• Shaneiqua (1/5): DISSAPOINTING ‼️ - I didn’t have a positive experience at this property. The room was not as clean as expected, and the overall service did not meet my standards. I didn’t find anything in particular that stood out in a positive way. My stay at this property was extremely disappointing. I was traveling with my boyfriend and our kids, and we were placed on a smoking floor where the conditions were unacceptable. We saw a roach crawling across the bed, which immediately raised serious concerns about cleanliness. The bathroom sink had visible burn marks, as if cigarettes had been put out on it, and there were burn holes in the bedding. In the refrigerator, the ice compartment had what looked like blood stains, which should have been properly cleaned or addressed before giving the room to any guest. While I understand it was a smoking room, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming—it was embedded in everything from the towels to the sheets. On top of that, the front desk staff gave us a hard time during check-in because we booked through Booking.com and arrived earlier than expected. There was confusion that resulted in them attempting to charge us for two nights, and we were also charged an extra $23 due to miscommunication. We were told there would be a $40 hold on our card that would be returned, but we never received it back. Overall, nothing about this stay was pleasant, and I would not recommend this property to anyone.

• Victoria (3/5): - It was very quiet. It was ghetto. The security chain l8ck had been payed off and bent in half and put back on the frame with a screw and a bolt. The bed cover had a burn hole in the center. The windows was very unsafe it has only one lock that is barely hanging on.

• Alicia (5/5): Not worth the price. Desperately needs an update - The beds were comfortable and clean. This hotel is very aged. For almost $200 a night I feel they could do much better and I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t really disappointed. Bathroom had hair in the tub when we arrived and smelled like mildew, door frame of the bathroom is rotting out and the pant chipping from the tub surface, splatter sticky spots on the floor in the room, walls of the elevator covered in sticky spots and handprints.

Once we got there, we arrived we was asked if we wanted a smoking room. we thought that would be great since my husband smokes cigarettes wouldn't have to go outside in the rain. We placed I'll belongings down checked out the room everything was fine. So, we decided to go get something to eat when we returned, I went into the restroom and there was ant anywhere. I went back down to the desk to let them know hey we have ants everywhere. She told me it was nothing they can do about it. I asked could we be moved to another room and was declined. So, I went back to the room and use my own personal cleaner I bring with me when we travel. We then turn on the television, and we couldn't get any station nothing but static. I then went back down to desk to report the television. The front desk clerk told me someone would be up shortly. Thirty minutes past by and no one showed. My husband started to try to fix it himself till he was just over it. So, we went to bed and checked out as soon as we woken up, we will not go back to this place agree even if it's just for one night.
