few minor drawbacks. - I stayed at the Nightcap at Prince of Wales Hotel and was really impressed by how comfortable and well-kept the rooms were, especially for the price. The staff were welcoming and made check-in super easy, and the location made it simple to get around and enjoy the area. I also loved having the pub downstairs—it added a great atmosphere and made the whole stay feel lively and convenient. Even though I really enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of small downsides. Because the pub is downstairs, it could get a bit noisy at night, especially on weekends. The rooms were comfortable, but I felt they were a little on the smaller side and could use a bit of updating in some areas.

The rooms are very clean, well furnished and comfortable. Bistro was Pub Grub and very nice. Staff were attentive , friendly and professional. There wasn't anything about this Hotel that I wasn't happy about.

• Gabriela (4/5): - The rooms were nicely decorated and functional. The place was clean and recently refurbished. All four pillows were like bricks. It was impossible to sleep on them and I ended up sleeping on a folded hoody. Why not provide 2 sets of different pillows to cater to different preferences? Staff member woke us up four times coming to a room next door between 10:30 and 11pm, knocking loudly and having a loud conversation in the corridor right outside our door with another guest he was assisting. Didn't appreciate having to check in at a bar at the pokies. The 2:30am false fire alarm was just a cherry on top.

• Julie Aurora (7/5): Hadde en bra opplevelse til tross for at nattesøvnen ble ødelagt den ene natten. - Veldig rent, hyggelig personal. Super deilig seng. Bra beliggenhet. Rolig. Et apparat i taket begynte å lyse supersterke, blendende lys midt på natten, så jeg ble holdt våken i 4 timer og fikk ødelagt nattesøvnen totalt. Var ikke mulig å skru det av, og umulig å dekke til. Fikk ikke sove igjen før etter at det skrudde seg av, det var på fra kl cirka 02:00 til 04:30. Verste jeg har opplevd på et hotell. Var heller ingen i resepsjonen på dette tidspunktet så fikk ikke spurt noen om hjelp eller råd. I tillegg var alt av strøm på rommet avskrudd i dette tidsintervallet.
