Bsor (10/5): מדהים - Amazing hotel with a wonderful and very helpful staff. The owner is such a lovely and kind woman. The hotel has a restaurant where you can order excellent fresh food that is prepared on the spot, and there’s also coffee in the morning. The hotel is extremely clean, at the highest standard possible. The pool is very nice, and the resort-style seating areas create a relaxing atmosphere. SYLVAIN (10/5): Confort et calme - Entre lamai et chaweng, un véritable havre de paix, le jardin et la deco extérieure sont sublimes. Les chambres sont idéalement agencées avec tout le confort qu’il faut pour passer de superbes vacances. Le personnel et les propriétaires très prévenants.

Nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand Chaweng Noi Beach entfernt, der meiner Meinung nach zu den schönsten Stränden der Insel gehört. Ich werde ganz bestimmt wiederkommen!

Great value for money! The property is advertised at being a short walk, through palm trees to the beach. This is deceptive. Although close to the beach, it is a good 10-15 minute walk down a road and across a main road to the beach.
Zabou42 (10/5): - Tout d'abord nous avions demandé si on pouvait déposer nos bagages avant l'heure prévue pour le check-in et ça n'a posé aucun problème et au contraire nous avons été très bien accueilli et avons eu nos chambres l'une à côté de l'autre comme souhaité et en avance, le top ! Les chambres étaient vraiment belles, grand lit, déco sympa et SDB impeccables ! Il y a 2 piscines très bien entretenues avec suffisamment de transats. Nos terrasses que l'on a pu faire communiquer donnaient sur les piscines qui sont éclairées la nuit. Nous avons aussi profité d'un coin salon très cosy en extérieur pour boire un cocktail avant de prendre un bon repas au restaurant de l'établissement Baan Sawan. Plage à 5-10 minutes en scooter. Merci pour les conseils des propriétaires, en français, rassurants, par rapport au report de notre vol. En temps qu'européens, nous avons trouvé que la route qui nous permet d'accéder au loueur de scooters était un peu dangereuse ( 2 fois 2 voies sans trottoir) mais nous sommes toujours là 😁et l'hôtel n'y est pour rien. C'est juste une précision pour les familles avec des petits enfants (et oui en Thaïlande on voit même des bébés sur les scooters avec leurs parents !)
Claire (7/5): Nice hotel but out of the way. You need a scooter or taxis to get anywhere. - It was a really nice hotel Just a bit quiet - no real atmosphere. The staff and the food were great but you can’t just walk out and find a restaurant or somewhere to sit on the beach as it’s all private beach resorts, so very few sun loungers. We do t want to ride mopeds so the taxi bill was high!

The location of the hotel is great as it is far enough away from the party scene of Chaweng, which was great to be able to relax and enjoy the piece and quiet. The communication after booking was also great from Philipe and Joe, so special thanks to them, and in general all the staff were great.. N/A

Nicolas (9/5): - Certes, l'emplacement n'est pas vue mer, mais l'aménagement des extérieurs de l'hôtel (plantation, ambiance, deco,...) vous le fait oublier, et vous êtes à 10-12 minutes à pied de la plage de chaweng noi qui est vraiment très sympa. Personnel aux petits soins tout au long du voyage. Petit déj non compris dans les offres mais vous pouvez le prendre sur place et il est vraiment au top... Les piscines sont vraiment bien avec des zones pratiques pour les enfants en bas âge. Merci à Philippe et Valérie pour les astuces sur place, c'est tellement appréciable... Bref nous recommandons vivement.

Je tiens à remercier les propriétaires et le personnel. - Le calme, la propreté, le personnel au petit soin, les propriétaires sont supers, cadre génial, très bon petit déjeuner. Un espace pour prendre l’apéro relativement agréable. Il n’y a de fer à repasser.

Nous sommes venus en famille, nous avons vécu dans un havre de paix, espace privatif, avec piscine et nature luxuriante, tout est pensé pour que chaque chambre puisse conserver son intimité tout en profitant des magnifiques espaces luxuriants de nature, confort total entre la literie et les petits espaces de détente, de l'eau est proposée tous les matins, le personnel au petit soin, les propriétaires Philippe et son épouse son adorables, francophones cela peut aider certains et d'un tel accueil chaleureux!! C'est un hôtel que nous recommandons vivement pour nos premiers jours à Samui, c'était le paradis ! Les petits déjeuners au top, excellent - pour tous les goûts - un vrai régal!!! MERCI à toute l'équipe pour votre accueil et votre aide précieuse !!! Emplacement top entre 2 centres animés que sont Lamai Beach et Chaweng Beach, à 5 min à pied d'une magnifique plage. Tout est top!

