Jaime (6/5): Clean room but needs better maintenance - Clean and nice view. Third time we stayed in a 4 month period and each time one or more of the aquatic features was out of order. First two time was the kiddie pool, this time was the main pool and sauna. Hot tub had a ton of sand at the bottom.

Perfect for taking in nature When we first checked in the fireplace wasn't working so they had us move to a different room which I appreciate because if I was not able to move to a different room, the toll trip might have been silly
Kathleen (8/5): Beautiful property and views from our room were extraordinary! Loved walking the trail by the ocean. - We arrived during an event that the Sheriff’s department had to handle. Don’t know what happened but cleaning staff was affected so we were held up checking into our room. Also seemed To affect restaurant staff as service was slow but did enjoy the food and view from our table.
Colin (8/5): Refreshing,relaxing, with an incredview - Didn't eat there,but view was incredible,more used it as a launching point,to run up an down the Coast line, so only spent the evenings there,rooms were nice,I slept well,definitely a place I'd recommend if u want to see the Oregon Coast Nothing comes to mind
Jennifer (4/5): Skip it, don’t waste your money. - The location was good, and from the sign going into the property it looked very nice, fancy even. The view from outside the hotel of the beach was spectacular! Everything was really outdated, from like the 70s/80s and it smelt musty. I used the blow dryer and the power went out in the room. Since we got a room with a balcony ocean view it is a separate building from the main one and the phone in the room didn’t work we had to walk in the cold with wet hair to the office to tell the power went out. The extra blanket they had smelt like dog! We had to throw it on the balcony and spray a bunch of perfume to drown out the bad odor in the room. The shower head was really low, the hot tub was full of funky looking foam. They really needed to drain it, clean it then refill it.

H1733KHabigaild (2/5): Run down and unkept - I was shocked. I paid $240 a night and expected a nice hotel. We had the king suite with the jetted tub. We didn’t even trust the cleanliness of this hotel enough to even use the tub. What a waste of money. I had read reviews on this place stating it was dated. I was expecting dated. However it was run down, unkept, gross. Our friends who stayed in a VRBO even texted us in the morning to see if we were still alive. It is a creepy hotel. It could be so nice. It has so much potential. But they do not upkeep this place, which is a shame. Don’t stay here if you are used to even semi decent hotels! If you love Motel 6, then you’ll love this place. Also, the only lock on the bedroom door to the outside hall opens with a keycard. So anyone with a key could get into your room even with you lock it at bedtime. Which was creepy because we locked our key in our room one day and my husband went to get a new card. They just asked his hotel room number and gave him a new one. No verification that it was actually our room.
KaliZoi (10/5): Great place to soak in the wonders of the Oregon coast - Our first time to Yachats and first time to this lodging option. Right up our alley. Not super fufu or fancy, but nice, clean, spacious quarters with lovely view. We really enjoyed the restaurant and had most meals there… the view from there was fabulous. Great walks either direction from the resort. Incredible natural surroundings!! We didn’t even use pool, hot tob, or workout room, but enjoyed knowing the options were available. Staff friendly and helpful.

cherylmU931SI (10/5): Take a Deep Breath in… - If you are looking for a way to hit the Pause button for a few days, an Oceanview room on the third floor of the Adobe Resort is the answer. Bring snacks, move the easy chair in front of the window and spend hours doing nothing but look at the breathtaking ocean view. Have a wonderful dinner downstairs in the restaurant with windows on the ocean, then end your day with a visit to hot tub. I promise it will soothe all the rough edges and you will leave refreshed and ready to take on the world.

For what we paid for a room with beach access it probably wasn't a terrible value. The section we were in and the room were pretty run down. The doors didn't seal properly. No screens on windows. The hot water temperature was scalding. Which is definitely not a complaint just an observation. Good water pressure. The bed was comfortable. It wasn't super clean but wasn't gross. The door to outside needed a new lock. Dinner on site was amazing. The location was good and it was quiet. Not really any beach accessbut the views were gorgeous.

