Guest Reviews
- Susan (10/5): - We had a nice stay and an adequate breakfast to get us on our way in the morning. Staff were helpful and friendly.
- Claire (6/5): - Overall this property was loud and the check in staff was not overly helpful. It sits right on the main road going into Donnelly.
The room was loud. People were coming all hours of the night and leaving early in the morning with no respect for others. It is dog friendly but limited area to walk the dog.
The breakfast was okay. Basics.
- Steven (10/5): - Super cool place, people were very welcoming
- Shauna (8/5): - It could have been kept outside
- Andrew (10/5): - Good for employees
- Barbara (2/5): - Overpriced for what you get. The room was tiny! Difficult for just the two of us and luggage to move around. Bathroom fan and bed stand light not working. Breakfast was very minimal.
- Kathy (10/5): In town for a wedding! - Check in and out process was easy. The staff was helpful. The room was updated, very clean and comfortable. The bed wasn't comfortable for my husband and I - but I know that can depend on different people...too hard for our tastes. We enjoyed our stay at Boulder Creek Inn while we were in town for a wedding.
- Bobby (10/5): - Easy check in
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay at a nice motel in Donnelly, Idaho. - My family stayed in a 5 bed family room at the motel. It was very spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The kitchenette had a table, 2 burners, a refrigerator, sink, and everything we needed to cook and serve food. I was very pleased with the room and the personable front desk staff who were very helpful.
- Shawnna (6/5): Drive thru - Very high priced for product was just driving thru staff was super nice and helpful
- Teri (6/5): - The hotel is dated a bit. The breakfast is nothing great. The room is very simple and yet clean. I would suggest to upgrade the pillows.
- Daniel (10/5): Comfortable hotel. - Welcomed by pet. Good breakfast.
- Amber (10/5): Best after hours hot chocolate - We had the best stay in one of the 3-bedroom rooms. It’s was so cozy and the staff went above and beyond to make up happy. They gave perfect laundry recommendations and let us use the services for an after hours hot chocolate

- Kristine (8/5): - There is nothing fancy about this hotel but it was clean & comfortable & it was all we needed for our one night stay. We would have liked a better breakfast selection, maybe something cooked & not just microwaved, but we appreciated having the hard boiled eggs, bagels & cereal. The staff was friendly 😊

- Janet (6/5): - Not easy to climb stairs when ADA was requested
- Christal (6/5): Ok but not great - The outside was nicely lansdscaped, the room was cleanish, surface cleaned but not deep cleaned the walls and bathroom were not auper clean. - Anthony (8/5): - A little ways out of the town.
- Kathy (10/5): - I liked how clean it was. They had cool little areas to hang around outside including a place to smoke which I appreciated. There were to bbq's to use which I thoought was a nice touch and I thought the staff was amazing.
- ELIZABETH (6/5): - Boulder Creek Inn was very convenient to Donnelly and the basic rooms were clean. There was no daily maid service so we had to get our own towels and clean up. Also we needed another lamp bedside
- Santanu (8/5): - Nice clean rooms.
Wish that the breakfast had other choices.
- Brady (8/5): - Good value and a nice continental breakfast.
- Ross (8/5): - We had 2 rooms, one room the bed was fine but the water pressure in the shower was terrible. The other room we booked for our cousins the bed was terrible and the water pressure was great.
- Claudia (10/5): - This is one of those “ you get what you pay for “ the place is extremely outdated . Could hear the people talking through the walls . Beds could be updated . Better than sleeping outside in the heat I guess.

