- Verified traveler (6/5): Unfinished upgrade?? And other slight issues - No trash can liners in any trash can in the room. The shower knobs were broken off and still had a mini knob that turned in the middle. On the other side of the shower there was a new knob to turn the water on and off. So a halfway done repair/upgrade? When turned on, water sprayed aggressively and forcefully from the center of the broken knobs on the opposite walls. Had to fiddle with the small knob in the middle of the broken knobs to get the water switched to the overhead sprayer. Black mold growing out from behind the feee shampoo and conditioner bottles that are attached to the wall in the shower. And the plastic stripping on the bottom of the glass shower door was ripped and trailing behind the door when it was opened/shut. Overall, we just needed a place to sleep for the night after a long drive, so not worth complaining at the front desk.

Cons: * Saw mold in the shower * Half done repairs/remodeling. * Wall plugs arc or plan just don't work. * tv came on tv randomly (Twice) * no manual dead bolt ok door. (Electronic and swing over lock) * obvious half finished remodels. ( shower Door don't close, hinges not finished, lots of screws not correctly finished. * coffee wasn't that great but im just picky. (still drank it lol) Pros: * room for most part are nice. * bed was comfortable * AC/HEAT worked perfectly * ALL the employees were very down to earth, nice, very helpful. especially the receptionists,/host whatever you call the gront desk. * Did eat breakfast two reasons, food diet andbthe eggs were sitting in water. So i passed. (Hit the waffle house for a proper steak-n-egg meal.) * Room's were clean. * I did like the office desk made my computer work better lol (up grade the chair in room uncomfortable in all aspects) * the location andvthe route i took for business trip was precisely placed for me. Overall: i would not go out of my way to stay here agian. But, if they have a suite ( upgraded room i would. Would not want to stay in a regular room.

Two issues that I did have was the walls must be pretty thin. Could hear people in room next to me talking until 2am. I was on the second floor and when someone would flush the toilets above me you could hear the sound of rushing water go through the pipes and it was loud.

- Megan (8/5): - Blonde female was working the desk when we checked in was amazing! We had travelled in from out of state to visit family and we were able to check in early- kudos to her! Breakfast area was well stocked and cleaned often. We were greeted as we came and went by housekeeping and the front desk staff. We asked for extra towels and they were brought up quick even when we offered to retrieve them and the man who dropped them off was very friendly! Downside - no lock on the bathroom door, we had to wedge a wash cloth under it. The room wasn’t super clean - we found change on the floor and the bathroom walls were dirty. Possibly a male manager didn’t seem to care to interact with us. We had a lighting issue that we ended up figuring out on our own, but he was very dismissive and rude when we asked for assistance. Mind you it takes alot for us to speak up and ask for anything. Overall our stay was good.

We went to the store and bought bleach and lysol to clean the restroom ourselves. We threw our towels on the floor the next day as we thought the room would be replenished and cleaned the next day by the cleaning service. To our surprise when we returned to our room at midnight Saturday, the room was how we left it Saturday morning at 8:00 am. Moreover, there was no parking. We had to park away from the hotel and carry our things to the room. Furthermore, they could not pull my membership up to give me credit for my stay. Horrible experience. Rather than clean and restock your room like most suites, the staff place your towels on the outside of your door on the floor-yes the floor (see pic

- Malika (10/5): - Definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The propertt is clean. Security on duty makes you feel safe. The hot breakfast is yummy and the rooms are very cute and cozy. The tv inside the rooms let you stream. Just simlly put and amazing stay

- Aaron (4/5): 5.3/10 - I think we all understand that construction is something that has to be done in hotels. But it might should be noted when purchasing a hotel as expensive as this one is. The rooms were okay but missing conditioner, body wash, regular soap, light switch was messed up and shower heads were horrible. When you spend almost a grand on 2 rooms you expect most of those things to be better than something or the service you’d get from a motel 6. BUT great food options close and maybe if there wasn’t a jack hammer going when your seeing family you haven’t seen in a decade I think this would be a pretty solid stay. Situational review but still…. This place was close to westin prices…