Steve (6/5): - Front desk staff lady who checked me in was fabulous, answered questions and described property with ease . forgot her name but blonde about 25 ish and has a bully breed as a pet. Front check in area is opened up and nice sit down feel to it. But maybe add coffee station or someone or people to enjoy the fireplace . Bartender during Friday and Saturday makes awesome drinks and he knows what he is doing . Definitely not a fan of the spinach salmon dip. ( Smelt bad and reminded me of cat food, for the price of what they charge for food I would give them 2.5 stars definitely nothing to brag about. They have cooks not a chef! SUNDAY BARTENDER A FEMALE.. Very rude and makes you feel uncomfortable while in the bar . Doesn't know how to make drinks and when asked if can correct she gets sarcastic with you and trys to make you feel like you don't know what your talking about and even said Mocktails taste like alcohol? If I was her supervisor definitely would be having and good discussion on customer service. Cause she don't have any. Sad thing spent $ to get drinks on anniversary and left them do to her attitude and poor a$ customer service. So save your money and go to another place. The view is what makes this place! Play a game of pool ! Lol pool sticks held by painters tape, flooring is not done trip hazard, then have a rude bartender who thinks she is the goddess of bartending lmao rude ,unprofessional, and lacks customer service. NOW FOR THE ROOMS window covers so filthy is disgusting yes it's for windows but need to be cleaned , tiles missing from bath area, repairs above shower done by a kid not even sanded after mud applied, and not painted can see mold starting. Have sticky brown goop coming out of ceilings , painted door uhm you missed some areas lol , front entry door has a huge gap, you here the wind coming through door and whistle do to no weather stripping, old outdated heater baseboard barely works and rusted, patio door very hard to open need attention rollers and or track greased lick in patio so rusted almost cut hand. Around patio door and windows rust and repair spots not done. Why don't they have windows screens on Windows? Why is exterior lights hanging by wires fully exposed to elements? Painters tape throughout area not removed from painted areas oops forgotten?
Tamyca (8/5): - The staff, environment, services. Our bed was incredibly noisy. You move just a little and its creeks and sqweeks. The king mattress was not great making sleeping uncomfortable. Not the worst bed but not great. It honestly was our only negative. The place was completely booked and our view was fantastic so we didn't ask to change rooms.

christydU8844LX (10/5): Great place to stay - Great stay and view! Clean comfortable room, that was larger than most hotel rooms we have stayed at on the coast. We had a balcony with a great view of the ocean. All staff we came across were helpful and kind. We appreciate that they are pet friendly and don't have a weight limit for dogs.

Great location The suit that I rented wasn’t as clean there was left over clothes from the past guest which creeped me out when I got from the cost and saw that when I was about to close the door. The room is a pet friendly so it smelled so much like wet dog. There were stains on the carpet and tooth pick and some trash behide the bed. Some hair on sheets

Corben (1/5): Horrible - Absolutely nothing. Poor service at front desk. Old outdated bedroom. TV wasn’t smart so no apps could be streamed. I left instantly. The fact that pictures showed ocean view room but I was actually put in a hillside view room. Total opposite. I ended up leaving because customer service was extremely poor. I stayed at best western instead and it was night and day. I lost out on money but I made that decision to sleep peacefully for the night.

ROBERT (10/5): Relaxing Stay at the Beach - Always great service and comfort when we stay at the Adobe. We had one issue where the power cut out, but they were right on top of it and had it fixed in under 5 minutes. We will be back at some future date. The views from the room and the proximity to the beaches is awesome!

The restaurant offers a lovely ocean view, which we really enjoyed. We had breakfast there—portions were quite large, but in my opinion, it was overpriced. The music in the restaurant was not very pleasant—it was loud and somewhat depressing (they were playing Nirvana), which affected the overall atmosphere. The SPA area, however, felt quite worn out and in need of renovation.

Highly recommend (fyi— I rarely give 5 stars) - Our 2nd floor room was clean, large and very comfortable; the king was firm (pretty close to our own at home); the view of waves breaking on the rocks a 100 feet away was fantastic. First night they illuminated the rocks and the waves— beautiful! My mistake not asking for an accessible room near an elevator— still Vera, the owner, I believe, was very, very helpful and accommodating— and a huge tease to an old geezer— Hopefully we’ll return before soon and stay much longer when we are up to the 600 mile drive. Highly recommend the Adobe Resort! Strongly suggest you book your stay directly with them. FustianMan

Trek55638097620 (4/5): Just no! - We took a chance & got a room, however it was disgusting, including a broken window that was so dirty we couldn’t see through it & the window frame was literally flaking apart. We asked how this was acceptable & they “upgraded” us to a spa room full of 70’s furniture that doesn’t match, a fireplace that doesn’t work, small/square bed pillows & cheap linens. My husband finally admitted I was right! This place has great views, but it’s not worth the itch factor! Won’t be coming back.