- Chloe (10/5): - Great value for the price and close to where we needed to be. The staff was super kind and it was very helpful to have breakfast provided in the morning!
- Phyliss (4/5): - I don’t usually have unrealistic expectations, but the reviews from others are really misleading. This hotel is so outdated. We stayed in the double queen. It was clean but very old and shabby. There were no headboards on the beds. Seems like a trivial thing, but it was really weird. The beds were so uncomfortable. My daughter said it was like sleeping on a piece of stale bread. Pretty accurate! The breakfast was meh. We ended up eating at the ski resort. All in all, we would not stay here again. This is a true 2 star hotel…think Motel 6 (but even Motel 6 has headboards…just sayin’)
- Todd (10/5): I will stay here again - I was pleasantly surprised how nice this place was for a low-cost hotel. It was very clean (far cleaner than the motel 6’s I stayed at earlier in this trip), it was not run down. The bed was really comfortable, and I was happy to have a kitchenette that I didn’t expect. The breakfast was nothing special, but I also didn’t expect that for the cost I paid. All in all I was really happy.
- Dawn (8/5): - Great stay
- Michelle (8/5): - There were dogs roaming free. There was a lot of ice in the parking lot. The staff was excellent. Helped us find a place to eat. Stairs posed a challenge that is not listed online. The hallway and lounge area were very loud. It was rough to get ground.
- Craig (6/5): - This is a fine hotel for the price. Clean sheets & the heater worked. The shower definitely could have been better!! At least the mist of water was hot! You’re getting a budget friendly hotel in a resort area.
- Nicole (8/5): - Clean rooms, friendly service, cozy atmosphere!
- Heather (10/5): - Everyone there is I was so sweet. It could use some update, but it’s a great place. It’s always clean and how me feeling.
- Richard (10/5): - Super clean
- Sheena (10/5): - We have been using Boulder Creek Inn for several years to come snowboarding at tamarack and we have always had a good experience, staff is friendly laid back and professional. The price is great compared to other options in the area. Its easy to find close to tamarack
- Jeannie (8/5): - Staff were very nice. Hard to regulate heat in room.
- Janis (10/5): - The Inn is very close to places to eat and shop. With all the snow, we enjoyed Tamarac and Brundage

- William (8/5): - Comfortable
- Michael (8/5): - Very comfortable, clean quiet, nice staff
- Nathan (10/5): - Great value
- Cameron (6/5): - For 80 buck a night I can’t complain. Bed was stiff as a board though. Room was clean a little outdated but did the job. I also thought the heater smelled odd when I turned it on. 6.5/10
- Jessie (8/5): - Good stay. Good value. As others have said, the bed is a little firm

- Francisco Lopez (10/5): - We rented the triple room one and it was very convenient for us loved the room so spacious they even had a little kitchenette and it was very clean thank you
- Wendy (8/5): - Cute and clean. My only criticism I have is no snacks available after hours
- Foma (10/5): - Check in was easy and the gal showed me the rooms to chose from.
- Randal (8/5): - Outside seemed a bit junky, breakfast area was cramped, bed was comfortable and room was decent
- merladawn (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and accommodating
- Richard (10/5): - Everything was I expected and fulfilled.
- Barry (8/5): Rock Creek Inn - clean and quaint - Quick overnight stay. The facility is clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The facility is a little rustic, which is fine, the room was very clean and well appointed.
- Colleen (10/5): Oct 10-11, 2024 - Room very clean, staff very helpful, the price was right, only problem was in the bathroom the door frame was scratched up. Appears due to dog damage in the past. Will recommend this place. Have already recommended this place
- Gina (8/5): - Everything was great staff friendly just got to the place after 3 pm which was our check in time and still had to wait an extra 30 minutes for it to be ready and the bed was just hard could use better mattress. But overall it is a great place to be well kept good atmosphere.
- Kevin (6/5): - This is convenient to Tamarack and surrounding area. Bed was a hard for my liking.
- Judith (10/5): - Great attitude of the employees we interacted with. Breakfast area comfortable and lovely. A home like atmosphere. Breakfast selection was nice and warmed easily and tasted fresh.
- K. (8/5): - This is a good older hotel. Not big on amenities but has everything.
- Paul (10/5): - Nice property on the edge of town. It's nicely remodeled with wood floors. All the furniture is handmade wood, from logs. Clean, quiet and close to town.