Was quite far from the main town and the road up to the accommodation is steep and not lit so can be sketchy at certain times and awkward for driving up.

Jakub (10/5): - It's a beautiful smaller hotel well situated in a peaceful location between Chaweng and Lamai beach (10 minutes motorbike ride to Chaweng beach). There are two lovely pool areas, a bar and a small restaurant. The staff was nice, always smiling and very attentive and helpful. We had a great stay and would come back any time. The breakfast was perfect for us, but maybe it could have more options for people who stay for a long time.

Victor (7/5): Nice to stay if you just want to chill at the hotel, not within walking distance of anything. - Very friendly staff, decent price, spacious bedroom and balcony, clean room Shower has no curtain so water splashes outside into the sink/toilet area very easily. Toilet is really close to the sink so it's inconvenient to get to, the big windows have a gap so mosquitos get in. Location is not convenient at all - need to walk 10 minutes to get to a cafe, there's no sidewalk once on the main road, Chaweng Noi beach is ~20 minute walk away.

I would definetly stay again and recommend Baan Sawan Samui Resort to anyone. I searched for a wheelchair access room on booking.com has I came straight from 5 days in hospital with a broken foot. There are a number of stairs to get into reception and also to the room. Apart from that, faultless.

Aiti (8/5): Volvería aunque hay cosas que mejorar - La cama comodísima, el desayuno que para mí es imprescindible, también bueno, te dan una carta de unos 5 platos, huevos, tortilla... Que te lo hacen en el momento y a parte hay un mini buffet de dulces. Tenían carta también para cenar, aunque a las 20h ya estaban "cerrando" Cada habitación tiene su terracita. Destacar la atención de un chico joven tailandés que no paro de esforzarse y sonreír en toda nuestra estancia. Para mí la limpieza dejo mucho que desear, la alcachofa de la ducha está negra, pase un papel y se quitaba, no era cal ni similar, daba bastante asco, el baño igual, espejos y demás muy sucios, estuve 5 días, pedí solo uno que limpiaran la habitación y cuando volví el baño seguía igual de sucio. La ducha no cogía temperatura y la presión de la misma era nula. Incluso las bombillas de la zona de estar estaban a tope de polvo. El acceso a la playa es complicado. Necesitas moto.

The staff were very helpful and friendly with a relaxed attitude as the day we needed to check out we could use the facilities and towels for the day. We had a lovely cooked Thai evening meal when we arrived . There were a couple of places nearby to eat and there was a ten minute walk to the beach by walking over the road . We liked the location and would revisit again in the future

Anne catherine (10/5): Tres satisfait, le gérant Français est hyper sympa - La sérénités du lieu , le côté intimiste et presque familial. La gentillesse naturelle du personnel et leur disponibilité. La qualité de la literie.. havre de paix bien situé pour se reposer du tumulte de chaweng juste prévoir de marcher 5 minutes pour aller à la plage et traverser une 4 voie mais ce n’est pas gênant . En général on prend un chauffeur indrive pour se rendre à sa destination.
riccardo (8/5): Resort curato e accogliente. Posizione è buona ma con qualche limite. - Il resort dispone di un giardino e di una piscina curatissimi, ideali per rilassarsi. Lo staff è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. La posizione è buona per raggiungere la spiaggia e le attrazioni principali, tuttavia la strada di accesso non è delle migliori e l’incrocio verso il mare è abbastanza pericoloso. Questo rende indispensabile avere un mezzo di trasporto o utilizzare spesso i taxi.
Alessio (10/5): Perfetto - Semplicemente tutto perfetto, il cibo eccellente, lo staff e il proprietario meraviglioso, ti danno informazioni utili e sono accoglienti, struttura moderna e pulitissima con camere ampie e accoglienti L unico punto sfavorevole della struttura a mio avviso è l orario della colazione, poiché se devi fare escursioni o se vuoi viaggiare presto questo è un problema poiché la colazione apre alle 8:30

Steven (9/5): Fantastic rooms, nice facilities and inexpensive food on site. Best to have your own transport too - Comfy beds, nice pool facility that was clean. Onsite bar and restaurant was nice too. Parking not so bad, as long as the place isn't booked out. Shower pressure was a little low but thats expected in Thailand islands. Air Conditioning took a while to kick in after turning on, but the ceiling fan made a huge difference.

Albert (9/5): Mooi, luxe en zeer vriendelijk personeel. - Mooi en luxe. Zeer mooie zwembaden. Rustige maar lastige locatie. Niet direct bij restaurants of voorzieningen en moeilijk beloopbaar omdat de openbare weg geen stoep heeft en er hard wordt gereden. Daarom is taxi of scooter eigenlijk altijd nodig en taxis zijn op Samui relatief duur.
