• Ewa (9/5): We will be back to Green Court Premier 😃 - It is a great place for a longer stay when you want to get a feel of a home vs hotel. It is situated right in the middle of Jinqiao, expats community. Next to the venue you will find a supermarket Times Grocery with all the goodies from abroad. There is a swimming pool and good gym available for guests as well. The receptionists are very helpful - something not to underestimate if you do not speak Chinese like our family. If like our family you got surprised that there is no dishwasher in the apartment, you do not need to worry. There is a cleaning service every day that is included in the price which makes up for it.

The complex and the area are rather new, foreigner friendly neighbourhood, with a great european/us food supermarket just around the corner. Great room - spacious with all necessary facilities. Loved it. Hard to explain the taxi where to take us. Even showed the Chinese address, and still had issues. Breakfast was available, but I honestly didn't take it - the supermarket cereal with toast was enough for me.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - The whole experience was absolutely first class. Reception were excellent offering help and advice and generally seeing to our needs. The apartment was absolutely superb. Everything felt new and modern, there was a great balcony surrounding the apartment. We had two very comfortable beds with soft fresh linen. The apartment had a safe which was easy to use. The kitchen was well equipped with enough to do some basic meals. There was a washing machine and dryer which worked well. The apartment is well located for Jinqiao which has plenty of shops and places to eat. Right outside the apartment is Times grocery market which has a good selection of food. It is about a 20-30 minute taxi ride to downtown Pudog and Puxi can easily be reached in a few minutes more.

Highly recommend if you didn’t have to stay in city and very spacious for a long stay. Handy having Starbucks across the road too.

It is close to all the local venues and now with a subway only a block away it is lnkrf to everything Shanghai has to offer. The service is excellent - reception speaks both English and Mandarin . And room service is quick and reliable . The rooms are very quiet, comfortable and clean . Wouldn’t want to stay at any other place in Pudong.

Shops and restaurants ( including Starbucks ) are close by . The reception staff are fluent in English which is important when visiting China. The WiFi is great as is all the service . Now GCS is located a 5 minute walk to new subway line connecting you to all of Shanghai. 5 star all the way!

Kitchen sink faucet is installed close to the edge of the sink therefore it's extremely easy to splash water all over the counter. No power outlet in the bathroom for the hair dryer, I had to blow dry and style my hair without a mirror (imagine it please).

Everything is so beautifully designed that you will find yourself returning and returning to these jewels of service apartments.. it is close by to many restaurants, stores and parks . Outstanding service at checkin through to check out . Breakfast was amazing as was access to health club and swimming pool.. Even the internet and televisions and movie channels were excellent . My family will definitely be returning to this apartment complex. We loved it !

It is about a ten minute walk to the metro. I would stay again. Breakfast is not the best and the pool has limited hours.
• Courtney (10/5): Great Seviced Apartments in Fabtastic Location - I stay at this complex whenever I am in Shanghai which is usually once a month . It is truly like a beautiful home away from hone . The apartments are beautifully furnished and extremely comfortable with king size bed and blackout blinds . It even has a Starbucks across the street and an expat type grocery store ( Times) right next to the apartment complex. Great place to stay for short or long stays .

• Carol (6/5): - The service apartment really felt like home away from home, nicely and elegantly fitted. However, service at front desk was below par, and needs much improvement. Unfortunately my room didn't come with an umbrella and when I dialled front desk, they insisted it was there. I had to go to lobby and tell them it wasn't. They didn't believe me and insisted someone checked in my room. They had nothing to say when they arrived, and told me to wait for another 10 - 15 mins to get an umbrella. All this drama took about 20 minutes and definitely made me lost my appetite for dinner. I also checked where's a convenient place for dinner since it was still drizzling. They pointed me to a direction where they (locals) go to which I didn't want to coz it was quite a walk (10 mins). I then asked the security guards in vicinity who pointed me to a restaurant that serve breakfast for apartment guests. This restaurant serves shanghainese cuisine and was less than a 5 minute walk. When I returned to apartment, I asked the front desk why they didn't point me to this restaurant. They were defensive and said "we don't go there and we don't know what they serve". Attitude was such, and I wonder how can they not know what the restaurant serve when they had a permanent arrangement with this restaurant to serve breakfast for its guests. I really think the front desk team needs a comprehensive customer training skills to provide better service.

• Emanuel (10/5): - You get a real apartment completed with washing/drying machine, small kitchen and separated living and bedroom. It's mostly expat long lease complex of very good level, seldomly used for short stays. Nearby: a store with Western food, and all kinds of restaurants and spas. Fitness center is very good. Included breakfast on the other hand is very basic. Be aware, that the Internet in this hotel is subject to Chinese restrictions (google, youtube, Facebook are blocked) I choose the place for the proximity of business and for the real apartment feel.
