hudalmahrooqy (8/5): Super Size Rooms - Very clean and spacious rooms, wide corridors. We had wonderful time, very friendly staff from the time you check in you feel the sense of welcome. Good location just next to Al Nahdha tower. Value for money.
Verified traveler (10/5): - The hotel was in an excellent location, just perfect for any trip we wanted to make. The suite was spacious and nice with lots of windows and good views. The staff was very polite and cooperative and the manager Mr. Shukri was amazing in his kindness and full cooperation with everything we needed. My only negative comment about the hotel is that there was no variety in the breakfast buffet and that the gym os very old with very few equipment. Overall however, i would definetely recommend this hotel.

rishiunadkat (8/5): Large rooms and quiet hotel - The check in was very quick. The rooms are pretty clean and very large and spacious. The hotel is very quiet with complete peace. The breakfast options were not good. The location is decent as it is very near to the center.
zoesJ2267FQ (4/5): Underwhelming - rooms had everything..TV, fridge, iron. They were clean, with a spacious bathroom, but for a newly refurbished hotel, the interior was very disappointing. The first time I had a shower the entire bathroom flooded all the way out to the main bedroom area (yes the shower door was properly closed) There were wires hanging from the ceiling and the fire detector was covered and wouldn't have worked. Staff were pleasant but not very efficient. Breakfast had a fair selection but poor quality. I wouldn't use this hotel again.

Mr. SHUKRI The Jordanian is very gentle and helpful and he help us to solved our problem regard incidence happened with our room. 509jedb (10/5): Clean, renovated hotel - Nice, clean hotel that has undergone major renovation. Recently renovated rooms are large and clean. The hotel is toward the north end of Salalah. Qatar Airways and Oman Air Office in the same building. Especially appreciated the kind hospitality of Ms. Meena at the front desk.
benutilisateur43 (10/5): Fantastic stay! - Hotel conveniently located (15mn drive from the airport, taxi will charge you 7 rials). Bedroom very spacious, neat and quiet, just in front of a big coconuts trees park, if you want to go for a walk. Very nice and big swimming-pool, not crowded. Bust most of all, very pleasant staff, specially Ahmed Ali Ahmed Al Boosi (Sales Manager), extremly welcoming and accomodating to the guest’s needs. Ahmed even found me a driver to show me a few places in Salalah and gave me suggestions of where else to go in the area. I definitely recommend this place for a rewarding stay ! sounak_cal (10/5): Well maintained Hotel at the heart of city centre - This is a fantastic hotel in the area. Total value for money. A Sanfari group property, located just at the center of city this hotel has many thing to offer.Spacious and clean room with big lobby and passage. Rooms are quiet. Ideal for business trip or family vacation. Everything is easily accessible from this place.Hotel is having a pool, but it was not functional when we stayed in this property. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is nice. A good start of the day. Overall you will enjoy stay at Haffa House Salalah.
kurien10 (6/5): Good Old Hotel Very Close to City Centre - This is a very old hotel located almost next to the city centre. Due to renovation works the signboard of the Hotel was not visible nor displayed as we drove in . The Building had a certain box like look, like a residential apartment. The general layout of the lobby is very good and it was really spacious. We were given a very big and spacious L shaped Deluxe room( of dimension 7m by 4m + 5m by 4m- a really big room with more than adequate furniture- tables, chairs, sofa sets ,etc) and it was excellent by any standard. The washroom, shower were all of a very high standard and was roomy. The hotel had just reopened after renovation and hence the hotel was more or less empty. The corridor in front of the rooms were also very roomy and spacious . Maybe they would have to spruce up the corridors to give it a better look/ ambience. The breakfast hall was not of an acceptable standard. Sofa sets and coffee table were of the same height. This anomaly made the breakfast not a very happy experience. The breakfast was also not of an acceptable quality and standard for an aspiring four star hotel. There were only a few dishes and majority of the dishes were south Indian dishes .The management could certainly think of providing more western food for breakfast and also providing proper dining tables & chairs. The staff were all very helpful and willing to help to the maximum possible extent. Maybe because they only had a few guests the personnel in the reception was getting up with a warm smile as soon as they saw the guests walking in. The staff in the reception always welcomed us with a cheerful /warm smile and friendly attitude . It certainly made us feel welcome and feel at home. Overall we would rate our experience in the hotel as very good .

