• vani luca (8/5): Un rifugio buono e sicuro in una città fatiscente - Buon albergo al centro di una città purtroppo sporca e fatiscente. La struttura è pulita , accogliente, personale simpatico e disponibile, posizione centrale, buona colazione senza esagerare. Non offre parcheggio anche se a noi non è servito. Al momento non è disponibile l'aria condizionata però è tutto predisposto. Consiglio di informarsi rispetto al periodo del soggiorno.

• Federica (7/5): Esperienza tunisina - L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione dalla quale è possibile girare per il centro di Tunisi senza problemi. Numerosi sono i negozietti che vendono acqua e alimenti di prima necessità nelle vicinanze e a pochi metri sulla via principale è possibile mangiare e trovare taxi per gli spostamenti. Più che buona la colazione La stanza era piuttosto sporca. Il terzo letto (eravamo tre amiche) era piccolo e non paragonabile agli altri. Scarsità di asciugamani e di prodotti per il bagno. Anche la pulizia del bagno lasciava piuttosto a desiderare

Le bâtiment se trouvant proche d’un ministère la sécurité est accentuée. Notre séjour dans l’hôtel n’a pas été agréable : - le paiement ne pouvait se faire que en dinard (espèce et carte), - l’hôtesse d’accueil a dit en arabe (pensant sûrement qu’on ne comprenait pas) au barman qui nous a amené les verres de bienvenue « qu’il n’aurait pas dû nous les amener », nous avons trouvé ça d’une impolitesse comme si nous ne méritions pas un bon accueil ! - le manque d’insonorisation dans la chambre - le ménage fait à la va vite, les coussins jetés sur le lit

Al Balushi (7/5): - I would like to express my deep appreciation to the staff in the information and customer service department, as well as the restaurant and club staff; thanks to their excellent treatment and sincere desire to provide the best service and gain customer satisfaction, our experience was very comfortable, and we overlooked any comments with great grace.” There are a few points that need addressing to improve the stay experience. First, I encountered some technical issues with the elevator. Second, I was surprised that the air conditioning in the rooms couldn't be turned on, with the excuse being that summer hadn't started yet, despite my personal need for a cool room to ensure comfort while sleeping. I wish this policy (air conditioning operating times) had been clarified in the booking notes beforehand to avoid this embarrassment.

Bu mükemmel. Tesisten çıktıktan sonra istanbul taksim meydanı gibi bir noktadasınız. Ana caddeden sağ yöne 5 dakika yürüme mesafesi şehir tren istasyonuna , sol yöne 5 dakika yürüme mesafesindede medina çarşısına yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Personel çok özverili ve yardımsever. Otel temiz. Hemen sokağın başında Yataklar gayet büyük ses yalıtımı mükemmel klima sistemi gayet güzel çalışıyor. Banyoları temiz. Fiyat performans açısından aldığınız hizmet ve kalite verdiğiniz fiyatın üstünde kalıyor. Tavsiye edilir. Birde ; Otelden ana caddeye çıkınca sağ köşe başında LC Waikiki var. Hemen yanında Macedonia sweet coffe var. Sahibi ve işletmecisi Şaban bey gelen Türk misafirlere çok yardımcı oluyor. Mesela o olmasaydı ben sidi bou saide taksi tutup belki 25-30 dinara gidecektim ama Şaban bey sağolsun bana tren istasyonunu tarif etti (5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde) 1 dinara yanlış duymadınız sadece 1 dinara sidi bou saide gittim. Bir akşam deniz kenarında bir restaurantta sea deniz ürünleri yemek istedik , o kadar güzel yol tarifi vereceğimiz ücret testaurant seçiminde bize öyle güzel yardımcı oldu ki onun sayesinde başkentin en uzak yerlerine bile rahatlıkla gidip geldik. Kendisinede söz verdim ve fotosunu paylaşmak için izin istedim. Senden söz edeceğim en azından Türk turistler sana gelir yardımcı olursun dedim. O da izin verdi. Fotosunu aşağıya yüklüyorum. Gittiğinizde Şaban beyin kahvesini , nane çayını için ama özel spesyali olan ve sunumu harikulade dondurmasını mutlaka yiyiniz..

• Sabrina (7/5): Pratique court séjour en centre ville - Le petit déjeuner très bon et fait maison. Les cuisinières très agréables super attentionnées. L’emplacement en plein centre ville super. Les chambres sont propres et l’hôtesse agréable. Absence de Clim … un ventilateur à la place et on a pas été prévenue. Très dommage car j’ai sélectionné en partie pour la Clim. En rentrant le salon bar etait pas du tout familial que des hommes et musique très forte. Dommage

• Raz86 (4/5): war vielleicht mal vor 30 Jahren gut - großes Zimmer mit zentraler lage Klimaanlage hat zwar Krach gemacht, aber leider nicht wirklich gekühlt. das Fenster ließ sich nur kippen. der Ventilator zerfiel in 20 Einzelteile sobald man ihn berührt hat. und zu guter Letzt war leider ein ziemlich langes schwarzes Haar in meinem essen beim frühstück. zum glück habe ich es noch gemerkt nachdem ich darauf bereits rumgekaut hatte

El aire acondicionado hace demasiado ruido y al abrir la ventana se oye la música del bar. Música en directo al menos viernes y sábado, aunque no de mucha calidad para mí gusto.

The bed was not comfortable and the bedsheets were old. The breakfast was not good and in my opinion the price I paid was very much higher than the real value of such a hotel in Tunisia.

• WOEI SHIN (8/5): Hotel is located on a quiet street even though it is very central - Location is right in the Tunis Centre, with many local eateries nearby and just 2 streets from Carthago Stret, a busy avenue with shopping and restaurants. As the hotel is near to a ministry, the road right in front is barricaded and there were police nearby, so it feels very safe. Staff including the waiters serving breakfast were very friendly.

• GIUSEPPE (7/5): Ottima la posizione, ma non tra i migliori - Ottima la posizione dell’hotel rispetto alla medina, al viale principale della città ed ai principali luoghi di interesse raggiungibili a piedi. La medina è raggiungibile in circa 10 minuti a piedi. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e cordiale, molto disponibile rispetto alla risoluzione di problematiche inerenti la nostra prenotazione. La struttura dispone di stanze molto ampie, dotate di bagno privato e del necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La pulizia andrebbe rivista. Nonostante la pulizia giornaliera, lo sporco era comunque rilevabile negli stessi angoli già individuati. Soprattutto in fase di check-in era evidente una pulizia sommaria ed abbastanza superficiale. La colazione risulta assolutamente povera e poco variegata, praticamente identica tutte le mattine. Sarebbe il caso di aggiungere più scelte sia relative alla cucina tradizionale e locale che alla cucina internazionale. Stando così le cose, il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è sembrato così soddisfacente.

Personale estremamente gentile, camere pulite e colazione ottima. Assolutamente consigliato. Niente in particolare. Il karaoke fino a tarda sera penso possa dare fastidio soprattutto a chi alloggia ai piani bassi (noi eravamo al terzo e non abbiamo sentito granché)

The location was good, situated between the train station and the medina, which made getting around much easier. It was my husband’s birthday, and the staff was extremely thoughtful, leaving a small gift for him and decorating the room, which made our stay even more special. I am lactose intolerant, so I missed having non-dairy options available at breakfast.
