- Guy (9/5): Perfect location, clean/comfortable building and flat, great communicative staff - 10/10 value for $ - The flat was as laid out as expected - with cleanliness and comfort exceeding expectations. Location is perfect - great place right in the middle of Berlin's Mitte, with train station, convenient stores, fashion stores and bars/restaurants/cafes all walkable. We actually also walked to many of Berlin's central attractions. Some nights had rowdy crowds from the bars across the street until very late at night - not the place's fault but worth noting. On the other hand, the small balcony that faces the same street is a gem for having a cup of coffee in in the morning. Note - and we knew this in advance so again - NOT an issue, one of the bedroom in our flat (25) was only accessible through one of the other bedrooms. Lastly - bathtub/shower, which was great, could use a railing for elderly people to more easily and safely enter/exit as it is quite deep.

Очень предусмотрительно лежали тапочки в шкафу. В целом все очень чисто и аккуратно. Есть вся необходимая посуда, кофемашина, тостер, чайник. Очень всем рекомендуем останавливаться в этих чудесных апартаментах. Один нюанс - достаточно хорошая слышимость, не с улицы, а между этажами. В целом ночью было тихо.

- ernesto ricardo (9/5): Si querés estar en Mitte y con una muy buena conectividad, recomendable 100% - La habitación fue muy cómoda, con el equipamiento justo si deseas quedarte a comer El segundo piso a la calle, ya sabía que sería algo ruidoso, pero Berlín es así y estar en Mitte, tiene su precio. La ubicación es excelente, a metros de una linea de Metro que nos conectaba con todo. El lugar es vibrante y tiene que ver con la ciudad. La atención y ocupación de Anita fue fundamental para que todo está perfecto. Nos atendió son mucho gusto ante todas las consultas y dudas que se nos presetnaron.

Tram en m - De locatie was top, overal dichtbij en veel gezelligheid op straat. Je hoort de tram wel en het is warm in de zomer omdat de zon volop schijnt in de woonkamer maar met de gordijnen dicht en airco aan was het goed te doen Balkon, kijk goed welk appartement je boekt. Het appartement op de verdieping heeft geen balkon. Wel een schuifpui in de slaapkamer met een 20 cm balkon. Je kon alleen de deur niet open houden voor frisse lucht omdat dan de duiven naar binnen vlogen.

Sie befinden sich in einer hervorragenden Lage mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Frühstückslokalen, Bars und Parks in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch der öffentliche Nahverkehr ist schnell erreichbar und bietet sehr gute Verbindungen, sodass man sich problemlos in Berlin fortbewegen kann. Zudem war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für die Apartments wirklich sehr gut.

- Kluczek (8/5): Amazing central location stay - The apartments are located in very central location with access to public transport that can take you to any other part of Berlin. The places is right above tram and metro station. In the vicinity there is plenty of restaurant and places where you can eat. There is also a lot of park arounds and sightseeing spots. The room was very clean and very well maintained. Even if you get a room facing the street, and even though it is a very busy street, you can hear very little of noise in the room. Staff is extremely helpful and very nice. I really recommend this place.

I traveled alone with a small child and had to change the accommodation. so I was at the apartment with luggage at 11am to get it stored. Диванът не е удобен за спане в разтегнато състояние, тъй като матракът е много тънък. Чува се силно скърцане при всяко обръщане. Дори при затворени прозорци е доста шумно до много късно вечер и от 5 сутринта, когато тръгват трамвайте, преминаващи под сградата. Смяната на кърпи и чаршафи е срещу допълнително заплащане, което не е ясно предварително посочено. Не са налични никакви пособия за почистване. Почистването също е срещу допълнително заплащане.
- Sakina (9/5): Our stay was very good, would come back to stay here again. - It’s a cosy room, and has all the basics stuff provided. The best part is the location, it’s near Trams stops and train, so it’s very easy to go anywhere. There are a lot of shops and restaurants near by too. It’s very accessible. We were allowed to put our luggage in the store room, before our check in time and then went out exploring until we could check in. Because of the location, at night it can get a bit noisy. It’s you are a light sleeper then the police sirens may bother you, but for me it it was fine. But the sirens are very loud in general. The other thing to remember is that it is a one room apartment. In the photos it comes across as 2 rooms, but all beds and kitchen and table are in one room. Enough space for 3/4 people, but useful to know the beds are not separated.

Personel çok kibar, tam zamanında orada ve size her şeyi detaylıca açıklıyor. Oda kusursuz. Çalışmayan tek bir şey yok ve her şey çok temiz. Saklama alanı yeterli, yatak oldukça rahat. 10 aylık bebeğimiz için beşik, mama sandalyesi ve yıkanması için küvet bile verdiler. Çıkışta ise bavullarımızı uçak saatine kadar kilitli bir odada sakladılar. Tesisin girişinde bebek arabasıyla çıkmanız gereken 5-6 basamak var. Mobil bir asansör sistemi var fakat sanırım çalışmıyordu.

Capsules de café et sachet de thé offert pour le matin. Douche très bonne. Le bruit sur la route en dessous est important même si les fenêtres atténuent, on est rapidement réveillé le matin. Le canapé lit est passable et finit par faire mal au dos. Pas conseillé pour un séjour de 3j ou plus.

- Jackie (10/5): Would recommend this apartment. - The apartment had everything we needed. If we did need anything the staff were very accommodating. The location is great for getting around the city to visit all the sites. Museum Island is a short walk away. The transport system is very close to the apartment allowing us to visit Potsdam which has amazing palaces and a concentration camp on the edge of Berlin. It was quite noisy at night but we just shut the window.
