Une hôtesse d’accueil m’a interdit de faire rentrer ma cousine dans ma chambre parce que j’aurais pris une chambre pour une personne . Trop cher pour le service qui est offert

• Sylvie (4/5): À éviter - Son emplacement en plein cœur de Paris. Pas d’ascenseur. Son rapport qualité prix… la propreté de l’hôtel est à contrôle, pas de chasse d eau propre à mon arrivée, murs sales, toile d’araignée.

У меня такой опыт был впервые,но я его никогда не забуду! Мы приехали в забронированный заранее отель уже около полуночи. На стойке регистрации показали свою бронь ,но мужчина сказал ,что наша бронь недействительна! Он объяснил ,что якобы сайт букинга хакнули и цена нашего номера ( 160 евро за две ночи ) является недействительной. Мы спросили,какая реальная цена. Администратор сказал,что 290 евро. Так как была ночь ,мы были уставшие,то пришлось согласиться на эту цену ,чтобы не искать новый отель. Мы решили,что будет тот же номер,что на фотографии,но теперь за 290 евро. Нам выдали ключ... Когда мы пришли в номер,то потеряли дар речи! Это был не наш номер,а крошечная конура в которой еле можно развернуться . О приятном ремонте и речи не идёт. Это место просто чтобы уснуть и проснувшись скорее уйти оттуда. Более того,на следующий день ,проходя мимо стойки регистрации ,мы увидели других клиентов,которые хотели заселиться и им рассказали такую же сказку о том,что их взломали,чтобы потребовать больше денег и придоставить совсем не того уровня номер в два раза дороже! Поэтому,не бронируйте в этом отеле номера ,ориентируясь на красивые фото и приятную цену! Вас скорее всего обманут,как и нас! Будьте бдительны!!!

• Ellen (1/5): - Helaas een zeer slechte ervaring gehad. Na een wijziging van de datum is onze boeking ineens geannuleerd, met als gevolg dat wij ons geld kwijt zijn. Er is op geen enkel moment moeite gedaan om samen naar een passende oplossing te zoeken. Daarnaast was het personeel erg onaardig en totaal niet behulpzaam. Dit alles maakt dat wij hier niet meer zullen terugkomen en deze plek zeker niet kunnen aanbevelen.

Le patron à l'accueil nous a dit CHIEN DEHORS . La personne qui nous a servi le petit déjeuner. La chambre . La douche. La literie Les escaliers. Nous avions une chambre au 3ème étage. De plus très étroit. Avec ma filleule aveugle et le chien-guide pas facile.

• Angelique (7/5): Goed voor een kort verblijf - Het personeel is super vriendelijk en er zit iemand 24/24 aan het onthaal. De kamer was heel klein, moeten echt een aantal klusjes uitgevoerd worden. Ook al was het mega koud buiten, het was snikheet in de kamer en de temperatuur was niet aan te passen. Je hoort alles van je buren. Dus de kamers zijn absoluut niet geluiddicht.

• Brigitte (5/5): Zimmer und Lage gut, aber… - Die Lage ist sehr gut, vor dem Hotel ist eine Metrostation Das Hotel hat weder Lift noch Personal, um das Gepäck in den dritten Stock zu bringen. Schmale, steile Treppe führt in die Etagen.

Os funcionários tem zero paciência, o senhor da recepção foi ríspido diversas vezes com sua companheira de trabalho, deixou o clima bem chato no momento em que eu cheguei! Não gostei da questão de ter que devolver a chave do quarto a cada vez que eu fosse sair! Café da manhã muito ruim, não compensa!

• Ken (6/5): - It was a good (and a stones throw from the Arc d’ Triumphe) until the last morning when the front desk thought I hadn’t paid for the continental breakfast the day prior (I had) and the clerk the day before hadn’t put it in the computer. Once it was settled I had actually paid, I paid for that mornings continental breakfast but didn’t take the receipt (my bad-I wasnt thinking) so the kitchen staff treated me as if I was lying about paying. Another guest walked in the dining area and was greeted with “bonjour!” and I was greeted with “did you pay?!?!” Then they called the front desk to make sure. It was VERY insulting! Staff was terrible overall. I go to Paris every year and I wont stay there ever again. Avoid and stay somewhere else you’ll be better off.

Les rideaux avaient été fermé, la loupiote éteinte et la petite salle de bain ouverte ! Le comble : ma chambre donnait sur la cour face à 4 moteurs de Clim !!!! Pour 260€ la nuitée, j’avais imaginé d’autres conditions.

• Noemie (7/5): Avis mitigé quant au prix . - Chambre propre et sobre Emplacement très bien situé quand on souhaite se rendre au palais des congrès. Le concierge de nuit était très gentil et souriant. La chambre est certes petite mais le nécessaire y est. Nous étions au 3e étage sans ascenseur (ceci n'est pas une critique c'est pour prévenir les prochains voyageurs) Le concierge de jour était bien moins agréable. Le prix me paraît assez cher pour un hôtel aussi "basique" (430€ deux nuits, deux personnes + 22€ de taxe de séjour).

• Larysa (8/5): Microscopic room near Arc of Triomphe - This hotel is located in the city center, so you can reach Arc of Triomphe in 3 minutes by foot 1. The room was microscopic 2. I don't like leaving my keys on reception desk, when I leave for a while

• Antonio (10/5): Great accommodation - The stuff is nice and polite. We arrived at 1AM (so after the checkin for the day was closed), but the gentleman from the front desk welcomed us anyway. Also, around 2 AM I realized that we didn't had a hair dryer in the room so my husband went to talk to the gentleman from the reception and he fixed our problem at 2 AM in the morning! The room was clean and comfortable. They changed the towels everyday. The location is just perfect as you have the metro at 2 mins walk distance and also a lot of restaurants and bakeries near by. I didn't find anything to not like.
