- ChiWen (10/5): - 櫃檯服務態度親且專業，雖然是老式飯店不過乾淨整潔，房間空間夠大很舒服，浴室蓮蓬頭水壓夠強，馬桶水壓較小，入住時遇到馬桶無法沖水的狀況，致電櫃台後約10分鐘內就有人員來處理，整體入住體驗還是非常好的，價格實惠地理位置也便利。

- Terry K (8/5): Huge room! Awesome bathroom! - The hotel was conveniently located to my work place. The person at reception was very friendly, helpful and quick with my check in. She seemed to take a lot of pride in her work. The hotel was a bit dated, but that added to its charm. My room was huge and even had a washing machine for me to use. The big washroom and soaker tub were the highlights and there was even a Japanese toilet with heated seat. I was a bit disappointed that they still have restrictions on opening the breakfast area. Breakfast was brought to my room, and was not so exciting. With that being said, I’d definitely stay here again.

- Verified traveler (6/5): 住宿感覺 - 第一間櫃台服務人員搞錯給我雙人床，我是訂3人房的，幫我換了房間，第二個房間以為一切順利，結果我兒子去廁所上大號出來說無法沖水，我先生還進去看，後來因為水箱裡面水不夠所以無法沖水，解決完了，又發現吹了一個多小時的冷氣完全不會涼，實在受不了真的太熱，只好打給櫃台，櫃台服務人員有來房間查看之後又再換了第三間房，一切都以為ok了，結果電視完全無法看😫，只好早早入睡了，這次完全放棄不想在打給櫃台了。 整體來說，其實房型不錯，大間又舒服，只是設備要加強，櫃檯人員積極處理，態度真的很好👍

- Bella (10/5): 很優質~金頓國際大飯店豪華房 - 四人豪華房 空間寬敞，有乾濕分離的浴室，房間陽台還有洗衣曬衣空間及小廚房，房價包含迎賓水果、中西式自助早餐 地下室免費停車，公共設備還有健身房、按摩椅、撞球間等等，地下停車場有免費車位，附近生活機能很讚，要吃要買都很方便，對面有胖老爹炸雞 。冷氣很涼、熱水夠熱出水夠大、泡澡很舒服、浴缸乾淨、中西式自助式早餐菜色也很豐富很好吃，咖啡好好喝，用餐環境很好。床非常好睡，軟硬剛剛好那種！早上起床泡個澡然後好好吃個早餐，再到健身房運動+打撞球+躺按摩椅，從昨天下午三點入住到今天中午十二點退房，整個住好住滿！

- Jessica (8/5): Okay stay. - The location was great and the room had a washing machine, which was very convenient. Unfortunately, for me, it wasn’t a great stay because the most important parts of a hotel were not at this one: there were almost no outlets and none by the bed, the shower pressure was awful, and the fridge wasn’t cold. I probably wouldn’t stay here again until these issues were fixed.
- CHUEN WEI (10/5): 充滿時代感的飯店 - 適合商務、家庭、好友一起旅遊，我們選擇的是三人房(單人床)，竟然有附洗衣機可以使用，真的太棒了。多住幾天也不錯。 不過裝潢有點時代劇(藍色水玲瓏+蘭色蜘蛛網)的感覺，算是老式氣派吧。如果可以翻新一下，我覺得也滿有特色的。
- Verified traveler (2/5): 住到空調不冷的房間，但沒什麼好的補償措施 - 住到一間空調不冷的房間，走廊的冷氣都比房間冷，叫修了兩次也處理不好，最後只給我們電扇吹才勉強可以睡，並也請我們一顆芒果而已，連假期間客房滿沒辦法換可以理解，但沒好的補償實在是令人不太滿意。 另外最誇張的是我們還沒退房，只是先將行李整理好放到朋友那而已，想說等等還要回去，房務就擅自開房間門打掃整理，這已是安全問題了，還好沒東西失竊，希望日後能多加注意你們的處理流程。