Manager Mr Vijay at hotel was the best gave us beautiful and comfortable rooms with reasonable cost, loved the specious comfort room He was always up for helping us before asking i would get what i wished to I dint even asked about it but he already had given the option to me which was truly a wow moment for me and my friend My friends still remembers the kindness he provided !!!!! He is an asset to the hotel which makes guest come back!!!! Good job done Mr Vijay Rooms were neat and tidy beds comfortable as heaven would recommend the hotel to all my friends whenever they go to Salalah A hotel with kind staff from the Manager to ground level staffs. Mr Vijay has recommended and shared sufficient information about our sightseeing and local tourism. We have visited Wadi Darbat & Marniff Cave, and other many locations we enjoyed mountains and spring at Salalah. Would be returning soon Thank you for making our holiday memorable, would like to say thank you to the management and all staff , who made our holiday enjoyable and comfortable. nov_neo (6/5): Average Hotel - Porperty is outdated but is maintained , but you get complimentary wifi (may be are included in package) . Swimming pool on ground floor is good and rooms are spacious. Location is good and breakfast variety is good.

As per the staff there it is been 35 years since opening, they said also that next month they will close it for complete renovation. The rooms are old and bathrooms are from 70's style, but it was clean and comfortable. The rooms are very big. The location is perfect and next to the hotel there is a very nice Lebanese restaurant you can enjoy. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet was perfect. Between all the hotels I stayed in Salalah this was the most comfortable one, and to be honest I don't know why!
raquel_raclette (2/5): Rubbish place, extremely expensive for what you get - the room that was given to us was quite bad with no windows and smelled terribly so we asked them to change us, witch they did, to a bigger room with windows. This one also smelled. The room was noisy. You could hear the cars on the street (witch by the way was the view from our room) as well as the noise from other rooms. The set out of the hotel and the room was extremely weird. We had a door connecting to the room next to us and we had a window with some curtains that was facing the corridor between the rooms (witch means that if the curtains were open anyone in the hotel could see our room). The tv was not working so they had to replace it. The wi fi was rubbish and we couldn't connect most of the time. the floor of room and toilet didn't look sufficiently cleaned that you would walk barefoot on it. the carpet had stains. the bathtub didn't look properly cleaned but maybe is just because it's really old and not well maintained. The sofa was really uncomfortable. the staff that would pick your phone from the room service was not that nice and you couldn't hear them properly because the connection was terrible. As we arrived the staff said that they would deliver 3 bottles of water to our room. they never did. The guy who was cleaning the rooms had cleaning tools that look from last century. Everything just looked terrible old, ugly, smelly witch would be alright if the price was cheap. But we payed 95 USD per night for this rubbish place. beds are comfortable. not far from airport and close enough to city center. we didn't like the room that was given to us and we asked for another, so they changed us to another that was a bit better. breakfast is ok and offers some variety of food.
Zanzibari_Aaron (8/5): Centrally located - Although the location is not a "garden spot" given the nearby auto shops and the on-going construction, the hotel is clean, efficiently run, and has spacious rooms and stores on the ground floor. Its within 10 minutes walking distance to a major store and commercial center, and the tomb of Nabi Imran is close by. I had trouble making calls from my room but the staff kindly placed the calls for me at the desk.
Feelgood69 (4/5): Large room but that is about it - The bathroom did not look clean. Large room but it really looked like it needed a renovation. Not a place I will be staying at again. Only advantage is that it is close to the airport. I guess it is Ok if you have no other place to stay but look for others first. Wifi leaves a lot to be desired.
teticat (4/5): Near nothing, and only Indian language Tv - what can I say? Stay away. Wifi was terrible. Had to sit in the corridor to get one bar. Receptionist was disinterested. And if speak Hindi then you're ok for to channels. Boring plus five stars. Salalah is under construction. Empty quarter and lost city - not really worth huge cost to get here
