Giorgi (8/5): - The location of the hotel was excellent — very central and convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious, bright, and comfortable, with plenty of natural light. The breakfast was very good, fresh, and nicely prepared, offering a great start to the day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. he air conditioning was quite weak and struggled to cool the room properly, especially during warmer hours. In addition, the room and furniture appeared noticeably older and more worn than shown in the photos online. While the hotel has a good location and some positive aspects, the overall condition of the room did not fully match the expectations created by the pictures.

Corina (9/5): - Locație este execelenta, la fel și micul dejun! Personalul foarte amabil! Curățenie în cameră a fost făcută zilnic în mod exemplar! Din păcate la etajul nostru era un etaj pentru fumători și intra mult fum și miros de țigări din camera de lângă! Cu toate aceasta, am informat personalul și aceștia au remediat situația rapid și profesionist! Atenție ca la unele etaje se fumează, puteți cere cameră la etaj de nefumători.

И самое смешное у них есть минибар , я от туда взял пиво , но открывашки нет )) обещали принести , но так и не принесли )) открывал зубами )) потом … заказал пиво и жене коктейль и попросил открывашку , на что мне ответили у нас есть , но она одна )) я сказал принесите мне хотя бы железную ложку и они реально принесли ложку 😂 и я весь вечер открывал ложкой пиво ))) смешно , по мне отель 2 звезды максимум ! Телевизоры ужасные , не возможно что то посмотреть , а мы жили на минуточку в самом дорогом номере люкс 😂

Sergey (8/5): Всё прошло очень хорошо. - В отеле очень клиентоориентированный персонал. Пришлось несколько раз обращаться на ресепшен, всегда очень хорошо и быстро помогали. Всем 5+!!!!! На завтрак нужно добавить рыбу, курицу и желательно не переработанное мясо.

Liana (10/5): - Vriendelijk personeel, schone comfortabele kamers, rustige ligging. De keuken, moet heel lang wachten op je bestelling. In oktober stond de thermostaat op 27 graden, dat is niet normaal heet.
Ghizelle (9/5): Приятные выходные в центре - Самый главный плюс отеля это его персонал. Очень классный сервис, ребята полностью отрабатывают на уровне 5 звёзд. Кровать была очень удобной и огромной, но особенно понравился аромат от белья- не знаю что они используют, но хочу, чтоб дома тоже так пахло. Приятный ресторан на 12 этаже с живой музыкой предлагает неплохой вид на округу. Расположение было очень удачным, было невозможно не найти отель. Единственный минус это очень пыльный балкон. В номере сам балкон расположен довольно интересно, хотели посидеть там и попить вина, но стулья, стол и сам балкон были полностью в пыли, протерли сами. Сам номер был очень чистым.

Guillermo (9/5): - Staff: very friendly and helpful. They would help in whatever way if they can. We forgot painting some of our documents and they were very happy helping out. We arrived before the check-in hour and they allowed us getting our room once it was available. They helped changing our room because of noise caused by an outside business and assured us that we could call them whenever we experience any noise issues. Breakfast: super. Abundant of choices. The rooftop restaurant is spacious and has very nice views. Location: very well located. Easy walking distance to many interesting places.

The hotel truly lives up to its name — уютный, stylish, and with a lovely atmosphere. The breakfasts were a real highlight: enjoying them with a stunning view of Mount Ararat makes the mornings feel extra special. The bed was very comfortable, and the linens were clean and pleasant — I slept really well. The location is perfect, with everything close by, making it easy to walk around and explore the main attractions. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, and the service was attentive and responsive. There were just a couple of minor issues: the Wi-Fi was not always stable, and the hairdryer in the room was quite old and not very powerful. However, as soon as I contacted the reception, they immediately brought me a good one — which I really appreciated. Also, there was no bathrobe in the room initially, but it was quickly provided upon request.

В ванной комнате желательно сделать еще пару крючков для полотенец, в шкафу для одежды, необходимо проверять вешалки, которые со временем портятся и к сожалению висят с гвоздиками от поломанных планок. В ресторане стоит обратить внимание на столы, у которых очень острые углы отделок. Можно зацепить одежду или пораниться. В остальном все прекрасно!

OLESYA Ergishova (8/5): - Отель находится в самом центре, очень удобно передвигаться. Персонал на высшем уровне, молодцы. На 8 этаже очень слабый интернет, но ребята решили проблему. Завтрак если честно то так себе. Балкон был направлен на город и ночью было очень шумно.не советую с маленькими детьми,так как наш от шума еле засыпал. А в остальном всё хорошо.

Irina Benz (6/5): Не понравилось. - Отель расположен в центре Еревана, 12ти этажный, прекрасный завтрак на 12-м этаже. Просили тихий номер, получили на 11 этаже прямо под рестораном. Музыка грохотала с 20:30 до 23:00 ( может и раньше началась, но мы в это время заехали в номер). Утром в 6:00 двигали мебель в ресторане , хорошо слышно в номере. Плохая звукоизоляция окон. Плохо помытый душ, переключение душей работало условно, кабина подтекала. Устойчивый запах канализации в ванной. В номере все удобно, но матрас отвратительный, может работникам надо его иногда переворачивать? Один лифт на все 12 этажей. Лобби очень маленькое, ждать такси не где.

Лиля (10/5): - Проживали в отеле в начале апреля . Все очень понравилось 👍Клиентоориентированность на высшем уровне!!!! Персонал внимательный, доброжелательный и очень вежливый. Уборка осуществлялась каждый день, каждый день менялось пастельное белье. В номере было учтено и продумано все до мелочей! Завтраки разнообразные , качественные , вкусные! Месторасположение отличное - все главное в пешей доступности. Отдельное спасибо за тортик в честь моего Дня рождения 🥰 было очень приятно ☺️ остались только приятные воспоминания об отдыхе в Армении , во многом благодаря размещению в вашем отеле ☀️

Izabella (10/5): - Nagyon szép a szálloda, központi helyen található, A szobák tágasak, reggeli bőséges a személyzet kedves. Egyszerűen mesés, csak ajánlani tudom. Nem volt ilyen.
Francesco (10/5): Great hotel in the city center - Great location in the city centre, a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were polite and helpful. Very good wi-fi. Good breakfast, everything was fresh and tasty. Spacious rooms with comfortable bed and all necessary stuff. The rooftop restaurant was great and the food there was delicious. None

Katalin (10/5): - A szálloda fantasztikus volt, jó helyen, látnivalók gyalogosan elérhetők. A személyzet kedves, türelmes, segítőkész. A reggeli fantasztikus, bőséges választékkal Nem volt ami nem tetszett
Suzanna (9/5): Geweldig verblijf op een perfecte locatie, maar redelijk duur. - De locatie is uitstekend en heel centraal. Ik had eigenlijk 2 dagen geboekt, maar door omstandigheden moest ik na 1 dag vertrekken. Het hotel heeft dit zonder problemen geregeld, wat ik erg waardeer. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid met veel keuze en alles was goed verzorgd. Ik ben tevreden over mijn verblijf. Top locatie, uitgebreid ontbijt en zeer goede service bij het aanpassen van mijn verblijf.