- しぐれ (2/5): - ホテルが作成していた宿泊者名簿の漢字の名前が間違っており、「予約されていない」と言われ、チェックインに時間がかかりすぎた。 部屋の天井の電球が1つ切れていた。 浴槽の内側の掃除がされておらず、湯垢でザラザラしていて、気持ち悪かった。 タオルが劣化して穴があいていた。
- Verified traveler (2/5): 不會再來 - 很老舊，接待人員還算親切，房間包括寢具都有嚴重的汗臭和霉味，為了消除異味甚至噴掉了半瓶空氣清新劑。寢具和毛巾看得出來有歷史，上面的字樣都斑駁了，枕頭和棉被蓋起來有灰塵和異味，整晚過敏無法入睡，沒被睡衣蓋住的地方還有被蟲咬的痕跡，地毯很髒，早餐沒吃無法評論，但未來無論如何不會再入住。優點大概就是離園區很近吧。另外房間內附的吹風機跟麻糬一樣大還會發燙，長髮吹完手都要熟了，櫃檯有Panasonic 的大台吹風機可以借，但是要押身份證。5&7樓都有健身房，但是5樓的健身器材都是壞的，7樓的只有跑步機勉強可以，可是空調是壞的，差點跑到窒息。

- YA WEN (8/5): 舒適寬敞乾淨 - 我們住三人房，房間很大很寬敞，也很乾淨。不過可能是飯店比較老舊了，要洗澡的時候蓮蓬頭突然就斷了，打電話到服務台處理，大概過了一小時後讓我們換房間，雖然等了一小時，不過最後還是有妥善處理。

- Selwyn (10/5): Good clean hotel with great breakfast buffet - Enjoyable stay at kingdom - we arrived with cycles which we were allowed to safely store on our room. Free sweets much appreciated. Lots of breakfast buffet options including rice puds and jam which was yummy. We went to town on the local no. 1 bus which runs every 15minutes. Takes about 30mins to the central roundabout and costs $15. Really enjoyed the night market- very clean and good selection of civilised looking food stalls, - try the stinky tofu - it tastes great and actually doesn't smell at all
- Brian (8/5): Nice low-cost hotel - Kingdom Hotel is a cheap and cheerful hotel which is good for a low-cost trip. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus service to Hsinchu Science Park every 30 minutes in the mornings. My room was large but the decor of the rooms could do with updating. The breakfast offering isn't great, but at least they had coffee and toast available!

- Caixin (4/5): 最差的住房經驗 - 棉被有味道，像是被單沒換洗，被單破幾個洞，沒衣架，煮水壺蓋子蓋不上，但衣架、煮水壺告知後有補及換可用的壺，隔音差，隔壁開門關門都聽得到，浴室抽風機噪音超大。

- TTHK (4/5): ホテル名が通じないので注意！！ - エクスペディアで記載されているKingdomhotelはタクシーや台湾の方に通じますが 錦都酒店は存在しないので通じないので要注意です！！ 正式名は金頓大飯店(Kingdom Hotel)です。 タクシー等で向かわれるときは住所を記録しておいてください。
- Warren (8/5): Great economical place to stay - The staff was super friendly, English was a bit weak but we were able to communicate. The room was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the walls seemed thin, either that or my neighbors were loud.
- Brian (6/5): Economy class of stay - Good things first: Thumbs up for convenient free shuttle service to Science Park every morning and good free breakfast. Problems next: WiFi is barely acceptable. Your luck depends on others (i.e. if you are on an important business trip, your life is in others' hands). The hotel appears to have limited WiFi bandwidth. When there are many guests at night using WiFi concurrently it's not easy to get on, or even worse you may get intermittent data transmission (you don't even know if you completed you data sending). The condition of the room is so so. The door handle couldn't open the door smoothly. I had to try up-and-down several times to open the door (later I figured out pulling-up the handle works much better than pushing down). The drain plug at the bottom of the sink get stuck sometimes. It also took a while for me to figure out how to pop the drain plug up. Eventually everything works once I become used to the imperfect condition of these things. They work but not in perfect condition. That's what you get for what you pay. In my last business trip I stayed in the Hotel Royal across the street. Value wise (quality divided by money) it's acceptable.

- ukky (6/5): 英語が通じない - 中国語がメインなので英語が話せるスタッフが少ない。 地方都市なので仕方ないのかもしれない。 せめて英語が通じるスタッフが常時居て欲しい。
- Kou (4/5): 寒くてうるさい - 部屋は清潔で朝食も良いのですが、兎に角寒くて、外の騒音が酷かったです。

- Jeff (6/5): Good location on noisy street - Street is noisy - motorcycles running past midnight on first night and my room was next to the elevator giving out noise frequently. Wifi went out on 2nd night all evening. Breakfast is excellent along with friendly waiters and waitresses
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The interiors was a bit dated, but they did not detract from the cleanliness of the room. The bed was firm (which I appreciated), and most of the lights can be controlled by the bedside.
- Junhai (10/5): Hotel to TSMC - This hotel is very close to TSMC. the hotel provides free shuttle service to TSMC in the morning and evening in every half hour.
