• Joyce (10/5): Perfect stay in a 14th century castle that has been renovated with the utmost care. Loved everything about our stay! - Stunning property in Lecce. The accommodations and service were 10 plus. Comfortable bed. Amazing decor. Breakfast was delicious, serving both sweet and savoury. 10 minute walk to old town centre. The entire stay was exceptional! Nothing.

• Burke (10/5): Beautiful historic property. - Everything! The location is great - about a 20 minute easy walk into the historic center. Mostly I enjoyed that the staff all seems very happy to work there and liked each other. Nothing.

Die Unterkunft ist ausserdem sehr gross - sowohl unser Zimmer, als auch der ganze Rest. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und können das Torre del Parco sehr empfehlen. Leider war das Internet teilweise sehr langsam oder hat gar nicht funktioniert. Selbstverständlich verstehen wir, dass es nicht in der Macht des Hotels liegt, wenn das Internet ausfällt. Trotzdem war es natürlich etwas ungünstig.

• Jean (10/5): Stunning hotel in a stunning city. - What a fabulous hotel in what was a medieval fortress dating back to the 15th century! It was fascinating to visit. The hotel and the gardens were beautiful and tasteful and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated about a 10 minute walk from one of the gates in Lecce with lots of on street parking nearby. The beds were on the firm side.

Una pena porque las instalaciones las tienen y son excelentes.

Die Betten waren durchgelegen, das Wlan hat, auch bei der Rezeption, nicht funktioniert. Eine Lösung konnte nicht gefunden werden. Es war durch eine Feier im Haus bis fast Mitternacht sehr laut.

L'accueil au sein de l'établissement, organisation constante d'événements venant perturber la sérénité du petit dejeuner beaucoup d'aller et venue Photos trompeuses sur le petit déjeuner . L'hôtel n'est pas la priorité, cet endroit est plutôt un lieu de réception. il est situé à un endroit où il y a de la circulation je ne recommande pas.

Jag har aldrig sagt ordet wow så många gånger på så kort tid. Vårat rum var toppen. Frukosten magisk. Du går in till centro storico på 5 min. Till stationen tar det ca 20 att gå. För oss var det perfekt Finns inget att klaga på!
• Thierry (2/5): Désagréable, bruyant. fuyez cet hôtel - seule la dame du petit déjeuner était sympathique hôtel qui n'est pas un hôtel. Le lieu organise des réceptions et les clients de l'hôtel semblent gêner l'organisation. Impossible d'avoir un coin tranquille : le personnel vient faire le ménage dans tes pieds pendant une séance de lecture. Aucune insonorisation : on aurait du être invités au mariage car on n'a profité que de la musique et des cris mais pas du repas... musique à fond à 7h30 alors qu'il n'y a personne de levé... C'est malhonnête de se présenter comme un 4 étoiles alors qu'il y a des 2 étoiles bien plus "cosy" en plein Paris (c'est pour dire. Le personnel est désagréable et peu serviable (excepté la dame du petit déjeuner)

• Jeremy (10/5): - A beautiful hotel that feels like you are staying in a Prince’s castle…which you are. Staff & service were great, room spacious and well appointed. It is slightly outside the Old Town but this was a positive for us as it made it quiet. It was only a short walk into the hustle and bustle. I have put parking is good because you can park almost outside the hotel in the plentiful pay and display bays for a bargain 2 euros per day. Just remember to put a new ticket on by 9am. Would definitely recommend. Explore the tower of the hotel, it’s worth a few steps or lift ride.

• Katherine (7/5): Good - Beautiful converted castle! It is such an experience staying here. Parking was easy to find on the street, and breakfast every morning was great. Our AC unit was sputtering cold water in our room throughout our stay, but it worked (which was a blessing). Otherwise, the vibe of the castle generally felt somewhat off. Massive unused rooms, bar closing at 8pm, etc. made for the shared spaces to feel empty and soulless.

• Whyte (8/5): Highly recommend the experience of staying here. - A lovely place, very interesting, staff were exceptional and the breakfast was the best. Note the property has only 6 guest rooms, it is a conference venue so also hosts large parties for lunch, dinner and other functions. No restaurant so had to eat out apart from breakfast.

Lack of car parking which was reserved for people attending conferences and not hotel guests . But there was adequate paid nearby parking on the road
• Panossian (10/5): Magical and enjoying the historic ambience with modern conveniences. - Torre Del Parco is not a hotel per say but a historic residence where you indulge and experience exception attention from all the staff from the reception to the breakfast team, cleaning team the bar etc There was nothing that required any change or improvement.
• Lisa (10/5): I am sad to leave. It is very luxurious, yet home. - The pictures don’t do this hotel justice! It is so beautiful! The Style, restoration and history of the building is marvelous. The little touches like a key like a stamp or fresh flowers everywhere, along with the gardens are impressive. Our room was very comfortable. The location is convenient to good restaurants and sites, tourist events like wine or olive oil tasting or even short day trips. The front desk staff gave good recommendations! If you just want to lounge around the hotel it is a place to itself. The cleaning staff are so thoughtful! Our room is immaculate when we return. The breakfast is so good and the staff there are kind tend to your requests. If we are back in this area we will stay here again. No cocktails at the bar that is only opened to event guests. It is closed otherwise. This would draw guests out into the open spaces. I understand one could “bring their own” but a nice cocktail at that beautiful bar would be very nice.

• Laura (10/5): Gorgeous hotel for our stay in Lecce - Gorgeous old castle. Our room was large and very comfortable with a nice sized bathroom. The staff was excellent, giving us recommendations for dinner and things to see, making reservations for us, etc. Breakfast was excellent; they accommodated our gluten free friends with special treats as well. There are a lot of outdoor areas to relax in if the weather permits and if there aren’t events going on there. The spa was only open if someone made an appointment (we were there out of season).

• Aubrea (2/5): - Air conditioning in rooms was not working properly. Rooms had a stench of mold and urine. Multiple air freshener plug ins were placed in the room to try to cover the smell. Windows had bird poop covering the window seals. The even center is right below the rooms so you will hear any events if you stay there while an event is booked there. We were very disappointed with our stay. Property has a lot of potential but needs to be properly remodeled.

The hotel is just outside the old city walls, which makes it easy and inexpensive to park in the nearby “blue line” areas and also a quick walk into the old city. Highly recommend a visit to Lecce and a stay at Torre del Parco.
